After having a bad experience at PC/Phone repair franchise I found Rumaldo. I brought my PS4 Pro to him after I started having the dreaded White Light of Death followed by video output problems. At the time I was convinced it was an issue with either a failing HDMI port of the HDMI chip. We chatted on the phone a bit and he suspected an issue with the hard disk, but wanted to look it over to be certain. I brought my PS4 to him and within 24 hours he got back to me and sure enough the hard disk and failed. Not only was he spot on with his diagnosis, he even upgraded my hard disk size at a really good price. This guy has certainly earned his stellar reviews. Thanks again Rumaldo!

My Xbox broke and I wasn’t too sure what had happened. 5280 walked me through what could be the issue and promised to only charge me for the service I needed, whether that be for a firmware update or hard drive replacement. They found out it was the hard drive and had it replaced the next day for a good price. I would definitely recommend a console repair from them.

I just got my iPhone 7 screen repaired in 20 minutes for under $90. Best and quickest service around. He even cleaned the charging port which had lint in it and wasnt charging correctly. Side note: do not put your phone in your pocket with the port down, always keep it upside down to minimize lint in the charging port.Highly recommended!

Despite a recent fire that closed their physical storefront, they were very responsive and helpful. The price for my Wii repair and turnaround time were outstanding, with great customer service to boot. Definitely worth the effort to support this business displaced by the recent fire.

I had to get the back glass replaced on my new S9+, they ordered the part and it came in very quickly. They called once the part was in, I took my phone in the same day, dropped my phone off and an hour later I was out the door good as new! Their pricing is very affordable as well. Hopefully I dont need to any time soon, but I will use them for any electronics repair my family needs in the future.

Took my iPhone 7 Plus to get the screen fixed. Called around to a few different places, and this was our cheapest option. It was fixed like-new within 45 minutes. No other damage to my phone, which is always a worry when taking a phone to get fixed. I also saw an option for 1/2 off tempered glass when you get screen repair which is awesome even though I didn’t get tempered glass. Plus he had a very sweet dog behind the counter when we went to pick it up. Lots of cool reasonably priced old games in the shop. If we weren’t moving I would definitely come back for my electronic needs.

Very impressed with them; wed taken the computer to Best Buy already, and the people at BB had no clue. The woman at Fixit knew exactly what we were talking about, found the problem swiftly, and repaired out computer promptly and inexpensively. Two thumbs up!

We had two iPhone 4 phones, one with a broken screen and the other wouldnt even turn on. I held out no hope that either could be fixed for a reasonable price, but figured it was worth a shot. Was very surprised and happily impressed by the folks at iFixit, who were able to repair both phones in less than 48 hours and for a fraction of what I imagined it would cost. I will definitely be going there in the future as things need repair, these guys are awesome!

Brought both my PS4 and PS4 Pro to be cleaned Nd pasted. They had them both done in about 2 hours. Great service and far priced.

I went in a few weeks ago to have them look at the proximity sensor on my Iphone 5s-- thats the thing that shuts off the keyboard when you put it up to your face. They tried a few different things and werent successful so asked me to bring it back the next day after I backed up my data. They got it fixed then by adjusting the sensor very precisely. They knew what they were doing and were respectful of my time and pocketbook. Excellent place!

I called ahead to see if they could fix my sons cracked phone screen. When we took it in they asked for my phone number...I stupidly assumed it was so they could contact me if an issue popped up or when the work was completed. After 3 hours (I was quoted approximately 1.5 hours for the work) I hurried back to the store to check on the progress. I apologized for walking in 5 minutes before closing, explaining that I had misunderstood and was waiting to hear from them. The response I received was no sort of acknowledgement to the statement (apology) that I had just made and the man proceeded to inform me that all of the screens that they had tried werent working and that they would have to wait until the next day to actually fix it. Since I was unable to arrange that (and because my teenage son commutes by bus and needs a phone) the only option was to put the old, cracked screen back on. I waited for them to do so and the phone was handed back to me without so much as an apology for the inconvenience and miscommunication. Unfortunately, we later discovered that the front facing camera no longer worked nor did the fingerprint sensor on the home button. Both of which were working beforehand...THE WORST PART OF THIS ORDEAL IS THAT I DIDNT EVEN FEEL CONFIDENT IN CALLING THEM TO DISCUSS THESE ISSUES BECAUSE THEY SEVERELY LACK IN COMMUNICATION, SINCERITY, EMPATHY AND PROFESSIONALISM.I would not recommend this place to anyone! Luckily, I found a wonderful mobile person who was professional and courteous and fixed the screen and the other issues in only 20 minutes!iFixit...I really hope you take this review to heart and consider changing your business practices.

