Do not go to this store. Randy started off helping but once he had our deposit he did not want to help us.He would not return calls when we were trying to decide on sinks. He ordered the wrong sink and the slab of granite we had chosen was ruined. Just deal directly with the store in Englewood, they were helpful.

They had exactly what we were looking for. Randy was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They did our kitchen three yrs ago and we were very pleased. So we went back for our next project.

Stay away. Save your time and avoid the frustration. Service was terrible and staff is inept. While I acknowledge there are some good reviews, nine 1 star out of 24 total reviews is not a formula for success.

Rodrigo and his team were great to deal with. We love our new quartz counters. Fast and friendly service. Less than a week from choosing our slabs to install. 5 stars across the board. Job well done.

They don’t return your call

We had a great experience with this company. We ordered and had installed cortz countertops. From the moment we walked into the store to the final installation, we were well taken care of. We were greeted and valued as customers. The entire team showed great professionalism and worked closely with us to make sure all of our needs were meet. We worked directly with the owner who was very thorough and communicated with us about the process. The owner allowed us to go into the shop to choose the piece that we absolutely loved and the cut that we wanted. Manny from the installation crew did a great job as if he was working on his own home. There were no surprises all around. We highly recommend this company!! Very fast service. We had our kitchen measurements on Tuesday and on Friday we had the installation complete. We were a little concerned with the light color cortz but Rodrigo assured us and offered a 5 year warranty on the product so we choose to go with it.

Everything was as to be expected, very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Hoping to make a selection and doing business when the time presents itself!

The worst customer service I ever experience in my entire life! At my very first visit to the store, a man who claimed to be the owner, first told me, if Im not sure Im going to do business with him, he is not going to waste his time showing me anything, I was surprised by his harsh welcome but since I really needed to decide on a slab, I said fine Ill just look around by myself at the samples on display. One minute later he said, and I quote you know what, I dont even want you looking at my granite, I want you to leave the store now. I was so choked, I couldnt believe it. So I just left the store and took my business elsewhere. A friend referred me to a wod3erful fabricator in Sarasota, and I couldnt be happier with the work they did in my kitchen and bathrooms. The Granite place in North Port is by far the worst store ever. They lost my $12K deal and any referral that could have come from this transaction.

Had a wonderful experience working with this company! We had the sales woman Savia help us out and she was great! She was not a pushy sales person whatsoever, she pointed us in the direction of the granite that fit our style and budget. Installers are very personable and worked very clean, everything was done in less then 2 hours. Would absolutely recommend this company!

Very disappointed. Sander or buffer marks all over. Depressions from sander/buffer. Part of quartz surface is duller than rest. Emailed my contact person Rodrigo but he doesn’t return my emails. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I gave this 1 star because the most noticable part of the granite kitchen counter was screwed up. The leg of the counter dividing the kitchen and family room. They put the seam right in the middle of the leg. It should have been put by the sink somewhere, but it is right there on the counter top dividing the room. It is also bumpy. I have no choice except to live with it. I would NOT recommend this company...if I could post a pic, I would.....

These guys cut, and fabricated my countertops EXACTLY to my templates. I didn’t have to adjust anything. I’m doing the install myself, and they made my job that much easier to install. Very quick turnaround, and at a great price.

This is one of the worst companies I have EVER worked with,in the process of remodeling our bathroom we found a piece of granite we really liked here. After it was all said and done we are left looking for granite elsewhere. After a month long process of Rodrigo not wanting to cooperate with the company building our custom vanity he changed the price of our granite (just cut no delivery needed or installation ) from $700 to 1034$! All because I asked him to communicate with the cabinet company to make sure everyone had the same measurements! Terrible business mentality,and lower than poor customer service skills!

The granite is gorgeous and it was the best price after researching a lot of other companies, I love it!

I was having a hard time finding someone to do what I wanted for my backsplash, after explaining to Randy what I wanted, even though a section of it was difficult he and his team made it happen. Its beautiful.

Very disappointed bad install.blown out cabinet did not cut granite properly.And stole tools when I was not there😡

Terrible service. Never on time and hard to get them to work with you when theyve done something wrong. Wouldnt recommend getting any granite here

Owner is a business idiot. He never gave my contractor an estimate then he never sent a bill and put a lien on my property. He did this to 2 other customers. The government should jail this criminal.
