Amazing place. They got everything done in a timely manner. Took care of me without a hitch, even had me set up with a rental car already. It was the easiest process Ive ever been through. So happy with the work that was done on the car, doesnt even look like it had ever been in an accident. Very professional, always updating me throughout the week on the progress. Caliber Collision was recommended by my auto insurance after I was in a car accident. They not only fantastic jobs with the repairs but the customer service was amazing! They gave text and phone updates throughout the entire process and even assisted with the rental car.

I came in for some scratches on my door and I was helped by a guy named Chris! Great guy his advice saved me a bunch! He said all I needed was some good old fashion elbow grease and no repair was needed and was nice enough to buff it out for me and on I went with my day! Definitely recommend him if your in need of fixing or a easy fix and in the area.

My 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee was involved in a accident in front of my home I needed a shop that was flexible and was able to work with me on my busy schedule so I look for a shop on my State Farm app and I found caliber collision in north brook and gave them a call a women named patty picked up the phone with the kindest voice and said thank your for calling caliber in Northbrook I responded with I was just in a accident and I am in the need some some body work she was able to get me in the same day and out within a week I worked with Chris Reyes as my service advisor super awesome young man willing to go above and beyond even did little minor paint touch ups for me around the vehicle gave me daily updates as well made me feel at ease highly recommend

I had my car in for a door handle replacement and they staff here were great. They were courteous and efficient and took great care of me. I know they changed management recently, but the customer service is fantastic at this store. I will definitely come back for any future car issues.

I needed some work done to my RS7 got into a slight fender bender so the Audi dealership referred this location. Arriving I was greeted by an estimator Chris and he instantly got to work. I was extremely impressed by his attention to detail and how efficient he was. Received my quote within minutes. He informed me on the parts that needed to be replaced and some calibrations that needed to be completed. Great service and definitely felt like my time and needs were valued. Highly recommend.

Everything was great Chris explained the whole process to me in a way I could understand. After getting into an accident I did not know what to expect when taking my car in to be repaired. I looked into a few places made a few phone calls this place stood out to me the most and exceeded all my expectations especially with their excellent customer service!

I backed my van into a snow bank in January and didnt think much off it. My husband was afraid the damage would total it. The service girl really put my mind at ease. She explained the damage wasnt that severe and it would be 1-2 days depending on if it needed to be painted. I picked my baby up and I cant even tell she was damaged. I was amazed at the great job Caliber did on the paint and they replaced the console ring which had some scratches. Although it took longer than expected and I had to rent a car for 9 days, I am happy with their work. After purchasing a car from Carvana that was delivered with scratches and more, using Caliber was the best decision I ever made. They went over and above the call to get my car finished even before approval from Silverrock/Carvana. I would trust Caliber to repair any vehicle I own for damage repair. Hats off to these guys!

Came in for an estimate for my vehicle and immediately I was approached by Mr. Chris Reyes with the upmost respect and outgoing attitude. He went over my vehicle with me and proceeded to then come up with an estimate for me. He then gave me his card and told me if I had any questions or concerns to go ahead and give him a call. There was a piece of plastic knocked out of my front bumper, so I brought my car to Caliber Collision. They gave me a quote that said they need to do 3 hours of labor. I called to inquire about this, and they said that they need to remove the entire front bumper to install the piece of plastic. Every other body shop I got a quote from said the installation will take 5 minutes. I believe I was taken advantage of because of my young age. Take your money elsewhere, dont support these liars.

This is the place Progressive insurance sent me to. I had a collision with an animal and it took off part of my front bumper.I was a bit skeptical at first based on reviews but this place was amazing!It was easy enough to drop off my car and the young lady that worked with me walked me through everything. She explained the whole process in detail. I was concerned about the paint matching the rest of the car. She was very reassuring and told me I wouldnt notice a difference & it would look like new. And it did!!!She called me that very same day (Thursday) with an update and my car was ready for pick up by Noon on Wednesday!

My insurance company recommended ABRA. I had a very positive experience with them. They stand by their work and I was very happy with the restoration they did. A part came loose a couple of months later and they took care of everything. The girls that work in the front office are very friendly and everything was taken care of very promptly. I would recommend ABRA of Northbrook if you need body or glass work done, and would absolutely use them for future work.

Farmers sent my car to their shop to fix damage on bumper and quarter panel. (left back corner) My husband being professional mechanic told them to change bumper. They refused. After 4 days when I showed up to pick up my car I couldnt believe that shop of their level can do such poor job. They didnt change bumper and just painted it leaving bubbles all over spot where damage was, quarter panel was bumpy where damage was and on the tap of it all gaps between light, bumper and quarter panel were HUGE!!! we showed to them, their mess, took pictures, refuse to take car back, and drove away on rental. One week later we went back pick up car, it looked better, but still wasnt perfect. We took car anyway. Car Rental charged us for for rental car, because ABRA never submitted info to insurance that they had to redo their mess. They claimed that we asked them to do extra work on the car!?!!?? We are still in process to get our money back from rental company because of ABRA failed to do their only job, and straight up lied to insurance. This place trash...take your business somewhere else. Save your time and MONEY!

They repaired the damage on a Mazda5. Replaced the damaged parts. Paint matched the surrounding panels.Assisted in talks with the rental car company.They delivered the car washed, clayed and polished top to bottom (tires too).It never been so shiny in its life.Thank you

Too slow. They are good at delay to finish your car week by week. Also, very rude. They called me to let me know that they could not finish on time when I was not able to answer the call. So, they left a voicemail letting me about delay. I called back. They told me about delayed. It repeated again. I called them and required my car to get finished. They tried to give me the fault of delaying because I did not called back right away after voicemail. Lol. I said I called you. She said you talked on the phone with other employee... It is getting lazy to explain about that process. Finally, I got my car after I was very angry to them. But my car has other problem...

Great service super helpful!

All around bad experience.. Got my car back with buff marks so bad I had to bring it to a professional detailer to fix. Used remanufactured/refurbished parts on my car that were defective then refused to correct the problem blaming the manufacturer of the part for the issue. The warranty that they supposedly provide on their work is completely worthless. Take your business elsewhere.

My car has been at Caliber Collision fro almost a week now and I still havent got the results of the appraisal. I am calling the shop for two days now trying to get someone to tell me the status. The calls are NOT being returned. Extremely disappointed.

They were not patient enough to wait for the client to make decision. At the end they took a piece away from my car so that I can’t open a bonnet of my car.

Car took way too long and $5500 later still not perfect. Panels not lined up, No touch ups done. Extremely disappointed.