Absolutely, A total ripoff! To charge for service is never a problem. But to up charge a customer because they feel they can, is bad business. I was quoted a price to fix my phone flap of $15 for the part and $20 for labor. When I asked to just buy the part I was told it would be $25 for the part, because he was running a business and couldnt sell the part for the same price he paid for it. Well, I went home and looked on amazon. Not only did I get one flap but I got two and the precision screw driver to fix my phone for $6 including the shipping of 2-days guaranteed. I support local business but no likes to be taken advantage of or ripped off. If it allowed I would give No stars.

DO NOT let these people touch your devices. Brought iPad mini in for a new screen. First screen didnt fit the tablet correctly. After they put the correct screen on it stopped working after about two weeks. Busy life kept me from getting it back in before 90 day warranty expired and they wanted to charge me for another new screen. Shop always reeks of pot... maybe thats the problem.

Excellent, I took my cell phone in cause the speaker was bad 20 minutes and done works great and after checking around they was cheaper than other quote I got... As for other guy may they already had xbox units to sell just because the sign says they buy and sell does not mean that they always buy and sell. Really dude its 2014 and you cannot figure this out. Not impressed. I took an iPad and also my iPhone in to have the screens replaced which were replaced but after a month with both items the screens started coming off and also my home button on my phone wasnt in place it would go under my screen. So with my phone I took it back and they made it look good, but they messed up the software which ended up having to be reset by apple, and also my back light does not go off anymore so if my phone isnt on speaker phone, my face/ear while talking on the phone will hit buttons continually. It mutes, hits the key pad, holds. And along with that my son 5 months old threw my phone busting my screen again, so this time I ordered my own screen on amazon and had my husband replaced it and when he had my phone pulled apart he discovered screws that were missing and others that were not in place just rolling around on the inside of my phone. So my phone was never put together correctly.

I loved that the service was fast and affordable. Brought my ps3 to be fixed and within one business day they had it back to me as good as new. No hassle. Just convenience.

Dropped my phone off to have a full diagnostics done. Guy tells me we close at 7pm, be back around 630pm. Cool. So my daughter and I leave and she proceeds to projectile vomit all over herself and my vehicle. Make it back by 650pm to get my phone and the door is locked, windows are open and dog is still inside...I am yelling inside because I know someone is there and no one responds. Seriously? Never even called my alternate number to check if I was coming for my phone before they closed or anything! Some of your customers that have kids have emergencies from time to time. Excellent customer service would be notifying the customer you close shop before actual closing time.

Incredible! Broke the screen on my LG G2. the insurance from my carrier wanted 150 and they would just send me a refurbished phone. These guys fixed my screen for 140 and I was able to keep my original phone.

They do awesome work here, and have amazing customer service. We noticed that one of the sensors were not working after we got the phone back and they told us to bring it back. Rumaldo replaced the front sensor and camera, and didnt charge us for the fee because they missed it on the inspection! Great customer service and work, highly reccomend!

