Everything couldnt have gone more smoothly when we needed to replace our roof. Artur Bak answered all of our concerns and explained how the installation process would work. With our fairly large roof, the removal of our old roof and the installation our new roof took a day and a half. The workers were amazing. Fast, thorough and friendly, they nailed it! Our only regret is that were only allowed to give a 5-star rating when 10 stars would be more worthy.

Bak Brothers is terrific. We have a large log cabin home that needed the whole homes fascia to be capped in aluminum. They perfectly matched color, trim and caulk to the home. They completed the job ahead of estimate. Workers were prompt, completed the entire job in a single day, cleaned the entire site and were gone before we were even able to tip! The workmanship was fantastic and exactly what we wanted. Norberts estimate was accurate, fairly priced and without any issues. Highly recommend.

Artur was very patient and informative throughout the process, as we took our time choosing our products and getting all our questions answered. We hired Bak Brothers for a fairly large project. We had our entire house resided with Hardie board and also had all our doors and windows replaced. Throughout the process Artur, Norbert, and Ben were always responsive. Their crews did a great job and whenever an issue came up, they addressed it in a timely manner. We had a missing piece of siding under an eave and an animal had gotten into our attic. After the animal was removed we contacted Bak Brothers to repair the siding. I explained that it was important to do this as soon as possible so that another animal could not get inside. They responded so quickly I was amazed. He and David arrived on time daily, worked hard the whole day and cleaned up the site when they left. They gutted our 1929 bathroom down to the studs, hauled away 3000 Lbs of trash (hello plaster and cement floor! whoa!!!). Karl consulted me on design decisions and provided solid feedback, but also understood that the customer gets what they want (Yep - I do want dark grout!). The finished product is OUTSTANDING! Bak Brothers replaced our roof several years ago and so when it came time to replace our siding there was no question which company we would hire. The entire Bak Brothers team is top notch and really knows how to deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish. Bak Brothers did a great job helping us out of a really bad situation. We started a full kitchen remodel with a different contractor. A few weeks into the project- we realized the other contractors work was poor in a number of ways. When we brought the issues to the other contractors attention he abandon the job and kept a huge sum of money. We were left without a kitchen and had a mess on our hands.We reached out to Artur and Bak Brothers. He assessed the situation, and submitted a proposal to do the job correctly. They discovered a number of code violations and poor workmanship items performed by the other company. It took almost 2 weeks to clean up the mess made by an unethical company. It was a long list of problems (too many to list here) and they handled it in a methodical manner. The tradesmen from Bak Brothers that performed the work were very professional and thorough. They ensured that all plumbing, electrical, and gas lines were now to code. But all along the goal was quality.Then came the amazing part, putting the kitchen back together. The cabinets, crown molding, and floor were installed Then the countertops, sink, backsplash, and lighting. The attention to detail was meticulous. Everything that we agreed to in the contract was performed as planned, often with more attention to detail that we hadn’t even thought about.With any remodel there will be questions and decisions to be made with the homeowner. In early June 2019 we discovered that we needed to have the exterior cladding of our home removed and replaced, along with many of our windows. We contacted four contractors in the area and invited them to provide bids for the needed work. Artur Bak was the first one to schedule an appointment to discuss our needs. He blew us away with his knowledge, experience, suggestions and remedies to every single issue we discussed. The scope of our project would be quite large. Artur returned within a week to go over his very professional, well-detailed proposal. Every piece of the information we needed to make a decision was covered. He was readily available to answer any questions we had over the following week. We determined that we needed to downsize the scope of our project and within days Artur had a new proposal prepared for us and spent more time going over the details of the revision. No other contractor even came close to accommodating us in the ways that Artur did. We were extremely please with their initial responsiveness, price, and the detail in their estimate. The work started just before the Covid stay at home order, and we loved the roof but the setting of the gutters didnt seem quite right to us. The leaf guards were also slightly visible and a lighter color than we expected. We discussed with them, and they totally understood and took the time to re-do that part of the work, even though it was delayed due to quarantine logistics. This is the second time we used Bak Brothers for an indoor home remodel. This time, they completely gutted and reconstructed our entire kitchen, no easy feat since the house is 115 years old. Artur Bak, Dave Harney, and Mark were an outstanding trio, helping us make difficult decisions and guiding us toward smart choices. We opted for the traditional route by selecting each of the components for the new kitchen separately as we progressed in the following order: cabinets/drawers (wood), color/paint for the cabinets (teal and white), appliances (silver and red), flooring (wood), countertops (whitish quartz), sink (deep and old fashioned), backsplash (colorful moziac-like tile), shelving (refurnished barn wood), cabinet pulls (muted silver) and knobs (muted silver for teal cabinets, fruit and vegetable ceramics for white cabinets), cabinet glass (plain), light fixtures (recessed and hanging), windows, skylights, and probably more Im forgetting. We opted for color! Mark was at the house every day, working incredibly hard. Bak Brothers was consistent, reliable, extremely friendly and warm, communicated regularly with us, VERY patient, thoughtful, and considerate. They cleaned up every day to reduce the garbage and stuff cluttering the house. Artur regularly checked in on us to ensure things were progressing, stopping by to take a look, and occasionally bring us treats. Mark offered useful opinions to help guide our decisions, was methodical, detailed, and careful in his work. They finished the remodel in a very timely fashion (despite our slow decision making), and never rushed to get something done. The kitchen looks PERFECT. I am very grateful for their work and would recommend them 10 times over. In fact, Im already thinking about my next house project (replacing the roof? painting the exterior?). Very pleased with my Bak Brothers experience. Throughout the process, they were very responsive and detail-oriented. From the quoting process, you could tell they were different from the other companies I met with. Artur took the time to educate me about my options and explained best building practices. Once the crew arrived at my house, they were very friendly and approachable. They left the job site every night very clean and tidy. Besides the dumpster, you couldn’t tell they were there! And most importantly, they did what they said they were going to do. No surprises! Post-install, they gave me time to develop my punch list (very few minor items) and evaluate the house. From the moment I met Artur Bak, I knew my family and house was in good hands. As we went through the necessary and desired improvements to the home with Artur, my wife and I became very excited about how new, our old house would look. The moment the work started Bak Brothers did not disappoint! Daniel and Wesly and the project manager Norbert listened, offered ideas and worked hand in hand with us to make our wishes come true. I smile every day when I drive up and see the beautiful work that Bak Bros. did to the exterior of our house.The exterior front door that Arthur Bak suggested for us is much better quality than I imagined, and the siding they installed is gorgeous. We needed major repairs to our foyer caused by water damage that were done perfectly. You can be assured all of the Bak Bros workmen will complete the job to your satisfaction. The painter they sent to complete the job was A+.Moving forward into spring, Bak Bros will be the first call I make to tackle all of the work that will need to be done to refresh my 40 year old home.

I needed to have my gutters replaced and contacted Artur at Bak Brothers. He was able to set up a time within less than a week. The crew arrived around 8am and worked to just before 4pm. They were very friendly and professional, putting in the gutters and gutter screens, as we had requested, as well as doing an excellent job at cleaning up. I would highly recommend them.

We used Bak Brothers for a couple of jobs. They replaced all of the exterior siding with Hardie Board. Their expertise and opinions of what would look best were always considered. We are more than happy with the outcome. They also installed can lighting in two lofted ceilings and painted. It looks great and it was exactly what we wanted. The crews were always on time and very thorough. They also cleaned up at the end of the day. They made a big job seem simple.
