10/19/21 - WednesdayStore#337480 E. 120th Ave.NORTHGLENN, COLORADO 80233I gave this Place A 5 Star for Excellence In Customer Service.I have been in this Store #337 before and they have always had Excellent Customer Service.I came here during the week evening hours5-7pm and was greeted by both Anthony and Nina whom they were both with customers upon my arrival. Then it was my turn. I was waited on by Anthony he is an Excellent Customer Service Representative. If I had to come to a T-MOBILE store this would be the place I would come back to for Customer Service with T-MOBILE. I was told that I could have my Sim Card replaced with another for the problem that I had with my recent purchase of an IPhone SE . Plus my Grandsons IPHONE 13 PRO had just come in and I needed to have it upgraded. Anthony had done all the upgrade from the old phone to the new phone. Everything went perfect. He had set everything up and even had the packaging ready and set for me to return the old phone in. He was awesome! T-Mobiles website said I qualified for a free upgrade paying only taxes, wanted to deal with actual so I went into the store, was told that deal on the T-Mobile website was non-existent, and “good luck” with upgrading online in lieu of paying 2x more in store. Customer service was terrible. Purchase online and keep the commission in your pocket people.

I was considering getting a line. 3 staff 2 customers and not a single acknowledgement like I was invisible in 20+ minutes. I was a customer for 15+ years before and customer service seems out the window. Any benefits tmobile may provide are nulliffied with experiences like this.

I came in Sunday, 01-10-21, in the morning to get a new SIM card. I had just received a new iPhone unlocked and decided to stay with T-Mobile. There was one gentleman in the store so far as I knew and I explained why I am there. Should be an easy in and out right? Well he looks my phone number up and says I’m not the authorized user. That my dad is the only one that can give me access. When I tried to explain that I’m the only one on the account and it doesn’t make sense, he just said I can’t give you a new SIM card and I know it doesn’t make sense. He gave me options, but all basically meant I needed my dad. Mind you I’m pushing 30 so it was a bit ridiculous. So I left to get my dad. We decided to call customer support to see if we can resolve this over the phone. Low and behold the customer rep was confused as to why I didn’t get a new SIM card because I’m the ONLY one on the account! My dads name is seen nowhere. In light of this, we drove back to the store and see more associates. The original gentleman is helping other people so I talked to another gentleman named Michael. I explained why I was there and that I brought the “authorized user” to get a new SIM card. Michael looked me up and started the process then gave me a confused look. “You’re the only one on the account” he says. I told him I know but the other gentleman told me I wasn’t so here we are wasting my dads time. He went ahead and gave me a new SIM card and I left. I don’t know what this guy was looking at but if it wasn’t for Michael and for the customer rep on the phone, I’m not sure if I could have resolved it today. Hopefully there can be better training with the first individual I spoke to because he didn’t look me up correctly. Either that or he didn’t want to help me. This store should be grateful for Michael.

I had a good experience as did my wife! Quick in and out buying a new phone and line! They didnt rush me to buy and Im super indecisive so it took me a min to decide but I definitely feel I went with the right choice with the time that was spent inside the store. Each employee was masked up and ready to greet customers! Crystal was excellent!

These people do not know how to do a migration from Sprint to Think is. I even asked the girl up front so I didnt waste my time. She kept going to the back to call someone for help. Needless to say, I left when I felt she might mess something up. This used to be a good store

I’ve been to this location 2 times with phone problems and both times I was helped with excellent customer service. The first time a tall Spanish girl Vanessa helped me and was being such a sweat heart answering all of my questions. The second time a guy named oscar helped me and was very polite professional and helpful. I hope I don’t have any more phone problems but if I do I know where I’ll be heading.

I would break my phone so badly i need a replacement during a pandemic! the advised me to get the overnight option, by calling the insurance provider, it would take longer online. they helped me handle business and get this done quickly and safely! I wish I was better at remembering names, cuz those ladies deserve recognition.

