Sales Consultant, JOSH OLSON, was very informative and helpful in deciding my final window purchase! He was able to answer all of my questions, provide samples of not only the window/screen and show me how they worked, but was very concerned that the windows and colors were what I wanted! He was not pushy at all but showed me all of my options and made realistic suggestions. I appreciated his explanation of pricing and financing and emailed me a copy(and made sure I received it!) as he was sitting next to me!! Thank you Pella for your Team.

Please trust me when I say I never write reviews on companies, but Im so disappointed and angry about the services provided from Pella of Northbrook that I believe I need to warn others to steer clear of this company. I gave Pella the benefit of the doubt, since we were in the middle of a pandemic, and they stated their supplier was struggling.1.) First, we waited 5 months for the door, with no updates and NO timeline provided from Pella. What kind of company cant even provide a delivery window. We didnt have other options, but we cancelled and then circled back a few days later. The salesperson Josh, never once said we went to the back of the line.2.) We continued to wait, and were then told the order would arrive in October, it never did, and no phone call or update. I had to call EVERY TIME to find out the status.3.) When I called the last time they said, Oh, your door is here!! Im totally confused, why wouldnt you call me? Of course the answer is, it just arrived.4.) They scheduled the install for a week later...my wife and I were ecstatic that it was finally happening. Two days later we get a call that they cant find the handle! Are you kidding me? Well get it ordered right away.....well, its 4 weeks later and NO UPDATE. To make matters worse, the install company showed up at my house that morning, and didnt even realize they didnt have the handle and couldnt complete the install.Bottom line is, things happen, no one can anticipate a pandemic. But what about customer service, what about communication. I have never felt so powerless, because we dont want to start over, but if we could find another company we would. Im sure this company cant be this bad all the time or they would be out of business, but this was an experience from HELL!! Just be aware of what youre signing up for....as we still dont have a door.

I bought a Pelli storm door a few years back. I am astonished by the poor craftsmanship of this company. I am in the contractor business so I understand things can fail. However I attempted to by a replacement handle as the internal had sheered off metal shaving and no longer worked. I spent $50 on the handle which was ridiculous just to find out that it didn’t even include the internal mechanism. After calling the company they sent me the internal parts as well giving them 4 stars for the response but they lost a star for not including the mechanical parts as well.

My windows were 100 years old and needing replacement for awhile. I heard good things about Pella. The sales representative, Kate, was friendly and explained everything in detail. She worked around my job schedule. She went above and beyond to get the installation set up. The installers, Brian and George were prompt, couteous, friendly, and very skilled. They did an amazing job. My house is old and they had no problem with the installation. I am very satisfied with my Pella windows and installation!

The customer service on the phone is very aggressive and bad. I just had a simple question and she wanted my whole information. If they are this bad on the phone imagine how bad they are if you do business with him. I wouldnt recommend this place or just call a different location.

Had ordered entry door, certified Pella installer Steve Mlynek. Order late for more then a month. Just to compare, I had ordered custom made furniture from France, and custom island from Italy. French were right in time, Italians 2 weeks delayed and very apologetic. Seems virus is a good excuse for Pella workers to be lazy and incompetent. I am cancelling my order, there are so many companies making great quality doors. Pella should be out of business for running business like that. Posting this review so hopefully other chicagoans will get their windows and doors other then Pella made- we dont want to wait years until Pella will turn around and cough out your product after all

Last November my wife and I had the designer series windows installed in our family room. We couldn’t be happier with the look and style of the windows. We love the ease of the between-the-glass blinds. Our sales rep, Josh, was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the Pella products. He covered the entire process from purchase to installation and was very prompt with any follow up requests. I was also impressed with the installers. They were very careful and thorough with their work. Everything turned out so well that we decided to replace some of our upstairs windows with the Pella 350 series. I would definitely recommend Pella to anyone looking for new windows!

We bought a pair of wood patio doors autumn 2017. They are Excellent. They are beautiful, AND they did not allow any draft in over this cold winter. Salesman and installers were excellent as well. Many thanks.

This is the second experience I have had with the Pella team. I have had half of my windows done 3 years ago and the other half just this season. I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Pella and with the product. The original windows are holding up great.My salesperson Ivan was great to work with. He was very knowledgable and didn’t pressure me into a decision. Everything he said was done as expected. The installers were clean, professional and quick. Great experience all around!!

Josh McDaniel could not have been more pleasant or professional when meeting with my husband and myself. He patiently listened and then reviewed our options and later reviewed other additional options even after our original quote was prepared. He also contacted the Pella sales consultant Jennifer in your showroom so she was prepared to show us the items we were most interested in. I was also very impressed that your technician sent to measure our windows/door called in advance of his appointment to say he would be running 20 minutes late due to traffic/weather conditions. How refreshing rather than sitting and waiting with no explanation for his delayed arrival! Our entire experience with the Pella team has been very positive so far. Cant wait to get the products we have ordered!

Could not help me at all. Was looking to simply purchase a replacement window for our cabin in Wisconsin. She insisted I had to talk to service department at their 800 number, who would put me in touch with a Wisconsin Pella outlet, who in turn could send the window to our cabin. When I explained that there is no delivery to our cabin because it is located on an island, she couldnt offer a solution, because thats Wisconsins problem. As a last resort, I asked for a replacement part number, but was told there are no part numbers. Just tell service what you need. Uggghhh! What a way to run a business! All the time I felt like I was bothering her and she couldnt wait to get rid of me. Never again!

My husband and I are closing on our first house in a couple of weeks and have worked with Nick Tselekis through the entire process of updating the doors and windows! He is very professional and took the time to explain all of our options and help us get the best possible package at the best possible price. He’s taken the time to answer all of our questions, unlike others. We’re very glad we’re working with Nick and excited for our pella windows and doors!

My home just celebrated its 30th birthday and some things needed to be upgraded and changed. While the windows were all Pella, their effectiveness had seen a better day. Interviewing several companies was a chore but deciding on replacement with Pella became a no brainer. Our sales person, Emily Schulze, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Being a type “A” personality required the full 19 window replacement job to be perfect. The professional installers were beyond my expectations in every detail. Would I recommend Pella? You bet I would.
