Great store with plenty of product and an old school costumes by the number setup unlike other stores. They seemed to have more party supplies than any other location in the area, too (I traveled to plenty this weekend trying to find a last minute Halloween costume). Ended up returning what I got, but overall great experience.

I am giving them the benefit of the doubt with 4 stars as they were pretty busy so all staff looked to be taking care of other customers. The store has a huge selection of party items and currently Halloween stuff which is why we stopped in. Its good to grab a couple items for the kids, but its mostly all cheap merchandise that wont make it past this years Halloween.

Had the absolute worst Customer service! Place an order drove an hour and a half to get to the location in northbrook for them to tell me they canceled my order because they didn’t have in stock. Britney didn’t show any emotion of the fact of driving and no one on staff called to tell the customer it wasn’t in stock. Do not recommend this staff or store to anyone. Go somewhere else.

Quick and easy experience with friendly staff

Everything Imaginable that you could want for any holiday or entertaining occasion. This store is large and well organized with easy parking. Sale items not discounted very much though. They do sell Jelly Belly jelly beans by the pound, where you can mix and match the flavors to you liking.

By far my favorite Party City. Have stopped by on my way to work and mornings staff have been so nice and friendly also helpful if didn’t have an item they still even look or see if online available with free shipping. Many many great party items available and themes. Wish they had gift cards available since I have picked up birthday cards here sometimes

Got 12 special shape balloons filled for work. Was taken care of quickly. Very nice helpful staff.

It would be nice if they considered answering their phone. They have 2 employees which means there is typically no one to help you on the floor. They have a lot of goods but good luck getting through to order anything.

Great store for party supplies, cards, little giveaways, etc. Easy to find things too. Parking very convenient.

Store was in process of setting up for Halloween. Looked very empty - quite certain its full of fun spooky stuff now.

Its HUGE!!!!! Theres not much workers around though. I usually find everything I need and it has great wigs, terrifying Halloween decorations, and good organization! I LOVE IT!!!

This place is terrible. When I walked in no one seemed to be there. I finally found someone who was reluctant to help me find a costume. They just told me its somewhere in the corner. I came back to them when I didnt find it and she shrugged. I left empty handed and am now giving this rating.

Always a line to check out even when the store is slow. Employees do not seem to care about the customers.

It can be a bit pricey, but lots to choose from. Look for sales first.