Top rated customer service by Julia and her team. Very patient and courteous. My dad is a new customer with T Mobile and wanted to stay with a flip phone. He got the Flip Go, I believe, and was not satisfied with the display. Julia found another flip phone for him that has better displays and operation. Very satisfied customers.

Great store with even better people working there. Sometimes when you get new phone service, you feel more like a sale than a real person. Too often you can be bombarded with feeling obligated to do “add on” services or products (often not knowing what they really are) and I didn’t feel that way whatsoever here. All of the people working today were so knowledgeable on their products and services however Rodolfo went above and beyond to help me get service. At first I was going to have to make a down payment that was a bit out of my budget. I was ready to throw in the towel and try to find another service but that’s when Rodolfo told me about the trade in program. Perfect! I wanted to get a different phone anyways so it worked out perfectly. When he was signing me up for service he was sure to let me know what I was signing and I actually felt very comfortable with that. In the past with ATT & Verizon, I really felt rushed through all the paperwork and although unwise, didn’t really know what I was getting into. I’m so happy to say I didn’t feel rushed at all thought my visit and really feel knowledgeable about my service. Getting a new line of service on a carrier I’d never been with in the past and trading in can take some time but it went by very quickly thanks to the three people working. They made me feel like a friend rather than just a customer and I am truly great full to them for such a positive experience! It’s hard to find really great customer service anymore but this store truly had the best service I’ve had anywhere in a long time.

Recent Experience:I went back to this store due to the proximity of the store to my work. This time I was greeted by the store manager whom had over six years of experience in the industry. Im not sure who I dealt with the last time I was there but I am happy to say that entire crew is gone and the three that replaced them are far better and knowledgeable. It should also be stated that it seems like this store has a pretty decent inventory of all the devices. They were able to create a solution for me and I was out of there pretty quickly for porting lines from another carrier. While my first experience wasnt up to par with T-Mobiles customer standards, i am happy to say this store has made leaps and strides to improve and it is noticeable.Original Review: This T-Mobile store is owned by a third-party. the people who work here are not very knowledgeable and cannot handle lease returns. They told me to contact T-Mobile by dialing 611 and that they would send me an envelope to return the device. upon contacting T-Mobile corporate they assured me that it can be done in the store. They did tell me to go to a corporate store and that the 3rd party stores were not very good so I would recommend that to you before you waste too much time. There is a real T-Mobile store at 144th at the mall

We had such a great experience here. Jasmine Caraveo helped us switch from Verizon and was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable answering all our questions with a smile. T-Mobile is outstanding. The Employee who helped me out here is not. Rudolpho used my misfortune to benefit himself though sales. I used to sell cars, and this is low for what Ive seen.I Purchased an IPhone Xr 2 weeks before being pick-pocketed at a music festival. Once I got back home, I went to T-Mobile in Northglenn to see what my options were since the phone was so new and since I thought I had insurance to cover theft/loss/damage.Rudolpho told me I did not have coverage on my stolen phone and that I was SOL basically. My only option was to go back to my broken iPhone or purchase ANOTHER new phone.I needed a phone, so what did I do? I Purchased another IPhone Xr.Well, today after getting off the phone with T-Mobiles customer care, I was informed that I did in fact have coverage on the old IPhone Xr that was stolen.Im currently in the process of T-Mobile making an exception for me and letting me return the Newer IPhone and filing a claim through insurance on my previous iPhone Xr. The only way that will work is if the store manager says its okay... Otherwise, Ill have to File a claim, Have the phone replaced, and sell one of the two iphones I have been stuck paying for.This is unprofessional and unethical, especially for the salesman to make my misfortune a benefit to himself.

Unprofessional!! Took 10 minutes before he acknowledged or assisted us because he was too busy typing something on his computer. Called a few minutes prior to arriving asking for the Galaxy S9 in purple. They said they had 1 in stock. I arrive and they magically don’t have it. They said they must’ve sold it within the 5 minutes from calling to actually being in the store. Argumentative and super unprofessional. Never coming here again!

