Im not too sure of the bad reviews but here was my experience. Got in 30min before my appointment and left 30min after my appointment. Mind you, i had floor loads of boxes

Definitely wouldn’t recommend applying here. Hours can vary. Management I reported directly to definitely helped and were trustworthy. Others managers there only cared about themselves and if you don’t hit rate. They’d make sure you saw your way out. That’s why the turnover is extremely HIGH!!!

If possible, we could rate them a zero star for being so careless about driver. Its not enough broker lied to us, which is TQL not to be surprised. But this facility is horrible. Checked in 6 hours ago, still have not even started. These people dont even tell you the truth, had they tell us we would leave the facility. WORST FACILITY EVER.

Worst place ever. I checked in around 12:00pm, they told to wait until 7:00pm and when i come back at 7:00 they said we dont need you, we JUST canceled your load.

10hrs to offload. Insane

After 30 minutes waiting in the case like animal In the zoo someone from the people stop and ask me for what Im there. Check in for a pick up to Groveport OH. On time. 8 PM they give me door, the yard is narrow but ok, park on the dock. After 6 hours I am still here, TQL promised detention, but I know, they never pay. Drivers do not come here AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE GOOD WEEK.

One of the worst places to deliver, probably you gonna see it big company with so many docks put they use one dock only for all this trucks

Place is very tight if you have a longer truck. Seems to be first come, first serve.

Delivered, receiving office doesnt start work until 5am, gates are closed until about 445am. No parking, tight docks, 1hour unload with appointment.

These guys have a complete disregard to their job or your time. Keep away

Warehouse receiving refused to accept their product because it was couple hours late. Dont be late to appointment or they can refuse load. Broker made crazy appointment way too early.

TRUCK DRIVERS!!Check in for RECEIVING is at door 22.They might unload you on the other side.

Lmfao this place is a joke search some where else. Remember this they can switch your hours when ever they want. Not worth the $ if you want something stable. And yes they can keep you over time mandatory so no saying oh well you said till 1:30 pm they will keep you up to 4 or your fired -Ex employee

Nice people but takes 10 hours to load groveport load, two lies about weight and load time and would not pay detention

The manager Paul is a liar and the regional manager dosent want people that are overweight and likes to hide in his office and cant confront people. He makes other people do it for him. Stay away!!!!!

They let me go for something I had no control over but thats how they do things.
