I give this company a five star review based on value, quality of work and professionalism. The staff is very knowledgeable and more importantly they follow through on their promises. Because of this wonderful company they made it easy and now I am enjoying my beautiful new flooring. If you’re in the market for a new kitchen, bathroom or any other flooring work I would definitely go make an appointment to speak with these guys. They even use a CAD program for designs. I just can’t say enough, you won’t be disappointed.

This company did everything they said they would. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new kitchen and bathroom remodel. . Very professional. Did everything they told me they would do and more. The crew cleaned up every day. It was very well organized. Ken and his team were very thorough. My project was very large and I was very concerned of the team I picked. I would 100% recommend these folks. Honest and trustworthy. They made me feel valued and delivered on their promises. For these multiple reasons I would certainly recommend them and higher them again for future projects

At a cost of $34,957:00 to retile our whole house, we were told that our job would take just over two weeks.They started on 4/15 and last corresponded on 8/11, after we consulted a lawyer.Major problems were:1) grout and stain was not cleaned off tiles leaving a TERRIBLE HAZE over the entire house.2) holes and gaps in grout.3)damage to furniture / TV unit / paintwork.4) stove not reinstalled properly.Items taken from my garage that I specifically said ( on several occasions )were not to be taken; eg.surplus sizeable pieces of tiles, soft close toilet seat, these were not returned.Very expensive underlay material taken, but later returned, after I threatened legal action.Premier Kitchens agreed to waive our last payment of $2,000, however the day after we signed that agreement we discovered that it was going to cost a great deal more for remediation by another company.Not only do we have to pay another company to finish this job, we have to pay for repairs to our furniture / paintwork / TV unit.This whole process has been extremely stressful, our floor will never look as it should, this was a very expensive mistake.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Premier Kitchen & Flooring just remodeled my outdated kitchen and laid new waterproof flooring. They did an outstanding job. Ken and Evelyn and the crew are great. I just love love love my kitchen and flooring. What a transformation! I was promised it would be done before Thanksgiving and it was. I would highly recommend this Mom and son business.

I wasnt certain about these guys.but after getting quotes from 3 other companies. They were the least expensive..so after $58.000 dollars in kitchen work.and countertops..I would highly recommend this store..ken was very easy to work with..and evelyn so knowledgeable..Thank you!!

I spent several months shopping around and looking for the right products for my new kitchen. I stopped in Premier and spoke to a gentleman who educated me on the products more than anyone else has. I was able to get better material, better customer service, and most importantly a better price by going with this company. I strongly suggest using them if you are looking for any flooring or kitchen remodels. They did a great job in my home.Thank you Ken and Ralph for everything.

Unfortunately Premier Kitchens were not honorable to their word in my situation - They re did a kitchen & Bathroom cabinets along with a kitchen back splash - back splash needs to be re -done as they did a very poor job- they agreed to refund me the money that I paid but nothing for the take down, materials or re application - therefore onto a new company for that at additional costs on my end! They also never came back to replace 9 hinges that they agreed to replace on cabinets - I have been chasing Ken the son and Evelyn the mom who is the owner since April 30.... yup on 9 hinges - you would think they would replace them to keep customer happy and keep their word on a lifetime warranty- I will not nor would NOT recommend them to anyone - have 2 other remodels and will def go with another company

Just stepping in Premier Kitchens showroom and being greeting as I was enough to make me write a review. The showroom is spot less and the the personnel are very informative and knowledgable with both the product and the design aspect. The pictures of past projects were absolutely stunning. Premier Kitchens is the real deal.

After leaving Lowes and getting an estimate from them I was disturbed of how much my kitchen remodel would be. After eating at a local restaurant I wandered into the show room. Not only did they save me a bunch of money but they gave me the kitchen I wanted. They were prompt, on time and I strongly recommend you call these guys because this truly was a pleasant experience. My project was completed on Time and was done very well. The prices were very reasonable and the project was completed within 2 weeks of my first visit to the showroom. Strongly recommend this family owned and runned business.
