Popped in for a quick caramel macchiatto during a family road trip. Dining area and restrooms were clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and my drink turned out great as expected. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and they also have a drive-thru. Certainly worth stopping here for a coffee if you are in the area.

I didnt get her name but i asked for a surprise drink for my birthday and the cashier was super fun and helpful. Quick and friendly service.

Always seems to be a line at the drive-thru; however it usually moves quickly and the staff is so friendly!

You cannot get to work on time and get coffee at this location. I waited 29 minutes for two drinks last week and was soooooo late. I do not always get the correct order or a smile at the drive-in window so Im saying bye-bye to this location. The parking lot-where cars block every direction in and out is also very problematic-why not block off with a sign certain areas to help with traffic flow??? Also-since Covid I have not written any negative reviews except this one because its so bad.

I am so thoroughly impressed with this Starbucks. I overheard a new hire being trained today who seemed to have a learning disability. The trainer was taking extra time explaining things to the new hire and treating him with respect without getting frustrated. It was a truly positive experience for me and was heartwarming to see an inclusive environment being fostered. Strong work, team. This was already my favorite Starbucks around (home health curse of working from coffee shops) but extremely impressed and wanted to share credit where credit is due.

I like Starbucks and spend alot of $ there. It would really be nice if they actually read the little white labels that are put on each and every cup.

Super nice, but out of the 7 times ive gone there they always butcher my drinks, and they always seem to burn my food. I thought it was my truck being too loud but all other starbucks havent had a problem with my truck at all.

I’m a Starbucks partner from another store in another city and I come to this location when I come home to visit from college. There’s a store much closer to my home that I now avoid because its always such a hassle and they’re always so grouchy.The other night I had come in on a not so great day to get my partner beverage and the girl with black and pink hair (didn’t get her name) was awesome! Every time I’ve come, they’ve always been great but this partner in particular made up for my experiences at the other store I have visited recently. Definitely well worth the extra time a gas.As a partner, it’s nice to see other partners and stores being delightful and kind, even in the simplest ways.

I had a good experience here on Valentines Day! I recorded my husband asking for a Pinkity Drinkity and the guy who took our order went along with it and joked with us when he realized i was joking with my husband! Good times!

So I go to get 2 venti coffees and they charge me for the venti but give me both filled like its a tall. Really guys.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks in the area. Plan on waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru.

What i ordered was HORABLE i always ordered it but this was gross and I asked for oce to the 1st line and they gave me extra ice I do not rate this good thats why I rated one star!!!

They messed up my order AGAIN!! How difficult is it to NOT PUT syrup in my cold brew?? Im a DIABETIC, which I told them when I ordered & again when I was at the window paying. I was ASSURED they DID NOT put syrup in it. Well low & behold if I didnt wince & promptly spit out the mouthful of really sweet & sugary cold brew!! The Barista then literally said to me, My bad! I swore I didnt put any syrup in there...hmm, weird. She took my drink & yes, she made me a new one...However, I told her 2 times: Im a diabetic, so make sure there is NO SYRUP please. For the amount of money Ive now paid for 3 cold brews theyve got wrong, I think I might go try Dutch Brothers instead this afternoon...Ill keep yall posted...😊

Worst parking lot BY FAR! The people are always pleasant, but this parking lot is ridiculous...

First of all the coffee is always tasting amazing, service is always great, I can’t remember her name but the lady who served me at the drive thru was the nicest person I met at a Starbucks. This is my favorite location in Colorado.

I like the Carmel drinks. Also lost my wallet in the parking lot, called them, they found it and put it in the safe until I could retrieve it!

This is my favorite, favorite, favorite Starbucks!!! Im there on a regular and they acknowledge that Im a regular. Its a really good feeling to know they value their customers. Most days I come to study with my Sock Monkey hat on in my own world...and yet they are so kind all the same! Tons of space as well.I strongly recommend this location! 😊

Great place to sit down and get work done

I was treated to a new taste experience in coffee. They call it Starbucks Draft. Think of it sorta like Guinness beer without all the heavy carbs or feeling you get afterward, but definitely all the flavour of a Guinness. So I call it, Starbucks On Tap. Somebody buy me a shot, I brought limes and salt so were totally prepared! You will call it delicious, if you havent already!

