I always loved shopping there in the North Port store until my experience with a new cashier. I had asked her not to put my Holiday cupcakes in a bag that I would carry them out. She deliberately dump them upside down to put in a bag. So I went to customer service and complained. They called the baker who had just helped me and she had to make a new container for me. The baker and Customer Service ladies were very, very helpful and polite. I commend them highly! So Thank you all!

The guy named Rick in Automotive was being rude, my wife and I both brought our both cars, I was dropping my car off to get it serviced and we told him we was in hurry to get to my appointment which was down the street and he was asking when my appointment was and we said it was in few minutes and he was like that is impossible and we was like uh my wife is taking me with her car. Duh? And you guys need more people at the register so customers won’t have to wait for 10-30 minutes just to get a service. Something needs to be done with that guy’s attitude and have more than one person at register or we’re taking our vehicles to another shop

I personally HATE to shop, regardless of where it is. I especially hate Walmart (all of them), I always have, however I always shop there because the prices are usually better than anywhere else. When Walmart started doing online grocery pick up I was thrilled! I could do my order at my convenience and from home. This was GENIUS!!!The reason for a one star is because over the course of several years it has gone way down hill. When I first started using it I believe it was a $25 minimum purchase which is no big deal when I’m doing my weekly ordering. Now it’s up to a $35 minimum purchase. Again that’s usually not a big deal, and they always made substitutions. They still make some substitutions, HOWEVER.... there’s ALWAYS at least one item out of stock, but it really isn’t. An example would be I ordered tomatoes and was told they were out of stock. When I called the online grocery number I spoke with a person from another country (???) who also said they were out of stock.. I called the actual store and spoke with customer service. I asked the lady if they had tomatoes, she checked and said they had LOTS of tomatoes.. This happens EVERY order.. It’s been bread, flavored water, tomatoes, grapefruit, black beans just to name a few.. When speaking with the grocery people I’m told I can either go inside and purchase the item (this defeats the whole purpose of online) or I can REORDER! Well to reorder I have to spend another $35.. I could see if they really were out of stock once in awhile but this is EVERY order I place and I place at least 3-4 times a month.. it’s very frustrating and I honestly believe they do that to get more money. I’ve also been told by workers that when they pick they can only take so many items off the shelf that they have to leave a percentage for the in store shoppers and that’s why things are out of stock. My response to that is when We online shoppers place our orders We have to pay for it right then and there. Our items are already paid for so they need to fulfill our paid orders . Again it’s frustrating. I know I could shop elsewhere but again Walmart has the best prices…

Walmart in this area, is my last resort.The employees there have varied temperaments.They use cardboard boxes in the freezer section.You cant find everything, because now they are rearranging the store, and if you ask an employee where things are, some have no clue.

Clean and very spacious, this Walmart is huge.

Decent Walmart, however the gentleman at the self checkout had very negative energy and made me feel like I was doing something wrong when I wasnt. I understand that people steal, but maybe learn not to treat honest paying customers as if they are up to no good.

This Walmart is ok but they like to profile. Good forbid you have to walk and have a backpack because they gonna follow you through the whole three.

Worst customer service ever. The manager was rude. Even though I did sink to her level an losses my temper. Her and the team at the customer service desk provoke the customers to go off so they can. Feel like victims by yelling and waving an saying thing too. I will make sure this Walmart is put on the list for worst Walmarts. I drove all the way to Venice and they gave me my money with no issue at all and the store was clean an nest way better than North Port.

The Garden Center is easily accessible from the pkg lot..however theres NO PERSON wkg in there. Plants are 1/2 dead. In order 2 pay 4 them..& then hobble into the store 2 ck out. Whats the 1st registers.. Self Ck out! HA I AM NOT A SALESPERSON/NOR A BAGGER!!!.however the next aisle if I can get there is right with the cigs & bathrooms. RIGHT THERE I meet the MOST PLEASANT PERSONAL!! always courteous, PLEASANT and efficient! ITS A SHAME ON WALLY-WALMART..DOESNT REVERE THEM with a living wage..18$ an hour. Bcuz Wallys SO CHEAP THE PLACE IS HOTTER THAN BLAZES !!RANDY the greeter/ck of you stole something is SO PLEASANT TO ME when I exited the store and crashed on the sidewalk..he gently helped me up..totally humiliated.As a current (but not 4 long) stock holder....Get OFF YOUR CHEAP BUTT ..I NEED SERIOUS CHIROPRACTIC CARE after my visit

We drove over an hour and a half to pick up a 10 x 10 canopy tent which the website said you had six online here and when we got here there were none. Dennis the team manager from the upfront customer service did a tremendous job I’m trying to help us find and locate the item we came for. When Dennis could not find one, he proceeded to discount a nicer one to the sale price. He was a true gentleman and professional throughout the entire matter.Dennis is a true treasure to the Walmart customer service and will make me recommend this Walmart location

The store has much variety. Downside...many of the items go out of stock quickly. Fruit taste is 5/10 produce quality and taste 7/10. Health and beauty 10/10. Meat and seafood 9/10. Electronic and toys 10/10. Grocery’s 10/10. I would recommend going there to get whatever you need. Also try online grocery pickup, there is door dash delivery. The pickup location is to the left of the store beside Home Depot.