Very poor attention to customers needs. The staff at this store seems very short tempered and act condescending. The bad experiences that other customers are talking about in other reviews, dont shock me at all. If you need to go to a T-Mobile, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.Family went in to get new phones, and Art/Arthur Zamarripa was very deceitful towards my sister and father. He told them what to get, just threw accessories in the bag, and charged it all to their account. When they asked how much it would be per item, he told them around $20. The headphones that were $20 on the receipt were listed as $149, which is outrageous. When they tried asking specific questions, Art continues to be deceitful and wouldnt really answer anything he just repeatedly told them they would only pay for taxes which is deceiving, because everything is racked up on the bill. Art told my sister she would need a phone case, and he went and picked one out for her that she didnt even like and threw it in the bag. That case was $80. We went over everything on the receipts, and we were shocked. When we went into the store today to return the ridiculously expensive headphones and case, Art went to the back of the store and didnt help us at all. Instead, a woman named Jasmine returned the items. When we asked Jasmine things, she told us everything had already been explained. Obviously not if Art was being deceitful about things in the first place. The employees in the store were also a bit odd. This place overall seems like a scam. If you must go to a T-Mobile, I suggest going to one where all of the employees arent shady and only care about racking up your bill.

The whole T-Mobile crew at this store is great cares about their customers and gets it taken care of if there are an problems. Switching phone service is always stressful but i feel this is the least stressful switch so far that i have ever experienced. I Have had Verizon 10+ years and Sprint for 2 years. I am super happy with the service from T-Mobile and the staff this far!

I could have gotten an iPhone 10 for the same price as an iPhone 8 but the guy told me that the 8 was a lot cheaper so that I would buy it and him get more money that day instead of pre ordering the 10 and someone else getting money. So I could have just gotten accessories online, which I told him I was going to, but he didn’t even let me choose anything. Not even the color of my phone or case or headphones or wireless charger, he just kept putting things in the bag without my approval he just told me I needed things I didn’t and sold them to me and the time I asked him what the prices were, he said $150 beats were $20 and an $80 tacky case was $15 and a $40 wireless charger was $25, he didn’t show me how much the things actually cost until the next morning that I saw the actual prices. I ended up returning everything and the guy who sold me the stuff went running to the back and had his employees cover for him and they were so nervous and awkward. Once we returned the accessories, they didn’t give us back our receipts so that we couldn’t return anything else and we drove back to get them and they were all embarrassed.

If I could give negative stars I would! I went in to have some manual updates done on my phone and when I asked what the phone was updating specifically the associate RODOLFO spoke to me like I was stupid!! Like I should automatically know what a sub network is. As customers we dont go through the training they do, we go to the stores with the hope and expectation that the so called associates can break it down and help us understand whats going on with our devices in a friendly manner. HA! I waited a couple minutes than asked another associate to check on my phone nd RODOLFO barged in and began answering my questions in the same negative and inattentive attitude as before, telling me you can just take it now even though the update was not finished. When he walked away I spoke to the store manager with some follow up questions and to make my complaint. The manager ANGELIS was very helpful, at least, until I started complaining. A that point he got this glazed look in his eye and was clearly in another place in his mind and just nodded his head occasionally as if he was following what I was saying. He didnt even offer up an apology. When RODOLFO heard me speaking to the manager he stopped paying attention to the other customer he had began helping. When I started to leave the store RODOLFO blurted out loud enough for the entire store to hear have a nice day, BYE in the same nasty, sarcastic, overall rude and disrespectful attitude hed been giving me since I walked in the door. This place is a joke, and the associates are disrespectful and incompetent to say the least. T-Mobile should be ashamed.