My order was perfect and the service was even better!

I ordered waters and the lady informed me I couldn’t have any Trents cups because they were out and they were low on Venti’s. I said that’s fine, I’ll just need more of the grandes then because it’s to fill up our water bottles. Keep in mind it’s 90 degrees outside. She then asks me if I wanted ice..yes I would like ice in my ice water. Pull up to the window and was presented with 3 Venti’s and 2 Grande’s. Look I don’t care that you were out of the size I wanted, I don’t care that I wasn’t offered a drink carrier for the extra cups I now have. I care that after I explained that it was for our water bottles that her response was “well don’t you have water at home” yeah, sure I do but as you can see I’m not at home and it’s also not like I was ordering 20 cups. It’s unfortunate that reusable water bottles aren’t allowed due to the COVID restrictions, but taking that out in customers is NOT OKAY nor will it be tolerated by me. If you were able to take my water bottles, you would see that 3-40oz bottles takes a lot of water, which gets refilled throughout the day as I’m sure her cup does while working. This worker was unnecessarily mean and sarcastic for no reason. People like this should not work in the drive thru or learn to keep the unprofessional banter to herself

Very friendly staff and almost always a perfect iced mocha!

I’ve been to several Starbucks locations throughout my life and this one wasn’t bad by any means.. I just feel like I paid more for the same frappe I normally get at any of the other locations I visit .. the person at the window wasn’t mean or rude.. just didn’t feel that usual bubbly kindness .. but that’s ok.. I still give 4/5 stars.

Super fast and friendly

The atmosphere is great, calm, and serene. Definitely has a coffee shop vibe about it. And I love how kind the employees are when you walk in the door! Super great people! The drinks are pretty good too!

Order was wrong

Hard to give Starbucks 5 stars when there are literally zillions of them, but this one is pretty great given the location and newness of the facility. Lots of room to plop down and enjoy some java with friends, go solo, or even drive through. Great staff too, even if occasionally over caffeinated.

Stopped by for a mocha & a sandwich in the drive through. The line was moving a little slow. When I got to the window, got my mocha just fine, but was told my sandwich would be a minute. I was eventually asked to pull forward and wait. The tiny parking lot doesnt leave much room to pull forward. While waiting, I was honked at by both cars that were helped at the window, and yelled at by one of them. (Apparently turning a steering wheel to go around a car instead of simply straight forward is too hard at 7:30am.) After about 3 minutes of waiting (for an estimated total of 7-8 minutes since placing my order. Practically an eternity in fast food time.) I finally drove to park and while walking back to the window, the barista brought my sandwich out.When I finally opened my mocha, the cup was only filled 3/4. Cherry on top of the poor service/terrible experience. I will NOT be returning.

I love this place so much! These guys honestly give out the best drinks than any other Starbucks Ive been to, and the staff are great. Theyre always so kind and fun to chat with at the walk up window, and they have the best attitude towards people. Anytime Im in the area and feel like Im in need of my favorite drinks, this is the place I always go.

I really liked it there and they are super cool about fixing my order if its wrong so its a huge recommendation for sure.

I am a manager at a Starbucks and I was in Colorado Visiting. I was disappointed in this store with the coffees having burnt milk and dead shots. They also failed on the hand off never calling any names even though we were standing right there. Sorry but they need to do a better job on both service and bar training for partners.

If there were a no stars option I would choose this. I work right down the street from this store and have had a bad experience about the last 5 times. 1st of all, their water tastes funny. Or their ice. Im not sure. I just know that when I order a plain iced water it doesnt taste like just water. Maybe they need a salt softener or just to clean the ice? Second of all, everyone looks miserable and like they hate their life. Nobody is upbeat and friendly. It doesnt feel welcoming. We ordered whipped cream on top, paid for it but to no avail. The lady at the window with blue hair almost threw my change at me, and didnt thank us for our business. We give 100s of dollars a week to this place and I have decided to find another coffee spot for me and all of my co-workers
