From start to finish, they were so amazing. They helped me get my car towed (which i was having a very hard time with my insurance company to do). They gave me constant updates on it. I wrecked the front of my car when I hit a deer, and you would never be able to tell. Looks great, and runs just like it did. They even delivered the car to me when it was done. 10/10, I would recommend this place to anyone. Erica at the front desk helped me so many times with this, thank you!!!!

Great experience, granted it was on the other guys insurers dime. Was pleasantly surprised Caliber detailed the interior of my car, and appear to have washed the whole exterior. Not gonna lie, the interior was nasty (from the previous owner I swear lol) so Caliber saved me a good $120-150 on detailing. Oh and the body work was flawless. I dont write reviews often but I just picked my car up and feel compelled. Recommended based on my experience!

This was the cleanest and most professional repair shop I have visited. I was able to get an estimate very quickly from Joe and was able to schedule repairs for the week of my vacation. Erica did the scheduling and called to let me know when the car repairs were completed. My car looks brand new and is showroom clean and shining, inside and out!

Joe and Erica did a great job as always. They fixed damage I didnt see . My truck looks fantastic. My tire and rim were damaged and had to be replaced, so they did an alignment, and it drives perfectly.

Caliber Collision went out of their way to get our insurance company to give us a reasonable quality replacement rear view mirror. State farm insurance wanted to give us a recycled part. I was thrilled they got them to agree on an OEM part. They also did a great job painting the rear view mirror to the color of the car. I do recommend taking your car here.

About two weeks ago a deer ran straight into my driver side door and front fender. I was recommended to Nagys by my State farm agent. Dropped it off and they were nothing but great. Joe and Ashley kept me up to date and the job got done quicker than they thought. The door and fender look like new and they went above and beyond and cleaned the car, both inside and out. Highly recommend them for you body work needs!!

My truck was hit and damaged the front quarter panel. Was referred to this place by the guy who hit my vehicle. Upon taking it there, the customer service was great, only reason they got 2 stars. When I picked up my truck it looked good initially. Upon looking at it, I noticed my headlight capsule assembly has a crack and scuffed paint on it still. The quarter panel pushed over the hood, and small scratches weren’t touched up or fixed at all. I won’t be back and I won’t refer anyone to this place. Should have been fixed professionally and not things skipped over and damaged parts reused.

Wonderful company to do business with. From the frantic first call that my kid was in an accident and the car needs to be towed to 8 business days later a completely fixed vehicle. Professional, efficient, timely service. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. All of this occurred during COVID too. You pay for what you get. They dont cut corners, but do quality work for a fair price. They explain fully what work was done and what they saw while working on you car.

I have taken three cars there in the resent past, and the workmanship and the price, was outstanding. Not to mention how they treated me! One black car had $7000 worth of body work where I got rear-ended when it was only 3 months old, it is now three years old and it still looks like new.
