I went to get a tire that was previously plugged changed. I needed the mechanic to see which tire was plugged, it was between the front two tires. He checks them and says there is no plug, but there is. So I was not serviced yet I was still charged $15. I asked if I came back tomorrow, knowing which tire was plugged, would it be be $30 since he made me pay him $15 now. He said no, itd still be $45. Im far from satisfied.And the first tired he checked, he sprayed down to see if there was a plug. Why didnt he do this for the other tires? Im not happy at all and would not recommend this place.

I went too this location of GTO in Northlake, I am looking for a worker in front desk, no one too be found. I go too back doors saw two workers are working, I call out too them for a price and possible repair. They both didnt bother talking and acted like they didnt see me or hear me, while looking at a jeep wrangle on the rack checking front end ball joints. I left this place within 5 minutes, poor customer service, shop looks really dirty in back, tires all over place. How do they stay open if they dont want too talk or get jobs. I had a big job for a shop too do good money. I ended up going down the street too Northlake auto I had A/C job brand new compressor, pressure line, and full tune-up with front brakes. You guys missed out on a couple hundred. Stay away from this location!

If I can give this place a zero I definitely would he charged me $110 for some tires not even 3 hours later right front tire blew I tried calling the place returning he doesnt understand what Im saying hangs up on me I called back it just hangs up big rip-off dont go there for tires keep your money in your pocket go to another tire shop

I coming to this place for years and never been not satisfied, because owner always manage fit our schedule besides good price range and disclosing what is happening. Recently had done repairs like exhaust pipe replaced, tie rods end replaced, not function alternator replaced. Everything went smooth

Not happy with service will never return

I showed up with a severed muffler at about 1145 a.m. on labor day and was driving home happy by 1pm.

Had my car straight piped, sounds great but didn’t notice that the welding job was poor, now there is co2 goiing through my vents and it’s constant headaches on top of that I was not offered my muffles or resonator back
