This little shop is a wonderful find. Extensive amount of gems and crystals. A wonderful feel here.

Did not like. Very expensive. People weren’t very kind, and changed prices based on who you are. It was very aesthetically pleasing but not smart to purchase from the place.

My biggest problem with this store was that a lot of the items were very overpriced, and I dont just mean, ugh, why arent they giving me a good deal?! because some of their inventory is identical to products at other crystal shops in the area - except with a $10 markup.The atmosphere felt very touristy with several workers available to try and make a sale. Walking ways were cramped with people, the store must have been pushing the limits of its maximum capacity.Some good things to note, their is a large diversity in the types of crystals and complementary items, there is a broad range in the price of items (so if you want something big or something small, they got it), and they also have some fairly unique items for sale.

When I first started learning about crystal and adapting into the metaphysical lifestyle, this was my go too. The have a great selection of stones and crystals all different sizes and price range as well as the descriptions which are so helpful when your learning. I love the reiki charged volite candles from Crystal Journey along with the Affirmations, they helped me get through a lot of my days when I was going through some personal life issues. The Affirmations are so helpful to get you back to you. The Homemade charcoal incense are also a favorite of mine they also come with Affirmations shorter, but still simple and sweet. Were very helpful to me to help me realign and find peace within 🙏

Nice store they have a big selection a little marked up for the prices my only issue is sometimes costumer service is a little off

This is a great little shop, pricey as others noted and I can’t speak to their readings but they have a vast selection of many things from angel and tarot cards to varying books on astrology, Tao/Dao, Goddesses, Reiki, Mindfulness, Angels etc. and an abundance of statues, crystals, trinkets etc. As someone who frequents similar stores when I travel this store has a great deal. I like how with almost every crystal there is info on what it is used for, most stores do not have this and it makes picking the perfect stone for you that much easier if you aren’t familiar or feel called to a particular stone. You could spend hours in there, I have!

From the outside looks like a hole in the wall, but the store goes in deep and is packed with lots of crystals, books, incense, jewelry, all sorts of new age paraphernalia. Recommended

Pretty enormous selection of overpriced stones. Employees were all nice except for the one male employee; very snippy, assumptuous, and unhumbling. And from what Ive heard and read, hes been complained about before.

The layout and information available while browsing was very helpful. Staff could have been more engaging after initial greeting.

Great selection of overpriced rocks and crystals but horrendously snarky service. My mother (who walks with a cane) was at the door patiently waiting for them to open with me (we arrived a few minutes before opening time, which is noon and closed Friday and Saturday). Finally the guy comes to the door, unlocks it, and leaves it shut in my mothers face. Not even a hello or welcome - no acknowledgement whatsoever that we were patiently waiting there. Once we entered, he just barked at us to put on hand sanitizer and socially distance - things we do anyways. He was so rude and so uncaring that it was really quite appalling to us both. We did end up buying some things and the lady at the cash register was slightly more amiable, but we will NEVER return to this store. Bizarre opening hours, expensive, and horrendous, snarky service (if you could even call it service). To treat an older woman with a cane who just wants to spend money in your store with such rudeness and disdain is unacceptable. For that alone they should be put out of business.

This is my favorite store in Northampton. They always have the coolest things. All of my crystals are from there and if i couldn’t i would go all the time. Never gotten a physic reading but am interested in it. They have a great variety of tarot cards. Very safe about corona and all the staff are nice.My one and only complaint is that it’s not open on weekends!

Never in my life have I had such an amazing experience! Friendly staff that went above and beyond and great prices! During the COVID-19 pandemic they have sanitizer every few feet, they have somebody constantly watching the door to make sure that occupancy stays to a minimum. I appreciate being able to walk into the store and be greeted by wonderful people in a safe and welcoming environment. Definitely going to be bringing my friend!

Great store to go to. While they generally they have a large selection of your standard fare spiritual items, they also have a very large selection of buddhas which some may appreciate very much.

