My partner and I had a wonderful experience with the friendly and helpful staff - Marlene, Maria and Stephanie. Dr Udesky was thorough and knowledgeable as well. Great selection of frames available to patients at various price range. If they are an in-network provider, they also take care of insurance estimates for you.

My experience with Northbrook Family Eyecare was very good. Dr. Udesky is very personable and his exam was very thorough. The first pair of lenses did not work out for me, however they exchanged the lenses and refunded the difference to me. The second pair of glasses I ended up with were very good.Most currently, with Covid, Im uncomfortable getting an eye exam at the moment, so I requested an extension to my current prescription and a quote on new lenses. Dr Udesky provided the extension to my prescription and also gave me a very good quote on a pair of replacement lenses for my sunglasses.Dr. Udesky is very conscientious about patient care and customer service, so I recommend giving them a try.

Ive always had a great experience here. Everybody is so friendly! Plus, they dont use the puff to measure intraocular pressure!

This was my first trip to see an eye doctor. Dr. Udesky and Stephanie were both great. He gave me a thorough eye exam and educated me on all aspects of the exam itself and the various things which are affecting my once flawless eyesight. They offer a huge variety of lenses and frames at fair value. I highly recommend them!