This particular store is one of the worst I’ve ever shopped at. Shelves are always empty. Can never get a straight answer as to when something is coming in.Always am told next truck, which never seems to arrive. This pertains to ST#03387. Just went shopping there today and as usual the shelves were empty, the employees pulling orders for pickup think they’re the only ones shopping. They leave their carts in the middle of the of the aisle and expect the shoppers who go through check out to shop around them. I’m sick and tired of doing this every week I shop there. Maybe you should hire someone to replenish the stock they use? Maybe Corporate should take a closer look at the Mgt. Team at this store and evaluate their job performance??I disagree with some of the other reviews, as I’m not sure what they’re looking at, as they say the store is clean and the shelves are stocked well.

Florida Wal marts are always nice clean organized but the ones in northwest Indiana are nasty

My dad went to do oil cahnges at this location . 3 times to be more exact and they never changed his oil filter. Since this COVID-19 they are not working the shop no more. When i changed that oil. That filter was like very old. They never bother to change it out. What a rip off. Taking vantage of an 78 years old man. Thats not right . If you are using this location for oil change please mark your old filter and check latter cause they will rip you off.

Its another Walmart 🙄Yes its basically a semi one stop shop but the self check out really pisses me off! Its okay if thats your choice but they should have plenty of cashiers to handle everyone that DOESNT WORK FOR THEM and doesnt get paid to check yourself out! Not to mention all of the jobs its costing people when you do self checkout. Walmart is definitely successful enough to employ more people without having to raise prices!!

Ordered $77 worth of food for pick up. I only got half of my order. Went to customer service and their only excuse was Oh, sorry.Its not oh sorry, its $77 of hard worked money. Waste of time.

Self checkout with a moving belt is anti-user friendly. 5 inches of the belt is taken up with product overhang along the entire length.No live cashiers were available. $300 worth of groceries does not fit. Belt was full, checkout landing spot was full and I still had groceries in the cart.I needed to find an employee to get an extra cart.Not a good shopping experience.

Very disappointed in the Inglewood Walmart I called for tires and installation 45 minutes later they had nobody to install tires at 1:00 in the afternoon but yet I was told come on down we got you ask him to call the Walmart in North Port or they dont have them either so I called them made the appointment to the North Pole store I got my tires great guys Northport store kudos you got it man Englewood youre falling behind

It had most of what I went there for. Not all though.

I just recently started using their curbside pickup and so far so good! The app is easy to use and the curbside service is fast and courteous. I took a star off for not being able to specify weight amount on things like produce and for some items being out of stock on more than 2 orders, but otherwise Im satisfied with everything.

It was a good shopping experience so far.

Hate the do it yourself checkouts since i have to ride the elecCart. Its very hard to shop also when your stockers fill up the aisles. Can you not have more stocking at night while shoppers are not there? Or very early in the am. Dont get me wrong i love walmart i was raised in ark and lived there most of my life so nothing against walmart. Maybe the stockers schedules can be rearranged. Most all of your workers are very helpful and friendly.

My store #3. There are 2 other w Wal-Marts closer to my house. Lately they have had shortages of pet supplies. This Walmart is on the route coming back from the beach. The store layout is completely different but the staff is very helpful in letting you know where to look. Thanks.

Sometimes great and sometimes horrible. And the workers make it horrible. I had a bad experience with one over toilet paper.

Confusing prices as sale and clearance signs posted on specific racks but then only few items actually prices as indicated. Customer service was almost laughable as it didnt appear that providing efficient, effective or friendly service was their goal. Employees out front smoking cigarettes and on cell phones talking loudly. Unprofessional and distasteful in my opinion.

Always a great Walmart! Clean, plenty of parking... the drive there is another thing. Look out for the crazies in NP!

This is my go to walmart, but unfortunately lately it has been a little disappointing. They never seem to have what I need in stock and the employees are very friendly but not always willing to check back stock. Prices are still good though and to be honest thats why we all shop there.

I love this Walmart but every time I use my Chase debit card it declines it so I started shopping for groceries at Publix but across the street

I love the pick up feature at Walmart. I shop online at my leisure, set a pick up time and boom my shopping is done. No shopper frenzy minimal Covid exposure and my things are loaded in my trunk. I know my substitutions before I go pick up and can decide wether I want them or not. Another great feature is they sometimes dont have the right size of your product and will substitute it with a larger size and you pay for the smaller size. Its a win win for me!
