Usually this store is pretty good. A bit dirty and customer service sucks, but tonight I went in. Got a few things and grabbed some lunch meat. Thankfully I looked at the expiration date..... it was for the beginning of June..... yes, 2 months over the date. And there was more in there with expired dates. I let the girl know up front..... some one could get sick.

This neighborhood store serves a great purpose. Many people can walk to the store pay less than retail for the same items and not fight the at larger outlets. Hope they thrive!

Cleanest Family Dollar I’ve been too. Merchandise is neatly stacked on the shelves. This store’s condition use to be horrible, the customer service was the worst!!!! it has improved tremendously!!!!Leticia the store manager is so friendly, the BEST customer service I’ve gotten in a long time.

I was only making a delivery here this morning, but the store looked clean and well stocked. The employees were friendly and cheerful.

Id have never thought that these places offer so much. I dont buy much of it, but they are like a mini department store. Prices are decent as well.

Pretty good service for being a Family Dollar store. I dont expect 1st class service when Im trying to be frugal but they did take good care of me and friendly with my exchanges.

The manager, pam is the worst manager I have ever met, I worked at this family dollar and at first I liked it but then got a much better job with more pay and I dont have to unload trucks. Its kinda sad the way she treats employees, family dollar must be desperate for managers . I would NEVER recommend anyone to shop the northglenn family dollar.

I was there on Tues May 28 at 530 all the clearance was marked additional 50 per cent off I got a buggy went to the check out a older lady with a long braid said Im not going to argue with you but they are not she was very rude

We lost our keys in the store and when my brother was looking through out the whole store the front desk lady kicked him out because the customers said you look suspicious. The same young lady told me minutes before that many people have lost their keys and wallets and never find them. I feel the staff has something to do with that. Forgive me if Im wrong, but that is not helpful costumer service

They need work on that customer service thats for sure and have the people up there that can help bring out quicker and have the people Ill be so grumpy when youre trying to be nice to them

I never have issues except today. The cashier was rude. Extremely rude. She has zero customer service skills. Her ugly attitude matched her face.

Someone lost the key how can they give it to you if they dont have it. Dont say the manager wouldnt let you. Thats a big fat lie....

Clean store nd the woman who work there are so nice nd friendly hardly ever c there manger there but I have 2 say employees are so nice nd helpful when I need help. Could be way better tho.!!!!!

The store is really dirty. Terrible service.The food is often out of date, chips are usually stale these people act as if they are doing you a favor by scanning barcodes and taking your money. There is an employee almost always on smoke break in front of the entry way (so you have to inhale their smoke). Ive witnessed the employees talking about other customers and harassing the customers. They discriminate against people with disabilities that require service animals. They do not allow service animals in the store. I complained to the manager several times and each time is was a different person, so im under the impression there is no management. It clearly shows. Save yourself the trouble and shop at Walmart. Better facility/prices/selection and they proudly accept service animals.

This was a cleaner Family Dollar than most and they actually had a public restroom too. The 2 employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Kinda cluttered. Didnt have the items that I saw in the ad, but the clerk was very pleasant to talk with so I will go back again.

Employees are RUDE! The woman out front smoking waited to finish her cigarette and phone call before she could help me. They use profanity in front of customers! Very unprofessional and extremely trashy. I will never shop here again.
