I have gone to them for all of my menswear needs, including getting new suits, upgrading my shirts and ties, and even outfitting my wedding party. Theyve always delivered with outstanding quality and interesting pieces and they were also able to meet all of the needs of my party (and of course all of the suits looked incredible). They have an amazing selection of suits, sport coats, shirts, accessories, and just about everything else you could want. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always providing fantastic options. I cannot recommend Jackson & Connor enough.

The Jackson & Connor crew are amazing! I was running late and walked in 30 minutes before they were closing and they still were excited to help me out. In that short time we found a full suit that looked beautiful and had measurements done for tailoring. Ive been shopping at Jackson and Connor for years now. If youd like to own fewer pieces of clothing that fit perfect, will last forever if cared for, and are uniquely flattering this is the place to go. I rewarded myself for losing weight by coming here. In the process I went from owning tons of things that kind of fit and and I sort of liked to loving everything I own.They take a very personal approach, remember what you like, keep track of brands that fit you well. I owned some top quality dress shirts that I wore weekly for 20 years. Yes, I paid a lot for them but they wound up much cheaper in the long run.Its worth it to shop here.

I’ve browsed through Jackson & Connor a handful of times but finally decided to finally jump in and buy a suit from them, and was wholly impressed not just by the quality of clothes, but by the friendly and helpful staff members. I ended up picking up a suit and shirt that I love, and the entire process was smooth and easy. Better yet, I felt like the staff were honest about what worked and didn’t work for me and had great suggestions for ways to make my suit more versatile. I went to Jackson & Connor to get a jacket for my best friend’s wedding. As a woman who has never shopped for men’s attire, I was definitely apprehensive about the entire experience. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly and helped me find the perfect jacket for the event. They listened to all of my concerns and went out of their way to make sure I felt great about my purchase! The jacket itself absolutely surpassed my highest expectations. It was tailored beautifully and in a very reasonable amount of time. On the day I wore it, I got a TON of compliments and felt very comfortable with the fit of the jacket. We used Jackson & Connor for the suits for my husband, our fathers, and his 6 groomsmen on our wedding day. After looking around, we found that their prices were extremely competitive with some of the big, chain menswear brands, and offered a much higher quality suit. Also we love keeping things local, so they were the best choice. Their storefront is gorgeous and all of their staff is amazing. They know menswear inside and out and have impeccable taste. If you want a gorgeous, well made, perfectly tailored suit - this is exactly the place for you.However, they were definitely not as familiar with these bulk-orders-for-weddings thing. We had several little issues in the weeks leading up to our wedding.. my dads suit was ordered wrong and had to be reordered, which took forever and made me really nervous it wouldnt come in time. We were unable to get vests to complete the 3 piece suits because the manufacturer ran out, and we were never informed until the suits came in and my husband went to try it on and was like hey, wheres the vest?. Just general poor communication, seeming like we were getting flimsy answers for issues we were having. It was frustrating.. But on the day of the wedding the guys looked amazing and everything worked out - thats what matters!Overall, GREAT place to buy a quality suit, super stylish employees who offer great tips and insight, awesome tailoring. But they need to work on some kinks to better cater to wedding parties.

Attention to detail is amazing here. Great customer service as soon as you walk in. The environment is warm, welcoming and just all around fun and interesting. I always find something new or interesting to look at. Bought my all time favorite scarf here! The owner (Will) is a great guy.

Was impressed with this place, even though I did not end up buying from them. They have suits for the same price as the Men sWearhouse down the street, but much higher quality materials, eg, super 140s wool. At the warehouse thats a custom, special-order item, but Jackson & Connor has it in-stock. Only reason I did not go with them is because tailoring takes 7-10 days, and I needed to get something ready the same day.

Real nice mens shop, looking for a wallet for grandson, he loved all the available options..then we started really looking through their inventory...very very nice clothes accessories etc. The staff was excellent on a busy St. Patricks shopping day at Thorns.all in all I gave it a five star review,

Wow this store and these guys are AMAZING. I was really nervous to shop for interview clothes and these guys really helped me figure out what felt right and looked good. Additionally I had an interview out of state and they literally overnighted my freshly altered clothes to the hotel so they would be there on time. You cant beat these guys when it comes to quality dapper apparel and amazing service.

Ive been shopping at Jackson & Connor on occasion for a few years and recently had a bad experience. Staff dismissed my concerns about fit after alteration rather than acknowledge or attempt to address them, and was (slightly) rude in the process. Im very disappointed, and, quite frankly, hesitant to recommend and skeptical that Ill return.

Just went there for a job interview suit, my first suit bought in around 7 years. Could not be happier with the service, the man and woman who helped me (I wish a remembered their names) were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable.I walked out with a very nice tailored suit for around 350 USD that would have been 600-700 at Mens Warehouse. I highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market.

Not only do they have style options in a variety of price ranges, but the quality is superb. Saving to spend a little extra here goes miles beyond buying lower quality standards in other places. But it is not the variety of style or the quality that has quickly turned me into a new and expectedly loyal customer. It is the flawless service that Will and his team provide. Their fun, playful personalities; their honest, down-to-earth approach; their extensive product knowledge and resources; their genuine desire to see you smile - whether youre just stopping buy or making a purchase. All without pretense, without judgement, without pressure. An experience unlike anything I have experienced in any business anywhere. Period.A couple of tips: Dont be afraid to browse.
