Was confused on whether or not I had purchased the right stabilizer links for my car. The guys on staff were extremely helpful and considerate with any of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this AAP store. Date of visit was July 3rd 2020.

Super nice guy (forgot to get his name) changed all of my wipers and didnt get a upset when I accidentally sprayed him with windshield wiper fluid to test them

They have to do better on it point system and it coupons there is people out there do not know how to use a computer on a phone to find out their information the manager Advance Auto should make it a point to help their customers on their points right there and then

Great location, given where I live, you cant miss it, and when I got help with a few parts, the staff took their time to actually explain to me what was available and what wasnt and not just brush me off like a few other places I have been to

The particular guy we spoke with had a terrible personality. Not friendly, looked miserable and annoyed that he had to actually help a customer. He suggested another option and when we asked where is that? His sarcastic response on your phone ... The other two guys in there were very pleasant, unfortunately this one guy represents the company as well...

Gave me the wrong brakes and then when I returned to another store to exchange they wouldnt because the store I originally bought them from was closed for the day. Had to buy a second pair and wait to bring them back when the store was opened to get a refund smdh..for some reason they have to call the store to confirm because even though theyre corporate, not franchised, their computers dont all report to one place. Every store is different. So inconvenient

Ive bought parts there and someone else with the same car took my parts witch would have cost me 175.00 they fixed it by giving me my parts plus 75.00 off. So ya they keep there would.

The men that work her go above and beyond to help a lady figure out what I need exactly. I never get the wrong parts. They even helped me find and change my fuses...yeah theres fuses in a car too lol I had no idea 😂
