If I could leave zero Stars I would! I had to wait forever pay for my tires that I had put on my car. Then they charged me for the wrong tires and when I questioned it they realized that they had put the right tires on my car and not charge me enough money. I then had to wait almost an hour for them to refund what I had paid and charged me the additional money. And when I complained about how long I had to wait the employees got loud with me. Then I get in my car and I look at my tire pressure gauge that is supposed to be at 35 PSI in each tire and not one of my tires is at that two of them are at 45 ones at 37 and ones at 43 PSI! They couldnt even get that right. I sure hope one of the tires dont fall off!

Seems like everytime I go something is disappointing. So today was the official last visit for me. My back windows wont go back up when put down. They need new motors. I very specifically told them not to put them down. The lady at the counter even put it specifically in the notes. Guess what was down when I got my car back? Back window. The manager of the auto center also wanted to tell me his guys didnt put it down. Seriously? He was going to argue with me. They even left their giant fingerprints all over the glass from trying to get it back up. Its always something there. Ill be going elsewhere, not that Wal-Mart cares when they lose customers though.

Best deals on tires around and the guys do a great job! All of them! Had my 4th and almost 5th (had a huge bubble in it) tire blow and they took care of me right away like always, and really helped me out since the bubble tire was only a couple weeks old. 👍👍

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!Save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else but here. I recently went in for an oil change and had the worst possible experience. Not only did the oil change take around two hours. My truck still needed an additional two quarts of oil!!!! It’s a good thing I checked the dip stick before I left. So I had to go back in and demand the additional oil and got the hell out of there. Absolute failure from every angel.

I call and as if there was a waiting list. The guy says no. I go there and there was at least a 3 he wait. North Port Walmart is the worst store that I have gone to. They are always out of things.

Went to get a simple oil change. 5 other people were in line before me. Every customer except for one was told No we dont do that or no we cant do that. You cant do an oil change? Your price list behind you says you can. Horrible service. Does Wal-Mart care about their customers at all?

Wayne and the mechanic on duty was very helpful and professional. They took my car in at the very last minute, fixed my flat tire and I was on my way in a timely manner. God bless them, I really didnt know what I would have done, if they had said it couldnt be done, because, of closing time at 7:00pm. But, they squeeze me in at the last moment and I truly appreciate it.

Wayne was very courteous and helpful. I needed air conditioning supplies and I didnt know what to buy. He was very informative and helpful.

I would say that Walmart Auto Care Center is a good value. It doesnt look nice, they do not have a dedicated person at the desk, but they are a much better value than some of the chain shops in the area. The local mom and pops are good to go too but when you need something done cheap, Walmart has the value for service.

Prompt service to check my battery. Bought in 2014. 24 month charge. Having little trouble 2019. They could not believe its been 5 years. Blew their minds I bet. Thanks God. Great service

If you want long waits and rude service then this is the place. Ive tried to use the service department on several occasions for new tires to oil changes. And always at least a three hour wait. The tire thats on your drivers side door is the only tire they will put on. Brought some groceries to the service desk and had to argue to get checked out. It was only about ten items.

Good service host from Richard, just wish they could be a little neater when doing oil change. There was oil spill on the engine, do driving home with a clouds of smoke wasnt cool. Other then that everything was good........

I wouldnt even give one star if I could! Took my car in for a simple Valve stem replacement on my tire. 2 hours later one of My tire was damaged and Someone put a Dent on my quarter panel...!? and my BMW rubber Jack Pad is miss?!.... Talk to the manager no one knows what happened ?!...and deny everything

Fast, Friendly and they seem to care --- looking all over the car and advising what I could do (either right then or in the future if needed) to make my car run good and last. I am very happy with the Auto Service Center!

Go here for ALL my tire service needs & have never been disappointed. Have had probs at other Wal-Mart service ctrs but not here. The guys have been great!

Got there at 830am and was told 90 minutes wait for tires. Took 3 hours. Lost my TPMS valve stem but replaced with cheap one and still charged me $3.00 each. Was not compatible with my car as it could not read it. They told me to wait for 1 hour more so they could TRY to fix it. I left. Only thing good was tire prices. You decide.

I was on a rescue mission. My friend had a dead battery and we couldnt even jump it. So... first stop was the competitor down the road... over $150 for a battery. Broke girl me thinks thats a big fat nope.Took my financially challenged self down to WalMart (usually I avoid Walmart because the one in my town kind of sucks).Not only did I get a battery for my friend for under $50, but the guy assisting me was helpful AND funny. Seriously, a little humor and kindness when youre stressed goes a long way. Plus, he liked The Princess Bride and let me take his picture, so extra points for that...

They did well with four tire replacements and an oil change. Good prices on Michelin tires!

Walked in and simply asked if they had time to repair my tire. They man behind the desk replied: Nope! I dont know if was the look on my face, but as I turned on my heels, I saw he started to walk up to the computer and then he says: well if you want to wait 2 1/2 hrs. I simply ignored him and walked out the door. Working for a corporate company you would think he would be little better at customer service. But this is one of the many reasons I avoid walmart! I understand you were busy, but there are better ways to tell someone that!

Great prices but really slow service

I wouldnt even give them 1 star if i could. absolutely horrible. they said they could fix something and took 3 hours before they called me to tell me they werent gonna fix it. i am never coming here again and wasting my money. dont do it guys. theyre awful. and then tried making me pay a fee. 🖕🏼

The associate was rude and uneducated. My tire pressure light came on on my dash board as I was driving by the store so I pulled in to see what was wrong. They ignored me for almost 45 minutes while I stood with two toddlers. When he finally helped me, I explained why I was there and his response was what do you want me to do about it? So I left and went to my usual store in Englewood. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They had me in and out in 10 minutes and my new tire was in the next day!!!

Very busy! No appointments, just wait your turn. Glad it got really busy after I signed inI was there 1 1/2 hours for oil change. They courtesy checked washer fluid, tire pressure and a few more things. Just over $30.

I was a little upset, while everyone elses vehicle was parked conveniently up front so they could get to it immediately, mine was parked all the way in the back. There was spaces to park my car near the entrance. Hopefully that was a one time thing.

No service. staff was rude to waiting customers. lollygagging around, wasting time walking up to the counter as slow as possible laughing with coworkers who just got off break. would not recommend this place for tires. good price, not worth the wait.

I took my vehicle in for a service job at the Walmart in North Port off Sumner Avenue. The associate asked if I wanted to be called or paged I told him to call me. After almost three hours I finally got my vehicle back. There was a total lack of communication. My vehicle was completed in about an hour.

Its okay. Takes along time for oil xhange or tires but its walmart... Ya know
