Can I get admission for language course?

I am from Nepal. I had stopped my visa processing due to my family issue. They had told me that within 120 working days my tuition fees will be refund. I had sent them email at least 20 times even I call them more than 20 times for getting my refund. I had submit every documents whatever they asked but it has been 9 months since I am not getting my refund. I had lost at least 200 USD in phone calls. When I call to them they only tell me to call to finance department but the thing is I already call to all staff and nothing happen. Моя история с учёбой в Университете началась примерно 15 лет назад, после техникума я поступил в институт, но учиться не было не сил, не желания, были совсем другие приоритеты и я бросил учёбу. Спустя примерно 10 лет я стал часто задумываться что мне необходимо Высшее образование, особенно для поступления на MBA, без высшего образования не берут. Но я постоянно откладывал, т.к. ссылался на свой загруженный график, и думал что это не для меня. Пока один друг не посоветовал мне Университет Синергия. Оказалось что можно учиться удаленно, не занимая большого количества времени. Так я поступил и начал обучение. Скажу честно, было много вопросов в начале и сложностей в понимании системы, но к счастью платформа для обучения позволяет взаимодействовать с куратором, именно благодаря куратору я не бросил учиться, а вместе мы разобрались что всё намного проще чем казалось в самом начале. В связи с чем хочу искренне поблагодарить своего куратора Ахмедханову Аиду Гамзатовну, за отзывчивость, помощь и желание разобраться в ситуации. Не столкнулся ни с одной серьезной проблемой за время обучения в Синергии - это дорогого стоит.Доступ, материал, сдача - если сдаешь все сам, то никаких проблем и прочих негативных ситуаций.Из минусов наверное отмечу неудобный доступ к материалам с телефона/планшета, это доставляло много проблем тк в дороге читать неудобно.Деканат всегда на связи, помогает с решением проблем, а не мы вам тут помочь не сможем.Ну и просто так у меня не приняли ни одну работу, приходилось материал готовить, а не сскачал - отправил - защитил

Before my eyes, the guys, who at the beginning of their studies could not paint a simple still life and did not understand how to combine colors correctly, have made an incredible leap over the years.
