So I had ordered these beautiful babies to be printed out for a baby shower ill be hosting . unfortunately I had to leave town for a bit and didnt get to pick up my order as expected. I went in today expecting the worst and was relieved and excited to hear my order was still safe and sound with no explanations needed. I was also given some recommendations on an upcoming order and how to save some money. To me those are clear signs on a company that actually cares about their customers. I actually look forward to doing business with them.

I brought my son here to make copies of his comics. The person that helped us was super careful to adjust margins and checked to make sure no edges were cut off. It was a small job but we really appreciated the attention to detail. Great atmosphere and customer service.

Excellent service from staff. They are so patient with me everytime I go there.I really like the interior and exterior of the place. The location is clean, handicapped accessible and easy to park in the parking lot. Their prices are very reasonable.

They are the perfect mix of corporate and mom and pop. Like a chain business the employees at Paradise are professional fast, efficient, and consistent. However, unlike corporate jobs, the employees here seem to like the place they work at. Theres also a sense of community and compassion, the woman at the counter today served a smashed up, smelly, dirty homeless guy with respect and kindness, knew him by name.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The print jobs always turn out great, for a great price and quickly! Its a very friendly atmosphere.

I moved to Northampton last Fall, and as someone that was already familiar with the area, Ive always wanted to frequent Paradise Copies as a resident initially just because they had such a nice-looking space and a cool name. A name also perfectly encapsulating the town that is Northampton.Theres nowhere else Ill go for any printing need, and they have been so incredibly generous, responsive, and patient with my lame oddball black and white printing requests.Thank you Paradise!

I practically live here. As a marketing person I love the designers and printers here. It is a rare find. Service is crazy good (though they do tend to have trouble finding things sometimes) but they are super customer-focused, overall and very flexible.

They are very unprofessional; upon asking an employee how their day was going, to start our interaction, she responded “Good, what do you need?” very rudely.She then explained how she could not help me because... they do not save what they do not make for you on your file with them. Except both my office manager and I were told that we would not have to send this PDF again, they would be able to make any changes as needed in the future. They also seem to have one of our personally made PDFs on file but yet just claimed they don’t save anything they don’t make themselves.I just find it crazy that they would not keep an organized record of things they print, especially for local companies. This disorganization is ridiculous. We have not had one truly positive experience with this company.

Each time I think Im goto save time, by leave my order and then pick it up. It gets mess up. Like today I ask and always ask for matta sticky paper also have them make it brighter by 10%. I got glossy and not made any brighter.The print quality isnt what I use get. I got ask that they reprinted for me, but didnt want to wait another hour, or hours. I would of taken a discount.

First of all, they have the best seasonal decorations in town. While that might speak more to their landscaper, its still more fun to pull up there rather than a big box store parking lot.Their prices are competitive with other local printers; not always so much with printing online. They have a great variety of paper, and its always worth getting a quote. I try to support local when the price difference is close.Paradise is always very busy, and they turn over quality jobs very quickly.

Paradise is most peoples go-to copy, print and design shop in Northampton. From professors to retailers to entrepreneurs - theyre there. But service can be shaky. They have trouble finding your job. Dont expect to run in and run out. If you do, great!

Really nice folks, but REMARKABLY expensive.A literally 6 minute job to scan and e-mail me a file of a manuscript cost me nearly $75 -- I didnt get any physical documents or copies produced...it was just the cost to stick the single stack of papers in the feeder, hit the scan button 1 time, and e-mail me the digital file. Im so disappointed and mad at them for their costs being so exorbitant.

Great quality work! Employees are really helpful and patient with complicated orders. Fast work and they will do proofs for you (expected) but they are professional and friendly.

Always friendly, good service, not too expensive to get a few things printed. I didnt pick a very good paper to print something on once (my fault) so if youre not sure I would ask for someones advice, they have always been very helpful.

Paradise Copies is exactly why monopolies are a bad idea. Visiting from our of town and arrived at this store 930 AM on a rainy Monday. Okay...who is really on a good mood on a rainy Monday? But when you sole business is related to copies and customer service, this vendor could use some help for sure. No greeting of, Hi, please or thank you. Just a what do you want stare...when you walk up to the counter....as if you are bothering them. I know that when your largest source of income is college student related, it can likely wear on you but I have to say it has been a long time since Ive experienced customer service this poor. My wish for Paradise Copies is for a competitor copy service to move in close by. There is nothing like a little competition to miraculously improve customer service!
