Service was outstanding! I found myself in a particularly tiresome process of going back and forth between retail stores, but Badia was amazingly patient, so helpful by going the extra mile and saved me gobs of time. After working with a number of AT&T stores, I would highly recommend this one for their staff and convenience!

Not open during stated store hours - today it states that someone will be back at 11am. Lady briskly walked by at noon and promptly locked the door again. Lights off, but people inside ignoring clients waiting outside.

The sales rep was great. He was really helpful and dealt with all my concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered to the fullest of his ability. Would reccomend you go here for any AT&T situation. Beat comcasts price by $100/month!!!

If you have Comcast or Verizon and are thinking about switching. Do not. Absolutely worst customer service, outsourced, constantly transferring you around. Each representative says something different. Constantly need to call to double check items are complete. The day for internet install, they never showed up. Comcast/Verizon spoiled us. Absolutely can’t wait to leave AT&T.

Great experience overall they helped me understand that very confusing bill and even found a solution to save me over 60 dollars a month! I didn’t even know they were in the mall. I highly recommend all to go to this one over the one down the street on Skokie blvd. Especially because you’re not waiting forever.

Went in to activate the SIM card on a replacement phone and Igor told us if this card didnt work, we would have to buy a new SIM card for $5.50. (?!?) Since WHEN has AT&T been charging their customers for SIM cards when activating phones?? After the activation didnt work, he said we needed to buy a new SIM card. We declined and went to the Apple store instead. They not only GAVE us the SIM card, they helped us activate it when the AT&T rep on the phone was unable to help us. I have had AT&T phones for 20+ years and have NEVER had an experience like this at any of their stores.

Great customer service, Davione really helped explain things and laid things out so that there were no surprises. I was really dreading going into the store - afraid that it would be a long battle - ending with a drastic increase in my monthly phone bill. In reality, it was quick as relatively possible and there was cost savings overall!! Thank you Davione and AT&T.

This was my absolute best experience with an att store. I literally hate coming to their store to deal with anything reguarding my account. But the manager here made my experience the best I’ve ever had. He was attentive to my problems and he made sure he corrected all mistakes made on my account I definitely recommend you going to this att and ask for the store manager!!

Absolutely horrible! I was told my plan would be 80 and free internet for life. I get my bill 2 weeks into charging 200 dollars. I call in the rep I spoke to had no idea about the offer. I was put over to the loyalty team they tried to give me a credit and told me I would get a call back in 3 days. No call back, i called in again the person I spoke to had no clue what credit I was talking about gave me not even half of the credit I was originally offered. Then I was supposed hear back manager who was going to review everything still no call back. Provided feedback to the assistant store manager they have no sympathy and just stood quiet and just said sorry like he did not care at about his job. Overall the store lied about the way the promotion works as in reality the plan was 90 dollars not 80 and you have to pay for the free internet for 3 months and then on the 4th month they say you will get a credit. While I was at the store for 2 hours I asked over 5 times about the cost of my bill and not once was this explained. I honestly dont believe that they will even credit at the 4th month is like a lie to get you to switch. To get a resolution is almost impossible as AT&T takes no responsibility or accountability and does not care about their customers. Do not bother with the store or with the company as a whole it is a waste of time and money. I never give reviews so for me to bother to do one trust me is bad.

In the last few days I came to the store, dealer with Davione he helped me to go through the process of unlocking my phone. No one at AT&T was willing to help. I was shouved from one contact to another.Davione called AT&T customer service. ( which I did with no resolutions) he got the wheel going and after 10 days I have my phone unlocked.Thanks for having Davion as your representative. If not for him I would have another provider today.Dalia Graupe
