Has great staff, who make sure that youre taken care of, and your vehicle is fixed/kept up with. They tell you whats wrong, after working hard to figure out the problem, and can explain it to you if you dont understand. Their staff are polite and friendly; very nice people.

Unfortunately not willing be flexible with used car pricing, cars seem to be listed well higher than fair market value, so if your an educated savy buyer you may want to avoid this place, I understand used car market is in demand but someone doing their homework will find a better deal elsewhere, more money in my pocket is always better, salesmen was friendly Ill give that. Im sure theyll find someone less savy willing to overpay market value on this used car.

Friendly sales guy...Jason answered all my questions and walked me through the car I was looking at and gave us a great route for our test drive.

This place is horrible. Owned by rotten people who encourage their employees to lie to and take advantage of customers. Claim to be locals etc. but they are a sham. Had to involve BBB and state authorities to force them to deal in an honest manner. Dont do business with these people they are despicable. Service department dishonest and work done was sub par to the point of being rejected (actually several times for the same failure).

Had a really good experience here. I hate buying cars, but my salesman Graham did a great job getting me what I wanted. An easy process.

Although it was probably the worst time to buy a car due to the inventory shortage, I was still able to walk away with a fair deal. I went to 5 dealerships before landing here and they treated me the best by far.

Totally positive experience. Ali helped us find the car we want, gave us plenty of time even though it was close to closing, and had our car cleaned and ready next day. Could not possibly ask for a better experience. Covid protections seemed adequate.

I had my car inspection during this visit. $55.00I had the coolant hose replaced due to a recall. While I was there I had an oil change, tires rotated, they replaced my windshield wipers, topped off fluids and a 15,000 maintenance: replaced air and cabin filters. $199.00, alittle pricey I thought!

Deal was quick and easy but to get to that point was sketchy with the salesman with attitude and a lie which we called him out on ASAP. He apologized for his behavior and stuff and did try to make it up to my Girlfriend by adding some things at no cost to her. They do treat you with a warm welcome. Service pretty good but alittle slow but noticed something in between and fixed it as well. Worth going to!

Bought my car here. I brought it in for oil change, and brake pads. Got it back in just a few hours. They vacuum and wash the car as well.

It is a bit tight, but they are very Helpful here

Anchor Subaru is one of the best dealerships there is - the service staff are courteous, cheerful, and helpful. They listen well, and can figure out what your concerns and needs are. My wife says that they do not act as if women customers are helpless or ignorant.We have had very good experiences here and plan to use it for many of the needs of our Subaru Forester.

I came in with my wife and son to handle a matter with a door guard and Adam in service was very nice and helpful. Greig in sales came by to see what the problem was with the car and must have seen me in the bay area which he came over to see what the problem was. It was nice of him to come over to help out even though he was in sales. He stuck around to make it his problem to assist in any way. If it was any other Subaru dealerships, they would just walk away and dont even care about you. The sales manager was very nice and friendly as always whenever we come in for service. Mike the manager in service was very helpful as well too. So far, Anchor Subaru is the best place of all Subaru dealerships Ive been to hands down. They go above and beyond more than any other dealerships. I highly recommend this place and all the employees that I have encountered with are really great. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Terrible customer service, have been there twice and had the same problem. Made an appointment, I was 10 minutes late due to weather and a promised 30 minute service turned into a 90 minute ordeal. Then was told it was my fault because I was late and should have realized no auto service would only take 30 minutes. Both appointments were for recall issues, so I had no choice about going