Walking into this little shop is always refreshing. We always refill our incense stash here. They always have an amazing selection, and the staff that work there will help you find everything and anything youre looking for (and sometimes things you arent!)

I have always loved shopping in store at Inspirit, but that’s not easily achieved for me right now. I just got off the phone with Don there, who patiently, kindly and delightfully helped me correct and add to an online order. I couldn’t recommend this store and staff more highly.

I could spend literally hours in here obsessing over the sheer variety of stones they have! Truly astounding. If you are a precious stone junkie like me then you owe it to yourself to check this place out. Bring a $20 and leave with a small handful of beautiful trinkets to add to your altar or windowsill. Highly recommended!

The staffers are just truly kind. I received a tarot reading, while expensive, was really a fun and kind experience. Don was supportive, sweet and had great vibes. If I had more money, I would probably come in every couple months for a reading because it was really fun and walking around the shop it was really easy to have a casual conversation with the staffers

I spend an unbelievable amount of money and time every time I come here, with good reason! Straight up, Inspirit is a magical little shop which has a lot more packed into it than you think. Massive selection of crystals and gemstones (all well labeled), incense, candles, figurines, spiritual supplies, and tarot/oracle decks. The best part? The staff! Their employees are endlessly helpful and friendly whether you need help or not. Ive had a lot of positive experiences here over the last few years, cannot recommend them enough.

Shop was nice. Sage was burning upon entrance. Store was very organized and well kept. Polite staff and they knew their stuff!!! I got a CAGE for some small Crystals I purchased and the nice woman who checked me out tied my string so that my necklace can be adjustable. That was def a plus. They were very interactive and hands on answering my tons of questions. Never once seemed burdened by me like most shops of this nature. I will definitely make another trip from Boston up here to get more supplies and trinkets!!!

As someone who loves visiting spiritualist stores on both sides of the Atlantic, this was a delightful little find. From Chinese to Egyptian to Asian to Celtic styles of jewelry and statues, this store has it all. Incenses, dreamcatchers, pendants, mugs, trinkets and so much more. Not to mention their fabulous selection of books which cover reiki, wicca, witchcraft, Egyptian mythology and many other subjects. It can be a little claustrophobic when its busy, but otherwise its a fabulous little hole in the wall store. Highly recommended.

Store is pricey, shops in Salem, MA are not as pricey as this. Owner and other employee were really giddy ringing up items, and I was bothered by this. Seem like frauds running this business instead of really using and understanding what they are selling.

[Update] July 12th:I just went back because I was told the chain I bought for my pendant was real silver but it turned my neck green after I told this sales associate from yesterday Im allergic to fake metals and my skin will turn green. When I woke up this morning my neck was green and I was mad. I called the store and the sales associate who answered my call said I was more than welcome to return it either for another item, store credit or a cash refund. Which I asked if the money would go back directly into my card or not and thats when I was told cash only. So when I got back to the store with the chain and pendant to get my refund the sales associate and Im assuming was the manager kept trying to push the store credit thing on me after I specifically told them I was told over the phone I would get a cash refund. It was very annoying and could tell they didnt want to refund me, but because I did call and I know they will ask who it was they didnt have a choice to give me the refund I was promised. So be careful when buying jewelry or any items in the store because they probably wont give in and give you a refund.July 11th :The staff was helpful and they seemed knowledgeable but they seemed really rushed and distracted to give you any real attention. Im not knowledgeable at all over crystals or statues and I looked up a few stones I was intrested online so I can know what I was looking for before getting there. So when I was asking for help on picking crystals and statues for my house after I had described my situation I could tell that the staff didnt seem to intrested on helping me throughly even though I was showing intrest on buying multiple items. It also didnt help they where under staffed, so when people where asking them simple questions like I was on items the staff was obviously putting all of their attention on multiple customers at once instead of trying to help the previous customer they where with 1st. I had to speak to multiple associates because they where all over the place.
