Wonderful experience today! I came in here today with my 16 year old brother and mom to look for a new bed for brother. The guys in here were awesome! They didnt try to talk you to death and were nice. They didnt try to sell us on a full bed deal, especially after we explained we were only looking for a mattress. They took the time to respectfully talk to my brother and give him beds to try based on what he showed them he liked. At the end of the day, we bought a bed for about $600 and my brothers excited for us to pick it up from the store in 2-3 weeks. Overall, we were impressed with the look of the store, the professionalism and friendliness of the employees, and the great deals.

Looking at the reviews, It seems that the quality of customer satisfaction has gone down in the past few months. I have waited at home 3 times from 7 to 7 with no delivery. I try calling the store, only to get a voice mail. I have driven to the store twice, to set up new delivery schedules. They did say they would compensate me with some pillows (that was nice) I am waiting on the pillows. We shall see.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! BUYERS, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! Day before delivery due and no one called. I phoned the store and was told they would deliver between 7am and 7pm. Not acceptable. Attempted to contact corporate office NO RESPONSE!!!!!! Dont waste your time or money with Mattress One.

Both gentlemen in the store were courteous and helpful as we chose our mattress. They explained every facet of the product and the process. We had shopped the brand and know that we got a good price. The service both at the store and by the delivery crew was professional. All materials arrived in perfect condition on a neatly organized truck. Set up was quick and clean as they removed all packing materials and demonstrated the features of the bed we chose. I would go back to this store for our next purchase and will recommend it to friends and family.

These folks are crooks. I bought a mattress there and returned it for credit on my credit card around July 4th of this year. I am still waiting to receive my credit. Be warned, they also separate sales and sales returns. They are happy to talk to you when you buy but you have to call a customer service number with eternal hold to discuss any return issues.

Experience was pleasurable in purchasing a mattress / box spring. Customer rep Juan Torres very very knowledgeable in helping me choose the best mattress in my price range. I would highly recommend Mattress 1 One.

Online prices looked good so I went in... And wished I hadnt bothered. Staff didnt help, in fact they did nothing apart from a scripted greeting, and the prices didnt seem anywhere near as good as they advertised. Only good side was that I got to lay on a load of beds and now know I like medium-firm.... So bought one on Amazon.

Juan was excellent to work with. He knew exactly what I needed for my bad back. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the products and what would work best for my situation. I would highly recommend him.

I bought a mattress here in the beginning of January 2019. The first one was the wrong size they delivered. I bought a king and they delivered a queen. They picked it up and delivered a king. The king is defective, it’s not as inflating with air all over equally so it’s not flat and it has huge dents in it. The sales associate is the only person there in the store, no manager nobody else is there ever. I was told the defective mattress will be picked up on a Saturday so I scheduled my weekend accordingly. My main residence is 3 hours away so I came to North Port only to be there for the mattress to get picked up. It’s almost 12 pm and nobody showed up to pick up the defective mattress. I called the store and was told the truck wasn’t in the area anymore to pick up the mattress. I told the sales associate to refund my money and I did not want another mattress delivered and for them to only pick up the defective mattress and refund my money. That was about another month ago. Last week Saturday I went to the store to drop off the defective mattress myself because I did not want it in my home anymore wasting space. When I was dropping off the mattress at the store the police was called on me because the sales associate said we can not leave the mattress in the store and have to wait until the truck picks it up from us. The police officer also said we can not leave it there or in front of the store and to contact the better business bureau, which I will, since the corporate office is not responding to my several phone calls. It is funny how 2 weeks ago when I was at the store to talk to the sales associate there was another person in the store returning the exact same mattress we have and the sales associate was able to keep that customers mattress but now two weeks later when I come to return my mattress its not possible to keep my mattress. Discrimination, is all I can say. I have wasted so much time, energy money and stress on this issue and will go to court to file a lawsuit to get my money back. Buyers beware of this scamming business and make sure you pay with a credit card in case you do business with them so you can contact your credit card company to refund your money in case they do this to you. Needless to say nobody has contacted me from this company since I was there last week Saturday to drop the defective mattress off. I could give more details but this is already a very long review.

After looking at a few stores, we googled Mattress One, which had great reviews. We can see why! First of all, it was a breath of fresh air to come into such a clean store. Juan assisted us with a wealth of knowledge about what mattress was best for neck & back issues .We didnt feel pressured & he was very informative. Best of all we got the deal of a Lifetime! Cant wait to get our new mattress & wake up rested! Thank you Juan & Jake for all of your help!

