Terrible experience today. I went in hoping to get some help to activate a new phone sent to me as a replacement on my insurance claim. Luckily the claims process was totally smooth, brand new device in my hand in less than 24 hours.Activating at this store, however, was not smooth. The only person in the store clearly had limited training, and insisted on charging me an activation fee despite me telling her that should not be necessary on a replacement phone. My card wouldnt go through for some reason, and so she suspended service on my account because there was now a balance due for a fee that I should never have been charged.Then I had to drive across town in order to borrow a phone from someone I know so that I could call Metro customer service.... super quick wait time, thank goodness.... and sure enough the helpful girl there on the phone was able to waive the fee that should never have been charged and finally activate my new phone.Just train your staff. Its that simple. And if you are telling a person without working cell service to leave and call customer service, youre out of your mind. That clerk could have easily either called herself, or offered me the use of the store phone in order to resolve my issue. Good thing there are about a million stores in town, and I can go somewhere else next time I need a new device or accessory.

Great experience all the way around. From the moment I walked through the door Parker was welcoming and even trying to help me skip ahead if I was only paying a bill. I was there actually to add a line. Amairani helped me out and was absolutely amazing in helping me find my best option. The phone was for my young son and they helped set it up to be safer on the internet right there at the store as well as giving me other resources to help protect him. Good employees are hard to find these days and even harder to keep. You guys are killing it. Keep it up.

Yupp this place has horrible attitude toward customers, went in asking if i was eligible for upgrade and was greeted ugly by an old lady with tatted fingers. I didnt feel like getting my upgrade here nomore i didnt feel comfortable asking more questions.

I’ve been with MetroPCS for five years. Went to the store on 120th and Washington and I was treated horribly. By the time I left there my attitude was very bad I will be the first one to admit it but this kid that was there told me all the wrong information. He refused to give me corporate‘s phone number. He threaten to call the police on me. When I got off I actually dial 611 for my phone talk to a wonderful service rep who is assured me that I have the correct plan and that everything that this kid told me was incorrect. Management you need to hire people that actually know the business.

Worst experience ever! I recently purchased cell phones for my three children. Since they live in a small town in New Mexico I knew that reception might be an issue. I went to the MetroPCS store at 120th and Washington, and I asked the clerk several times before I purchased anything if MetroPCS got reception in the town my children lived in he told me yes every time I ask him. His name is Harry. I purchased three phones and asked several times if they would get reception and he assured me that they would. After I purchased the phones I mailed them out to my children. They were so excited when they open them but it was short-lived. To my dismay they did not even get service in my children were crushed. I called MetroPCS and they said that their computer shows they should have service and he didnt have time to help me at that time because he was really busy and asked me to call back later that day. When I call back later that day my phone calls were ignored. The reality was it there was no service in the town they live in. The store employee said that there was nothing they could do to help me out. I had to change service providers immediately and pay even more money. I stop by the store to get the owners phone number and talk to a female associate there and she told me that she would call him and she would call me back within 30 minutes. She never called me back. When I called back a few days later to try to talk to somebody they told me I had to go through the corporate store to get a refund. So I called the corporate store in the corporate store said there was nothing they could do to help me because I have to go through the store that sold me the phones. So nobody here is willing to help me out they just want to push me off onto somebody else. I stopped back by the store and talked to the associate that sold me the phones Harry and he told me that there was nothing he could do and he wasnt going to help me out and when I asked for the owners contact information he told me that the owner was related to him and the owner would not help me out. I felt like I was lied too just so that Harry could get a sale and make his commission. This was my childrens first phone in a horrible experience I do not suggest anyone purchased anything from MetroPCS. Only one star because they wont let me put ZERO stars

They have the worst customer service! No respect, for customers, Maria the store associate was the rudest lady with a very negative and nasty attitude. She did not offer to help me with the issue that i had with my phone at all. Of course she want to increase her sale and make me buy one of her phones. She refused to give out her coperate offices phone number or email address . she accused me of not knowing how to take care of my phone. I have service with them for so many years and never seen such a untalented and awful person in my life before. I will definitely change my phone carrier after this incident.

Went in to get my phone reactivated, as soon as we walked in got an attitude from the lady that was there at the time. My phone takes a while to start up for some reason, and she had attitude the whole time it was not starting saying she cant give me service if it does not start up which i understand but she didnt have the patience to wait for it to start up, and behaved like I was wasting her time when no one else was in the store. Will never be going to this location ever again.

Go here if you want to be treated like a worthless sack of dog excrement.After months of terrible phone service and trying to troubleshoot the issue through the metro support line, I decided maybe someone in person could give some better advice.The women working in there were bothered by the fact that, they had to look away from their phones to help me. They ignored everything I said and laughed at eachother every 5 seconds as if I was putting on a comedy show for them.On top of that, they were cussing and yelling at their own associates when calling in a cell tower refresh (which i told them that i had already done earlier that day).After 15 minutes of being treated as if I was septic waste, I called them out on their extremely rude behaviors. At that moment I saw the only moment of attentiveness in their minds as they told me told leave and never come back.I will glady take my money away from this company and urge everyone I know to do the same.

The owner of this authorized dealer took it upon himself to let me know personally thet I was trash walking out of his store. When I asked him to repeat what I couldnt believe he just said to me, he did. Called me trash again. His name is Mike. When I walked in there he was in the middle of terrorizing an employee who promply quit. When I called back after leaving to get the mans name (mike) the young lady who had helped me and was kind enough to offer an apology for his poor customer service, was crying into the phone doing her best to controll it as I could hear him still yelling in the backgroung. In my over 10 years as a customer of metro pcs I have never been treated so poorly.
