I like the low prices and the 20% off coupon that came in the mail. However, the store is filthy! I have been to this location 3 times now and I realize that there are people who open cosmetics just to see the shade better, and then place them back on the shelf. But come on, almost every item I picked up had been opened/tested/used. My hands were covered in random make up after 15 minutes of shopping. I will probably only shop here during really good sales.

This was the first Ulta Id ever had an opportunity to visit. Having just moved from a small, not-so-glamorous town, I had very high hopes. Im happy to say that I was very impressed. I was approached by several women who worked there that were all delightful and very helpful. We talked briefly about my recent move as well as that being my first time in an Ulta and they welcomed me warmly. I can say confidently that this is the beginning of a long and happy relationship with my new favorite store.

Been here a few times once to get my hair colored but the hairstylist seemed uncomfortable and not able to get color I wanted as well as was rude while styling my hair. Its a little damaged and I am aware but snickering was not necessary I do like their cosmetic area helpful

Unless theyre pushing a particular brand that week, the Ulta sales associates at this location will ignore you- even at the cash register. I stood there 2min while 3 workers passed me by, they saw me but continued with their inventory/display work until I called them over. RUDE! then the cashier didnt offer me to redeem my points like theyre supposed to (good thing I remembered!) and I was rushed aside for the next customer. I dont care if they have other busy-work to do, the customers needs should always come first.

Place is a joke customer service is horrible rude staff got followed a lot because they thought I was going to steal products. Learn my lesson last time I come here. If I could I would give it zero stars.

Compared to other Ulta stores I have shopped at (mostly in WI), this one is a bit small. The couple times I have come in, some sections have been low (i.e. the ever popular Too Faced Born this Way), but they have also had some really great bonus buys, coupons and extra rewards cash offers. So, I assume this is why their stock has been running low, since it is that time of year companies release new lines and products, Ulta is just making room. Beyond the stock, the staff has been nothing but wonderful to me, and I ask a lot of questions and need advice. I dont know about some of the reviews, but everyone Ive met at this store has been helpful and understanding. I would recommend this store (and chain) to anyone, and I have been an avid Sephora shopper for years.

The costumer service has been so horrible the last couple of times Ive been there. The younger girls who work on the floor or even as cashier seem to be so nice and help out. An older woman with short hair was my cashier today and she was really rude and made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. I dont know if it was because I look young? Im a regular costumer but I would rather go to sephora just for the costumer service.

They wont treat you good if youre not dressed well! And they give dirty looks to you too. Only one girl from there has treated me nicely

I absolutely love the selection of perfume and cologne that this Ulta carries. During Christmas time and the holidays the sales and promotions they have are very good.

Was very disappointed with their lack of selection. I know its a female base store but I figured Id be able to go in and find some cologne for myself before I go on a plane trip. I have $50 gift card. But I couldnt find a travel kit or small bottle of cologne for my luggage. Not only did they not have any collection as far kits for men. Cheapest bottle of cologne I could find that was regulation size 38 dollars a took it to the counter she rang it up to $60 I laughed and left the store.

This is the dirtiest Ulta I have ever been to!! Nothing on the make up shelves. And what there is, is in the wrong place. No one offered help. All chit chatting! Will never return to this place again!!!! It doesnt deserve 1 star

Poor customer service. Very unprofessional. Not enough staff to help with anything. Out of the most selling products like Medium Beige Bare Minerals. Unacceptable

The staff here is ridiculous! I was there looking at makeup and hair supplies and the female worker asked my husband how she could help him in a beauty store but completely ignored me and never asked if I needed help with anything. We left soon after that without purchasing anything.

I give a 1 star simply because i cant choose 0 stars. Ive been going the last couple months to get my hair done and my lip and eyebrows waxed and the last 2 times ive went my skin has been brutally burned. The first time it happened, was on the skin right under my eyebrow. I then i go back a month later to only recieve what looks like a major rug burn from the wax accross my lip. And when i went in all the manager could say was Shes never done this before and refunded me the cost for a waxed lip which is $11.00. Never will i go back to this store. My face will be scarred from this as well.