Juan was very helpful with our phone order and organizing delivery. I would give him 4 stars but the company 3 as the box springs arrived damaged and had to be replaced several days later. They are not the best quality and don’t know if I had a choice of box when I placed the order. The time frame for their deliveries could be more precise so you don’t end up waiting for a good part of the day

We went to Mattress 1 on the strength of the strong reviews of so many happy customers of both the store and its manager, Juan Torres! We were not disappointed. We were clueless about how to buy a new mattress and products and pricing are far different from the last time we bought a mattress some years ago. Juan carefully guided us through the process, questioned us about our sleep habits and physical requirements, profiled our preferences and made some recommendations. He was extremely knowledgeable and we clearly felt that his goal was finding us the right bed, at the right value for us! We are looking forward to delivery of our new bed the day after tomorrow. We highly recommend talking to Juan if you are shopping for a new mattress.

Juan Torres was an excellent sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and was patient in helping us understand the difference in quality but gave us multiple options and was patient in allowing us to take our time and try the the many options.Juan is highly recommended by both my husband and myself!

We just bought our mattress and adjustable base from Mattress One. Juan Torres was amazing to work with and is a no pressure kind of sales person. He really knows the products and ensures you are comfortable with your purchase. The only process that I think could use improvement is the delivery of the products. It would be nice to have a better idea of when the products are possibly being delivered, as I spent two days awaiting my delivery.

My parents bought a mattress here and have had a horrible experience. To make it short they bought the mattress in the beginning of January 2019 and it’s the beginning of March now, still have not received the correct mattress and they did not receive their money back either. They will take legal actions against this company and also file a claim with the Better Business Bureau as the corporate office never picks up the phone and a sales associate cannot refund them their money.

Juan Torres helped my husband and I, in our decision making processs on the right bed for us. He was very personable and really looked out for our needs. We found him exceedingly knowledgeable about every bed they had to offer. He also informed us of sales and promos. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!! READ THIS !!!!!READ THIS!!!! I wish I could leave negative stars ! This place is act and Ripped off is an understatement! I can’t believe this awful place exists!I recently purchased a mattress with this company and it’s now the biggest mistake of my life. I waited for the “Presidents’ Day sale” to save a couple bucks. they showed me very comfortable prices for very comfortable beds (in the store) with a 130 one time return or swap satisfaction guarantee if you don’t like your bed.The salesman in the store claiming to be the manager( who I later found out was not) agreed to throw in memory foam pillows and the mattress protector sheet $298 value absolutely free with my purchase.What I tried in the store was vastly different then what ever they delivered to me.(Elite breeze) more like Sahara wind. I’ve never swear more in my life! Not only was it hard as a rock but it’s hotter than an oven. Definitely not what I agreed to in the store. Upset with my purchase I was at ease with the assurance of the 130 day guarantee. Only to find out later that there’s absolutely no returns and all sales are final! Or I could do a one time “swap” for any thing of Equal Value or greater... meaning I’m SOL Because it’s the most expensive mattress they had to offer. Unless I wanted to swap for something of lower value and still pay the same price for the bed ($5348.99). Not to mention the “Financing program” they sign you up for a credit card and max it out immediately. In turn hurting your credit. But wait ....there’s more !!!!3 weeks later I return to the store to pick up my pillows to find out they were in fact NOT FREE ! They snuck full price of the pillows and mattress cover to the total price of the bed!! I didn’t even want them but he said they were free!!!!! And guess what??? NO RETURNS !!! All sales are final.So now I’m SOL sleeping on a bed I HATE! And paying for a bed I hate.

Salesperson was excellent. Delivery was not up to par. We did not get our mattress delivered until 8:30 pm, a little too late in the day. (Especially when you are required to be up by 5:15 am.)

Juan was informative and pleasant. Not a pushy salesman, I went to some of the other mattress stores and felt that the service at Mattress 1 was superior. Bought a adjustable frame and a mattress. 8-)

My wife and I bought a mattress and base from the North port mattress 1. After an hour of negotiations we settled on a temper-proadapt soft mattressAnd the ergo base. They sent a ease base.I’ve called corporate and they won’t seem to help at all. The girl at the cusp service number is very rude and not helpful. Refuses to give me a district or regional manager number.The delivery drivers are very rude and literally hung up on me because the sales guy didn’t put correct address in.DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