This store is a joke!!! Horrible customer service. Ive always received really good customer service from Tmobile and decided to use this store to resolve a bad phone. I will never do that again. From the manager down to the reps at the desk...horrible customer service. It took 4 trips to try and resolve this issue and still left without a properly working phone. I finally had to call customer support and the woman on the line was able to accomplish what the store manager and the employees could not.

Waited for over an hour to get my phone activated because the sales rep helping me kept getting distracted. When she applied the screen protector, it had massive bubbles and didnt seal to corners. When I pointed it out she told me it will settle in 24 hours yet 2 weeks later it not only didnt settle it is peeling off. Spent more time trying to sell me more products then actually make sure I was buying the right thing for me. Which I didnt I do not like the phone I bought at all. Terrible attention paid to customer!

I would give this location no stars if I could. I now drive past this tmobile to go to the one on 136th. Rodolpho and Art lied to us and ended up costing us close to $2000. If you have to go to this location be sure to avoid these employees. After visiting the tmobile on 136th we learned that our problem, that Rodolpho told us was impossible to fix or change, had a very simple solution. The catch was he wouldnt receive his commission or cut from the sale. On multiple occasions after dealing with Rodolpho to pay the bill or set up new phones he would add the extra insurance to our plan after denying multiple times, on 2 lines. When we purchased the new galaxy gear 3 watch we were told the service was $5 due to a promotion that they were running, come to find out it was $10. Lies about our service what we could and couldnt due, this lie cost us 2 phones. Just small lies every time we ever delt with him that ended up costing so much. Im sure Rodolfo made his rent off us. Save yourself time and money and drive a little further to avoid this location. I only wish I would have learned sooner.

I will NEVER shop here again. T-mobile should be aware of the attitude of people who work in this shop. The guy I dealt with was so discourteous, I was appalled at his total lack of respect. The dark complected tall guy, I think his name was Rasheed or something similar, he was a complete jerk. He had the most pompous attitude I have ever encountered. He was rude from the start and only got worse, I left not wanting t-mobile at all, but to be fair its he who is the bad apple. He cant even answer a question with being a snob in his reply. I cannot believe that he is allowed to interact with potential customers. He needs to go back to school for manners 101.

This place had okay service, but once I got my first months bill, I noticed that the sales guy did exactly as I insisted he did not do, and signed me up for the Unlimited LTE Data plan. I appreciate that they were there to assist in the porting over of my number, but feel as if though this was pretty much done to boost sales. I do not appreciate this at all.Just called them to get the plan changed and now he said I have to call TMobile to get this fixed. Very disappointed in this shop at this point.

Worst customer service! I have been lied to 4 different times about what certain phones can and cannot do. Make a sale is the only thing they care about. Not every customer is 20-something. I grew up before cell phones were all the rage - these idiots in this store treated me like a 2nd class citizen because I wasnt a techie genius.I more than triple the sales associates education and income and he treated me like an ass.

Laura is a disrespectful child who knows nothing about phones or the fact that all Android phones can Android beam info by touching backs. She also lied to my face about what phone she had in hopes for me to buy the LGV10 then whipped out her iPhone. I have been with mobile for over 10 years, having to spend $600 on a new phone from a smart mouthed little brat then find out 3 days later you can only connect to a single wifi or have a single wifi in stored memory. What a load of shut. Going to Verizon after I take this paper weight of a phone back to this adolesent company which is a joke!

DONT GO HERE. Rudest people ever. He sold me a pair of broken headphones and then tried to say thats the way they were supposed to be. Then argued when I wanted to return it. It took him 35 minutes to run my card so I could buy it and 15 minutes to return it. Im not exaggerating at all. P.S. The white guy (store manager) was taking chargers, headphones and stylisses out of the new phones and giving them to the employees saying oops where did it go. I had 500 dollars to buy a new phone here. I went to verizon instead.

Everyone was rude and young smoking cigarettes right out the front door greeting me with a cloud of smoke. Than they seemed upset i was going into the store and I took them from social hour. Wow what a store!
