This place is awesome! They have a huge selection and not overpriced. Fyi, they only accept cash and sometimes the lines to get out are long, but completely worth any inconveniences!! Very reasonable priced!! I clothed my children here for years, bought them toys, crafts, games, furniture, etc., it really helped when I was so restricted by my income.

The store has a huge variety of items, and it is organized by color which it helps. Their policy about not returning items is not helpful, especially when they dont let you try them on. The last time I came to this place a couple years ago I found a pair of Marc Jacob Platforms for just $7! But I was here yesterday and was super disappointed unfortunately. The prices have gone WAY up, like I found a pair of Frye boots that were extremely beat up, and being sold for $49! So if I want to spend that kind of money for used items, I’ll stick to Plato’s where I could buy the same brand for that price, except the boots would be in WAY better condition.

Not a bad place to fine a good gem! A few things to be aware of...1. They only take CASH so come prepared. 2. They DO NOT have a dressing room, so wear a tank top and some leggings find a corner with a mirror and try things on over your outfit. I personally think their prices are a tad higher then other thrift stores in the area, BUT they have some really great items. I got some brand new White House Black Market Heels yesterday for only $15!If you found this review helpful please “like” it

I came here for the first time yesterday and left with a cart full of great name brand clothes. The prices are a bit steeper than ARC or Goodwill, but youll be doing less digging and more finding. There was a weekly sale going on so I enjoyed the extra 25-50% off (some tags were 75% off, but as expected, there were very few items in that color tag). I cant speak to the staff since my interaction was brief, but Id recommend going easy on them — theyre working during a pandemic, guys! My only gripe is that clothes were not sorted by size, only by color. Plus, they closed at 6 p.m. on a Thursday — definitely not enough time to make it through the store since my job ends at 5 p.m. That said, Ill still be making my way back ASAP.

Make sure you have cash if you’re coming in to purchase anything because it’s cash only! We didn’t see the signs, which was blind of us there are tons of signs along the front wall but we got to the front of the line and seen them and had to leave to get cash. They also don’t have clothing by size it’s by color so it’s hard to find anything in there. There’s no returns either and no dressing rooms so know your sizes before coming in!Also, I seen at least four women take out carts, they aren’t suppose to be taken out of the store because man made sure to grab mine which is fine rules are rules but rules should be followed by all customers not just some.

I shop here somewhat frequently, especially for work wear that gets used up, including raingear. Out of the dozens of thrift stores I have shopped at in the Greater Denver area, this is the only one that STAPLES price tags on raingear. Through the back of the hood at the neck especially, the waist band, suspenders...raingear only works when there arent holes in it, and Ive had to pass up some good stuff because of that. This store is one of the few that seems to always have some for cheap, so I dont have too many options. I brought this up to an employee, but it clearly wasnt a concern. That aside:Pros: massive clothing and small-furniture selection, ample parking, and good prices on SOME outerwear and most basic clothing.Cons: cash-only, prices are sometimes higher than new, sometimes far more crowded than it should be considering the pandemic (I get in and out as fast as I can), employees arent very receptive to friendly customer input.

They have a lot of good stuff but definitely overpriced for a thrift store. NO RETURNS, CASH ONLY and NO DRESSING ROOMS. You almost feel like you have had your dignity taken away because of this. For a woman we are so many shapes and sizes it’s almost impossible to look at an item and know if it’s going to fit. Especially for me because I have to try everything on. I wish this store organized by sizes instead of color or both but not just by color because it takes forever to find Anything. I think they need new management or something to address these issues. Because it seems like these are the most common complaints with this store. I would buy more items if they added dressing rooms. The store is definitely big enough to accommodate. The last thing I want to see is all of these people trying to try things on in the middle of the store. It’s awkward for everyone.

I spent about two hours shopping, loading up a cart full of clothes before I realized there are NO DRESSING ROOMS. So I took some time to sort through the clothes I was comfortable purchasing without trying on. It was closing time and I was rudely shooed off the sales floor and into a long line where I waited for quite some time until they announced over the intercom that they ONLY ACCEPT CASH. I left empty handed and extremely frustrated. They make no mention of cash only payments on their website and no signs or announcements (until closing) that they only take cash. I hate that I wasted so much time there. I would have spent upwards of $200 but I will never go there again. Management needs to make it clear to future patrons about their payment options, and if they want to sell clothing, provide fn dressing rooms!

I will never donate at this store again. Drive a few minutes further down the road to ARC. I donated 1 bag clothes and shoes this morning on 112th and Washington st. I figured I could stop on my way to work and drop off my bag outside on the side of the store at the donation bin. I pull up at 745am and the guy who was pulling stuff out of the storage bin and sorting it on to carts was one of the rudest people I have ever came in contact with in a customer service roll. I only left the bag there because it was out of my car when I spoke with him and if I didn’t have to be at work at 8am I would have spoke to his manager. I don’t recommend donating at a company that is rude to their customers that are giving them stuff for free to keep his paychecks going into his pocket. If people did not donate items to the store they would not be open and that rude employee would not have a job!!!!

I cant count how many times Ive put back an arm load of stuff and left out of sheer frustration. I rarely go anymore. CASH ONLY - NO FITTING ROOMS - NO REFUNDS or exchanges. So half of what you buy may very well end up back there in terms of clothes or electronic items.Clothing is organized by color with no regard to size. So you may look through 50 blue shirts of all sizes and never find anything your size. A 30 ft rack of jeans is pretty overwhelming when you have to check the size on every pair, cant try them on, and cant return them.Their sketchy ATM is pricey if you get more than you expected. I cant communicate with most of the people on the floor. Basically its a huge ball of frustration. Which is a pity because they have good stuff and good prices. :(

Its got a decent selection, however most items are way overpriced for no real reason. They sort clothing by color not size which is super lame. Always totally packed with people, which can get weird. The employees love to yell at little kids that sit on the rail in the check out line. They also yell at people to take off hangers, and other random things that dont matter. The employees really like yelling at customers for some reason, awkward! Dont expect to find any jewelry, vintage furniture, vinyl records, electronics, CDs/tapes/videos though.Edit:They have increased the prices by a lot! They were selling a gross used North Face jacket for $89! Used! That’s crazy. Some of the male employees have something to prove and kicked my son and I out for pushing him around the store in a wheelchair. Ridiculous. I won’t be coming back to this place.

Employee was EXTREMELY rude when we went to donate things. We had just come from my birthday party with my family where they had gotten my an instant pot. On the way home we went to drop off our donations. My husband had to take my instant pot out (that had a bow on it by the way) to get the rest of the stuff out of the car. After he got all of the donations out he put my instant pot back in. This guy then proceeds to tell my husband he cannot take stuff and that that box he grabbed was there before we arrived and that they have cameras and blah blah blah. My husband explained to him that he had to take it out to get to everything else and that it was his wifes birthday present and the guy just mocked him as if he was lying. If the video were to be looked at you would clearly see what my husband did and that this instant pot box was in fact in our car, taken out then put back in and had a bow on it for my birthday! We will not be donating here again.

There are so many new and barely used items, and its great for vintage finds as well. And I love that the clothes are not seasonal, I needed wool skirts and sweaters in the summer for my daughters mission. They had them!
