I was in my first accident and had no idea how everything would go since I was hit. I called Fred Martin Collision and they handled everything for me. They had a rental ready when I arrived and even cleaned and vacuumed my car for me. They did such a great job I cant even tell my whole back end was replaced.

They replaced and painted my front bumper. The price was reasonable, but when I drove off the lot, the check engine light came on after 15 miles of driving. They had damaged the active grill shutters right behind the front bumper. To be fair, I never called them but what ticked me off was when I went to go and try to fix the issue myself. They broke the clip that holds the sensor in. They put it in anyway knowing they broke it and never bothered to tell me or fix the issue. The body work was good, but it doesnt matter if they break other parts on your car and not fix them.

Car repaired through Progressive Insurance. Great body work and very timely. Car looked brand new. HOWEVER BE WARNED: REMOVE ALL BELONGINGS FROM YOUR CAR WHEN YOU LEAVE IT THERE! My CD case with approximately 50 CDs was taken from my car while at their shop. They have security cameras which showed nothing but case was IN THE CAR when dropped off and was NOT IN THE CAR when returned. Obviously something happened while not on camera. Manager offered $30.