I took my PS3 in and after it being diagnosed and told they could fix it, asked if they could have done no later than Thursday. They said it shouldnt be a problem. I was called on Tuesday evening saying I could go in to pick it up. Hooray! I was thrilled to have it back before surgery had me laid up for weeks.Well, not too long after I got it back, it did the same thing again. My husband took it in and they had no problem working on it free since it was within the 90 day guarantee period.We got it back and watched Netflix for weeks! Im not sure how much actual gameplay was done though. The reason I say that is because one night we were super excited to have a family game night! We grabbed our remotes put in the game, 2 of the 3 of us selected our characters,..... and then it beeped a few times and shut down. Never to turned on by us again. It wouldnt even let us get the game disc out. This is the same problem I took it in for the previous 2 times.I tried to explain more thoroughly what was happening this time, and the guy thought he knew what was going on. They called a few days later to pick it up. Hopefully third time is the charm!Everyone in the store is very nice, all though 2 of the guys Ive talked to have seemed pretty shy and quiet, especially at times when Ive been the only one in the store. Im not saying its bad because they have always been polite, I just like to talk, so I wouldve liked a bit more conversation.One more MAJOR thing I have to say about this place. I love, LOVE their 2 Pitts! They are so sweet, adorable, and friendly! I could stay for an hour and just play with them! So loving and sweet! So this last time I went to pick up my PS3, I brought along my husky who is my service dog in training. I believe it was Rocco who was there at the counter door when we came in. He immediately got excited and stuck his little head and front paws under the counter door and whined a bit as if asking us to come over. I told my pup it was ok to say hi. The 2 if them were so adorable! Giving each other kisses, putting their paws together, and talking a bit. Im sure that if the guy working had opened that door, those two wouldve thought they were in doggie heaven! They were like long lost best friends!I always have to praise any business that allows their pets to be on the job with them! My Xbox was not connecting to WiFi and my TV was also giving me troubles, so I found these guys on Google and gave them a call. They answered right away and the tech was helpful and knowledgeable. He did not recommend repairing the TV based on my description and the age of the TV. He suggested I bring in the Xbox and let me know it would be a free diagnostic. The woman at the store took my Xbox and clearly explained their process and timeline. Just as she said - they called me within one business day and, to my surprise, said that the Xbox seemed fine to them. They had some great suggestions as to what the problem might be, and how to fix it, and gave me back my tech with no fees. They could have charged for the diagnostics or other services I didn’t need multiple times throughout this process, but instead gave transparent and excellent advice with no pressure. I highly recommend supporting this local business!

DONT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS. I probably took like 40 minutes to drive out here one way. Once to drop my system off, once to get home, and a couple more trips to pick it up and drive home. After all the time I spent driving to drop it off and pick it up, they couldve taken 2 god damn minutes to check that it actually worked like they said. They said I could bring it back and work it again, but **** that. Ill just take the hit and go to somewhere that doesnt scam people out of money after doing literally nothing.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!I dropped off a Winbook(that belongs to my work) that needed the power adapter port replaced. When I took the device in, they took it in the back and then came back and said they could fix it, no problem. They stated that they will more than likely need to order the part, so it could take up to 3-5 days. No problem.After 8 days: I call office, gentleman states they havent received the part yet. No call, no update.After 13 days: I get a voicemail at 6:45pm that I need to pickup my device, they cannot complete repair. Also stating that they close at 7pm.I pick up device next morning. No explanation, Just handed it back to me.After leaving I go directly to the IT department. After the lectured me for taking it to a outside repair facility. They explained it would be no problem due to the fact that the company I work for has a replacement agreement with Microsoft.I then find out that now we cant even send the device back to the manufacturer due to the fact that it was now missing the power adapter port, and devices can only be returned in their entirety.I then called back to iFix iT. They explained to me that they no longer had the part to put back. But, it doesnt matter because it didnt work, he stated. After explaining the situation to the gentleman the situation, he suggested that they could put a metal shell back there. They will never know the difference he said.Do yourself a favor and save your self the frustration and stay away from these guys. After doing more research, I found out you can have the bigger box stores or the manufacturers store front can do MUCH superior work, for not much more money.And they are the bigger store because they more importantly know how to treat and appreciate a customer. This particular business, acts more like a video game pawn shop.ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!.

Took my iPhone 6s to get screen replaced about 2 months ago. they promise it would be a original screen. i cracked my screen again took it to different shop since it was about $20 cheaper they showed me my phone was missing about 7 screws and the screen was not original as they had promised. ill recommend to stay away from this scammers.

