Good place to shop if youre looking for gluten-free items.

Live to shop here. Always calm and mellow. Unfortunately when they run out of an item its hard to get it back in. Makes it hard if you shop gluten free and find items you like. Wish the store was bigger but its still great as it is. Good selection. The staff are always helpful and pleasant.

I like the wide variety of eggs. They have a good selection of nuts. The produce looks pretty fresh. The vitamins and supplements are a little bit more expensive than what is available on line but the staff knows what they are talking about.

Im new to the neighborhood and was excited to find a NG so close to my house (the nearest Whole Foods is another 10 minutes down the road). My first visit was pretty bad to say the least - what a huge disappointment! I came here mostly for produce but was shocked to find that most of it was on the verge of spoiling or already rotting. (I grew up very poor and my folks got most of our food from food banks and donations. Thats exactly what this felt like to me - shopping at a food bank with half rotted food.) This was crazy! I was in literally in shock that people were still shopping and acting like everything was normal. There was a box of rotting sweet potatoes (mushy and moldy) for sale in their everyday place. The yellow and white onions were soft with dark spots under the surface (rotting), most of the leafy greens were limp, shriveled, and discolored. The peppers were pruney and mushy. and the potatoes were green and squishy, etc.. Im going to give a few weeks to let that inventory turn over and then give it another try. If its not better next time I go, Ill plan to use this store very sparingly for something other than produce! (I really wish I had taken pictures to post and am kicking myself for not speaking to a manager... if I wasnt in such a big hurry, I normally would have - if for no other reason than to find out when they expected new produce.)

By golly gosh, the freshest produce in all the land! And I think every store should have boxes instead of bags. So much easier, I tell you...(Except for the farmers market. In fact, ditch this place and go grab that fresh shrubbery from your local farmers!)

My only complaint is that you cannot return more than one item per receipt. So if you get one rotten potato and bad bell pepper, youre only reimbursed for one of them.

Really love the products..and until today I loved the staff...Today however, the cashier decided that because I wasnt wearing a mask that she would rudly huff and roll her eyes at me during my transaction..look, I get it you feel safe in a mask...and Im ok with you wearing one..I am also a cashier.!! And I reat mask wearers as kindly as non mask wearers...you have a right to decide what you put on your face, jist as I have a right not to....and my job is to serve you..not judge you...sad day for a company that promotes health and organic produce..shes spraying all of the counters at her register, that are no more than 10 feet from that organic produce section, with chemicals.....if soil has to be clean from chemicals for 7 years for a produce to be certified organic, than what about the produce being sprayed by it?? Think America!!

I try to eat healthy I have a lot of health issues but this particular day I had a taste for a t-bone steak and I could not find any in town I went to a lot of stores and they didnt have it Walmart didnt have it so Im looking for meat

I purchased an organic gallon of Milk for $7.99. Not cheap since I can get it at King Soopers for $5.99 but I was at Natural Grocers with a friend and grabbed a gallon out of convenience. I got it home and the milk was clummpy and no good. I took it back for a refund and was told they do not refund dairy. I believe they use COVID as an excuse. In addition they will not return more than 1 item per receipt and its posted in tiny little letters at the cash register nobody sees since we arent able to stand near it while someone ahead of us is checking out and when its our turn we are not reading small little notices but unloading my cart and checking out. The attendants were rude and hateful, had to call a manager after I had waited for 5 people ahead of me. By the time the manager came 4-5 more people passed thru the line. IF YOU DONT RETURN DAIRY DONT SELL SPOILED DAIRY... IF YOU DONT STAND BY YOUR PRODUCT YOU SHOULDNT BE SELLING TO THE PUBLIC OTHERWISE WHY LIMIT 1 RETURN PER RECEIPT... Since their prices are so high we should be able to expect better service and more honest dealings but its ridiculous and I will never shop there again.

I have been looking for a special German bread. They have it! Store is very clean and well lit. I would not say that about another NG store that is considerably closer.

Generally a reasonable place but most recently they wouldnt even exchange my mother in laws sandals that she had for one day. She got the wrong size and merely wanted to EXCHANGE them for a smaller pair and they would not allow her to. This is bad customer service. I will become MUCH more selective in the things I buy here and will start giving more business to Sprouts. Just make sure what youre getting is absolutely what you need from here before you buy.

Fantastic prices and great weekly/monthly sales.Great selection of organic food on every isle.The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable.The store is always spotlessly clean.Checking out is really quick and efficient.I’ve saved a ton of money with my free N-Power membership.For example, via N-Power I can earn $5.00 simply by spending $63 during a specific time period which I would be doing normally anyway.I also accrue points and get $2.50 or $5.00 off.Highly recommend this store.

Great store with wide selection given its size. Very helpful, attentive staff. Has the usual Natural Grocers supplement smell, which bugs my kid, but thats to be expected. Remember to bring your own bags.

The more I shop here the more I enjoy it. I always seem to learn something new about a supplement or product when I go. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I had a problem with an item once and they addressed and fixed without hesitation. I find their Now brand of vitamins and supplements to be affordable and work great. A clean well lit and nice place to shop!

I Iove the fresh made gluten free bread, buns, and bagels. They have multiple gluten free options. Plus all the organic and fresh products they have. This is my go to store. The staff here is also knowledgeable about he products they have in store which makes it nice when you have a ton of questions. Love it!

We shop here semi regularly for water refills and spices. The water is good and the cheapest Ive found, $.25/gallon, and bulk spices are a great price, around $3-5 dollars for bulk.

A good place to find alternative medicine

An employee came up to me pretty quickly to ask if I needed help. She was very helpful and talked quit a bit with me. Then when I went to check out, I was taken over to a register that had not been previously open so that I did not have to wait in line. They offered me some coupons for an upcoming sale and let me know that a health magazine was free for me to take.It was an overall awesome experience!

Ive always enjoyed this particular store, the staff have always been helpful above and beyond the call.An example was a few months ago I took my 5 year old in to pick a couple of things up...she was hungry so we were going to pick up a snack as well.The Gal working in produce overheard her and asked if she would like a banana...and of course my little one was thrilled.This is the type of store I like to give my hard earned money too...because I come out with great products and friendly service.

Small organic market with fresh produce. Ive had produce from larger chains turn faster than ones purchased from Natural Grocers. Prices are a tad higher but I feel that is justified by the quality of produce you get.

Good selection of fresh foods and grains. Half the store is made up of a natural pharmacy. Unfortunately, this place does not have any prepared food, which would have been a better use of the space.

Everyone is generally super awesome here. Its often not busy, however the prices are sometimes a little bit higher than Sprouts or online. There is a good selection and people who work here are super helpful.

This is a fantastic store with a great selection of products that are natural and free of chemicals. I would highly recommend a visit if you are health minded. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable.

Whenever possible, I try to shop at Vitamin Cottage. It really is the best. I do not find the alternative big stores very helpful in meeting my sugar-free requirements. I love that they carry good products, and the staff is really cooperative and helpful. They are cheaper than whole foods, and more complete in this area for sugar free and many other things than Sprouts. They are worth the effort to find. I have gone to VITamin Cottage for 40 years now, and although they are grown way big, they still are easy to work with.
