Hot chocolate is not bad, better than dunkin. I’m giving 3 stars for the taste of my hot chocolate. The people that work there I give them a 5.

These people are great! I’m new to the area and prefer this location out of the ones near by…. The staff is so friendly and were so helpful in suggesting good restaurants and places to go hiking! The only thing I would change is the prices but over all a really great place to go!

I want to say a HUGE thank you to the wonderful young man that comped my Chai Latte yesterday, on Saturday evening. I had surgery on both hands earlier in the day, and I was really miserable. The awesome young man that took my order at my car was super nice, he felt so sorry for me that he gave me the Chai on him. I was so surprised, and really grateful for the compassion. The iced Chai White Chocolate Latte was absolutely delicious. I certainly will be back. Sadly, I forgot to get the young mans name, I hope to see you again! Talk about customer service!!!!!

They are always so nice I’ve had two just GREAT experiences out of the many times I’ve been and once was when my daughter was losing it mad at me in the back seat (3 year olds 🙄) and so they tried to make my day better by giving me a complimentary drink. I love going here. They are always welcoming and when they accidentally gave me the wrong drink they replaced it. Can’t say enough about how great they are!

Love the positive attitudes of all the employees and the way they take the time to actually talk to you. You can tell its genuine and that they love their job. I ordered in the drive thru and they got my drink to me before I was able to make it to the window. That saved us time that we would have been waiting in the line. Super cool 😎

My husband walked up to the walk up window today and was told we couldn’t park in handicap parking because we didn’t have a placard. Well wouldn’t you know some people have handicap plates. Which my grandma does. And she was sitting next to me in the car at the time. Maybe you should check and or ask about the plates next time. Also my coffee that has never been wrong is missing the caramel drizzle and isn’t the way I ordered it. Next time you have a problem try asking questions instead.

Tried this place for the first time. Service was friendly an excellent. I had a chai latte and it was very mild, if that is your thing.

I absolutely love dutch! Staff is nice and has good customer service... I have found that the one on 84th is a little more upbeat and friendly but the drinks and prices are all the same. I love how many sugar free options they have. I wont ever go to Starbucks or Dunkin again for my coffee!

Very long time customer for dutch bros i have tried practically every single blue rebel drink and have narrowed down my favorite to the shark attack. Recently however, it seems the way they make this product is different. The taste had become a lot more intense (close to electric berry) instead of its unique taste. After multiple attempts to fix many shark attacks that have lacked quality taste, I believe the issue here lies with the amount of pomegranate drizzle used. Previously my drinks came out purpleish/blue though noticed recently yellow tint. After asking for extra pomegranate drizzle, this drink looks to be ok and back to original shark attack taste.

10:30pm on Aug 20. Just went and their customer service is amazing, all the workers were so nice and I got a Hot Horchata Chai, sooooo delicious. I always have a great experience at Dutch bros.

Their strawberry milkshake was a sweet pink strawberry-ish ice drink. Not smoothie like, definitely not milkshake like. But my husband likes yalls coffee, if I drank coffee Id probably like DB.

Great staff and they do a fantastic job of quickly (and, during the pandemic, cleanly) taking an order by two lines at a time when necessary to keep the line moving. My daughter absolutely loves the not-so-hot cocoa and my wife the surgery drinks. I have to admit, I am not a huge fan of such drinks, preferring black coffee, but this is worth it to see the smiles on their faces and getting us going right in the week. Thanks for coming to Colorado!

Very different animal than Starbucks. The coffee is much stronger and caffeine content is higher (not as strong as say DazBog). From that standpoint its good. Flavor is not up to task however unless you add extra flavoring. Will return just for something different.

Dutch bros has been my favorite coffee shop for the last year, it is like a second home to me where I can feed my habit😂 I recommend this place to anyone who asks it is truly my favorite place the coffee is great the service is great the only problem is I can never seem to get there in time to get a sticker which is my goal❤️

Awesome drinks. Way better than star bucks & Ziggies. Staff is ALWAYS friendly even when I stop by with a big order. They always get it right! The guy (I think is a manager) is always super friendly & polite. The time limit in the line isnt that bad either. Im a 100% dutch bros loyal customer wont go anywhere else 😁

Well...I ordered an iced chai with whole milk and received a glass of milk..I paid $5 for a glass of milk so not thrilled (and heads up corporate-this is common for EVERY location) and this location really doesnt have parking and it is super busy. The staff is friendly and cheerful.

They have a large variety of drinks, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff remembers your regular order.

First and foremost, excellent customer service which is always super important! Now onto the coffee, I usually get the cold brew, with heavy whipping cream. It’s a fantastic keto coffee and I highly recommend! If you are looking for a fantastic and better alternative to Starbucks, this is your place!

They have some exceptional employees and coffee.

Environment is excellent. Everytime my 5 yr old and I go through the drive through the employees talk to her while we are waiting and my daughter totally enjoys that.

I cant tell you how many times Im caught at Dutch Bros...I love the fact that they are in areas that I frequently pass by...the non dairy options are amazing..love me a frost with some oat milk ...of course...ill be back again and again

I loved my experience here. I asked for a Lavender Chai, unfortunately they didn’t have the lavender syrup. I was recommend few other options and I appreciated the product knowledge. My drink was awesome ( a cinnamon roll) and staff was great! Looking forward to my next visit! 💕 I definitely won’t rate this place low for not taking cash... I mean we ARE in a middle of a pandemic. Completely understandable.

This new location is great! The staff is amazing and is readily available for any questions you have. I never know what I want and the staff always advises me on which drinks are the best and which drinks to choose. They have fast service and will quickly make your drinks although it gets very busy sometimes. The workers are very friendly and make great conversations with you.

First time here today and the Annihilator was absolutely delicious. However my woman got a Dutch freeze and it was way better than mine.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with the baristas at Dutch Bros Coffee. Helpful, kind, conversational. They had a 25% tip without me even knowing how the coffee was going to taste. Also, cheaper than Starbucks with a more varied and delicious menu.

I am being very generous with my 3 star rating, they deserve less but I’m feeling gracious today. They do not accept cash, which is unfortunate for a lot of people and makes no sense. Also, the woman claimed my order was 10$ and when I got a text from my bank immediately after she swiped it stated I was charged 12$, which is kind of an odd situation. ... very odd. Maybe she tipped herself ? Which is fine if she needed the 2$... probably needs it more than I do, but still she could have asked. I drove off before I could say anything in regards to that though. Another important thing, PLEASE ASK FOR LESS ICE. The entire contents of my drink is 75% ice. ((PICTURE INCLUDED)) I was kind of shocked. I’ll most likely return as they are open until11 pm unlike Starbucks (8 pm closing time) although the selection isn’t as great here, it does the job. Just be wary of these happenings.

Great coffee, great prices, wonderful service, incredibly fast. Better for the community than larger coffee chains. Glad to see them in Colorado. Ill have to return again soon.

Decent coffee, but a lot of the drinks are very high on calories. Full sugar and full fat everything. It was hard to find a drink that was under 300 cals per their menu board

We love the staff here, and drinks are so much better than Starbucks. Hot chocolate comes pretty close to my favorite.
