I have been dealing with this company for over a year now and they always treat me with great respect and always try to help. Recently I ordered a small amount of trim and it has taken over 12 weeks to come in and it is still on back order. Since hearing this bad news Mike Malinowski stepped up and suggested away around the back order by ordering a different product and modifying it on a table saw to replicate the molding that was on back order. Mike and company went out of his way and had it transferred from another store and got it in one day! Thank you Mike!

Very poor at communication. Apparently if they dont know the answer they just wont return phone calls or reach out to you. Wish we had gone elsewhere for what we needed

As a truck driver delivering here they need too hurry up been here now for 3.5 hours and still not unloaded I will never come here again I run flatbed haul wood it takes maybe 10min to unload a truck like this what the hell

Worst costumer service, Howie is as incompetent as they come. Not one person willing to help. CALL and they give ya the run around. One guy says send me your info for material and call back week or so and Howie says they are just sales people, Im the guy you need for material/ordering. If I was in management there would be some serious changes. Plenty of people wanting to work, especially now. I have heard great things about RBS but complete S#%! Show. Thanks howie for wasting my time.

This company is amazing! The prices far beat any other competitor, when I arrive the cashier was able to find me an even better deal and save me additional money! Upon getting ready to load the wood they realized my car was kind of small they offer to deliver it to me the next day for free! The whole experience was pleasant simple fast and reasonable a great company to do business with!!!!

Takes forever to get delivery or pickup

Prices are great, but they could use more efficient service. Whenever I call they dont answer, or send you to someone who cant help/doesnt know what youre talking about. Waited over 1.5hrs just to return something off my truck, someone will be right there.

While they do take a while to get their orders in and sometimes they do mix up the orders my experience with the installer Paul a young and delightful guy who came and install the glass on one of our window that was fogging inside the double pane glass. Paul was on time, called ahead to let us know he was 45 minutes away, took his time to clean up after himself and was amazing to deal with and very professional as well did an amazing job too, did I mention he was also cheerful? :-) Thank you Paul

Raymond Building Supply has the most unqualified, totally inept service department imaginable. Over the last 8 months they have been to my house 3 times to replace 3 panels in my sliding door. On the first occasion the installers were unable to remove one panel. After 2 hours of scratching there head trying to figure out how to get the warrantied panel removed they simply gave up and informed me they had to break the door in order to get it out of the frame and off the track. They said that a new door would be ordered. The new door was ordered. A schedule was established to return and rip out the warrantied panel and install the new one. On the scheduled day of rip out and reinstall the two installers showed up. However they did not have the replacement door with them. There only explanation was WE COULD NOT FIND THE DOOR IN THE WAREHOUSE. Before they left, I got the telephone number of their supervisor. I called the supervisor. I explained the comedy of errors experienced as well as my frustration. He promised to reorder the correct door and get this job completed.Believe it or not this morning the same two installers show up to rip out and replace the panel,and discover that have the wrong panel. Dealing with Raymond Building Supply has been my worst nightmare. They are the bottom of the barrel of STUPID. THEY SHOULD HAVE A MINUS 5 Stars

Always have a bad customer experience here. I understand im not a huge builder but my money is cash and pays to keep their pockets lined. No one ever willing to help youUpdate!!!James Martin VP of sales called and apologized and said he would have some one call and come visit my job and bring lunch which i dont care about i can buy my own food, not looking for a free lunch we just want better customer service....None of that happened of course. They just post and reply on reviews to make it look like they care in reality its just for show. I will not buy a finishing nail from these folks I would drive by them another hour to a big box store. This new project will have none of their products in it!! I would recommend these folks have weekly meetings to promote customer service that goes a long way!

The general manager Dana was very nice and gave us a tour of the facility . Very accommodating and John Gaconi their salesman is a go getter who comes through on deadlines everytime !

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Sorry for the one star. I put in for a estimate on accordion shutters three or four weeks ago and never received the quote. We gave the job to someone else.

They had what I needed but locating the front door was not easy. For a building supply company maybe the should invest in a nice enterance sign. Finally making my way in to talk to the unfriendly desk man, seemed like I was bothering him asking questions about what product I needed. So after that I took my business elsewhere.

Worst customer service I ever saw in a company! called them 5 times to get an estimate for lumber, windows and trusses, they promise to call back, but never called back to me. Not sure how this company makes money!

42 Staples on 3 Peaces of wood to hold a double door together. Almost have to destroy the door to get them off. 42 is that really needed?

They do not stand behind their products, warranties are not honored, do not purchase door locks because if they are defective they we not return your calls. I will never do business with them again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WORST CUSOMER SERVICE EVER. NOT ORGANIZED, MISSED 5 APTS AND THEN HAS BEEN LATE FOR MULTIPLE OTHER APTS. IT HAS TAKEN 5 MONTHS TO GET ONE DOOR FIXED. FIRST THEY SAY THEY HAVE THE DOOR, THEN IT WAS DAMAGED, THEN THEY USED IT FOR ANOTHER JOB, THEN THEY LOST IT. THEY MAKE APTS FOR 9 AM AND DONT SHOW UP UNTIL 3 PM. IF THEY EVEN SHOW UP AT ALL. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, ALL THEY DO IS KEEP MAKING EXCUSES AND THEY DONT FIX THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PROBLEM TO BE FIXED. NEXT I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE BBB AND REPORT THEM.