This place doesnt have respect for your belongings I walked out with more damage the when I came, they didnt even take apart the phone, the adhesive was still factory sealed. So they just applied more damage to the screen, I know what damage I had walked in there with and I came back 2 hours later to find more damage and the LED screen messed up when it wasnt like that before. theydon take time to make sure they are ordering the correct part. If u somehow by chance take ur phone in to this place take pictures of the damage before you hand it over.

After calling several places to find someone who could do some detailed soldering work to replace a bad USB port on a tablet circuit board, Rumaldo said he could do it. This review is a testament that he delivered on his promise as I am writing this on my tablet. Price was reasonable and work was completed faster than I expected since they had to order the part. The reason for 4 stars is that they offer a discount for writing a review, but they require that you post the review before you pay. The guy at the counters exact words (not Rumaldo) were we cant just take your word for it. In my case I had no idea if the repair was successful since I needed to take the part home to reinstall it in my tablet. Nonetheless, my issue was resolved, and I would recommend them for work that other repair shops are unwilling or unable to do.

I broke my LG Nexus 5 screen a few hours before I was supposed to fly out. Every repair place in town said it was 3-5 business days to get the parts, and they couldnt expedite.IFixit said theyd track down the part and get it delivered in two hours. I showed up at the store before the part, and they started the teardown. After the part arrived, they had me out the door in 15 minutes.They didnt charge any extra for a same day repair, and ended up $40 less than the other quotes I got.

Great customer service. I brought in my MacBook to be repaired by these guys and they really try their best to get it fixed. They will negotiate with you and try and get the most reasonable/affordable prices.In the end however, I decided to go ahead and sell them my computer of its parts. All I had to do was get an external drive to salvage the data and they will do the rest to backup and wipe your personal data. My computer had water damage and being a newer one (2015 MacBook Pro) it was just too expensive to get the parts like the logic board and etc. But otherwise, definitely do give them a shot!The store owner, Rumaldo, is an awesome guy and hes very friendly. I recommend you guys go there to get your smaller electronics such as iPhones fixed, its their specialty.

Would have gave it zero stars but had to give one to review. Took my daughters phone in they checked it out and got it working needed a new port but it also needed a new screen so we had to take the phone till a later time when we had the money to fix. Took it back a week later to fix and after not getting a call for 2 days I called they said it was ready so when I went to pick it up the next day they hadnt done anything and said they couldnt fix it so I assumed when they said its ready that it was fixed. They could have let me know that when I called, that is bad customer service and poor communication skills.

Service is excellent. Rumaldo will solve your issues if you have a reasonable complaint about an experience or situation. Really cheap too.They do install iPhone batteries into the iPhones they fix. Either the iPhone batteries they do replace them with suck, or iPhone sends them used batteries. So if they replace your battery and its still a piece of s***, it may or may not be their fault but they will refund you the money if you are completely dissatisfied with it. For me, it was after the 90 days even because i wasnt told of a 90 day guarantee policy.Eco cycle in Boulder uses an after market battery from batteries plus or batteries and more or something. but they are more pricey. Ifixit is cheaper for screen repairs than anywhere else. I just dont recommend having ifixit replace your battery because how would you ever know they did it if they replace it with the same style of battery. My screen partially fell out (benefit of the doubt, not their fault maybe, I drop my phone a lot and had a terrible case for awhile) of my phone so I had to get a new one at ecocycle and thats where they told me it was a refurbished battery.Rumaldo said those dont exist. I was then left to believe my battery was never changed. They refunded me the $20 as soon as I proved with my credit card statement I was there.I usually dont leave stories like this up on a review board but phones are expensive as hell and being an educated consumer is a good thing. So. For the next person who needs their iPhone fixed and reads this, you are welcome.

Brought my macbook in a few years ago to fix the battery adapter port and my laptop came back with not only the track pad not working, but the mic broken as well. I do not recommend this place for mac repairs. Its a drive from here, but youre much, much better off going to the MacOutlet in Englewood.

My daughter got her phone fixed here and it seemed well done but its now 30ish days after and her touch doesnt work, she got a bit of water on it but its a galaxy s5 active, they are built to be water resistant. Meaning the screen wasnt installes tight enough. She said it was excellant costumer service and will be going in to see if they be willing to compansate for it. I hope they do
