I’m pretty disgusted after my visit this afternoon. Dude behind the counter had a puppy up on the counter while people were checking out. I love dogs but that’s just gross. I hope management corrects this. I’m sure the health department wouldn’t approve either.

Store 4895. No toilet paper in bathroom. No soap to wash hands no sanitizer near door to wash hands. Toilet paper all over bathroom floor. So the bathrooms had not been checked. An employee that was not working went to clean both bathrooms and stated manager had not arrived to assist employees who were there and busy. There was 4 to 6 people waiting and no toilet paper for employee to place in bathroom! 4895 N Toledo Blade B. North Port Fl

5 oclock on Easter Sunday fueled at this location,went to use a restroom but both of them were closed. 2 kids behind the counter said that they are being cleaned. So I waited 10 min and no one even began to clean 2 kids said it will take long time to clean 2 restrooms. Than clean one at the time !!!!!! Personel at that time very rude, will not come back to this place. Do not recommend...

Bathroom was nasty and I thought the employees where going to throw down and fight the way they were acting and yelling at each other. Not worth the stop or the hassle

Coffee was old and cold I had to microwave it get it to be hot again 7-Eleven is known for fresh hot coffee what happened?

The bathrooms are atrocious and the rest of the store looked awful. The customer service was okay.

Most of the stores are clean, including the rest rooms, theyre well stocked with just about any product for on the go,they all have ATM, most of the staff are professional and courteous.

They lock their bathroom so that customers can’t use it. Employees also could care less about anyone. Honestly a poorly managed business that probably would have gone under already if not for proximity to the interstate. Would not recommend unless you just need to fill up at the pump without going in.

I love 7-11 and its rewards.

Always to many people in line and only one cashier while others seem to doddle around the store.

They did a very good job of keeping customers social distanced from one another and clean counter after each customer, there was no mask requirement for customers, but they did have hand sanitizer at the pumps, no gloves but at least hand sanitizerers were maintained and full.

Started out strong. As the months go on the store runs down. Almost all employees seem to be on something. Bathrooms are rarely clean. The damn place stinks

After filling the tank, I went in for a 49 cent Big Gulp as that’s what the HUGE sign in the window advertises. The kid scanned the app on my phone. It rang up $1.06. Both ha and the woman working proceeded to argue with me there was nothing they could do because “it’s technology. I’d the app doesn’t read it our hands are tied and there’s nothing we can do. Pay it or don’t.” It’s not the money. It’s the piss poor customer service.

To me this gas station is by far the best 711 I’ve been to! Customer service is amazing!!! And they are taking the new COVID 19 regulations seriously! Love love love love love this . Hand sanitizer is everywhere and the lady giving the food from the hot case has a mask! The owner is actually friendly idk what the other comments talk about lol but i guess to each it’s own and the food is never stale . Every time I’ve been there it’s been hot and fresh! Love them

Terrible service the owner is rude and unfriendly especially with employees. Went to get a coffee owner over charges left coffee sitting on his counter... Enjoy it you have turned this 7 eleven into a dump I hope corporate picks this store back up from the proprietor...

GROSS. Neither of the bathrooms had any soap. Literally the soap container attached to the wall mount was missing in both bathrooms. The employees said that they must have just run out but changed their story when I explained there was no soap in either restroom AND there wasnt even a soap container.They told me someone must have come in and stolen the soap recently and didnt have an answer when I asked how the staff was able to wash their hands before food prep.
