Take my book back. Your vague wording on whether or not your used books come with access codes is confusing and not ok.Even Ben appearently the top dog at customer service over there even agreed with me that the wording is confusing. And you still refuse to take my book back.Take my book back..This is what he said in his email to me I certainly agree with you that these =one-time use =3D>> access codes are confusing.Ill gladly forward the email to anyone. If your head of customer service says your wording on the access codes is confusing then you cant hold me responsible and you need to grant the exception and take my book back.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Horrible online book store for colleges, they will give you a run around to issue a refund for the wrong book they sell...stay away from them...better off getting your stuff from Amazon or BN.com.

This book store engages on back business practice by selling products not as describe. Stay away from them, they are thief and use deceptive practice(s) to steal your hard earn money.

I was able to received my textbooks without any issue and it came earlier than I expected. It was a very easy process to order online and the website was very easy to follow. I will without a doubt order my future textbooks from here and use to marketplace to make sure I am getting the best deal.

Akademos offers many options for students to purchase books and sell them as well. Options include buying used books, new ones, electronic copies or rentals. This is great because everyone has an option that they like. Books have always arrived on time for me for very reasonable prices. It’s very simple to sell your books back at the end of the semester.

Never order next day air. They will send you your books separately a month later, not give you your money back for your next day air fee, and not contact you about assisting you in refunding your next day air fee. Better to go with Amazon at least they’re reliable.

Ordering was fast and easy! Information and instructions on how to order was well given. I received an email when my books arrived at campus pick up ! The books were in great condition ! Even the used books. Ths ebooks was easy to locate and convenient. At the end of the semester i was able to sell my books back, that was Great!👍

While Ive not had any issues purchasing books, but Ive now sold 5 books over the course of a year and getting my payment is like pulling teeth! They say that by contacting customer service by email, you will receive a response in 24 to 48 hours. Wrong! You have to email them multiple times for several weeks before you get a response, and when you do, it serves no solution to your problem. Ive even received 2 responses to the same email, both were way off topic and didnt help me one bit. Im still currently waiting on my money from 3 text books I sold. Dont sell through this company!!

Horrible!!!! 0 Stars!!! Please do not buy ANY BOOKS FROM HERE! I purchased a book through my college online bookstore which is operated by them. The description of the the book just said used. When I got the book all the pages were torn and writing through out the book. The book was in no condition to be sold and should have been trashed. I contacted the seller from the marketplace and they told me they would give me a refund but I would have to go through them to get a refund. I call Akademos and told them what the seller told me. The customer service Rep was very rude and short with me. I tried to explain to her that the book should not have been sold in the first place. She basically told me there was no way in hell I was getting my money back and that the description of the book said “Used”. Used does not mean that it’s damaged and unusable. The book cost 92 dollars. I found the same book on Amazon brand new for 77 dollars! I feel that this company is fraudulent and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau first thing in the morning! I’m a single mother of 2 and working hard towards my nursing degree. I would hate for someone else to be swindle out of their hard earned money like me.

I ordered a few of my textbooks from the Akademos online bookstore through my college for the semester of fall 2018. The service was speedy as I received my books quickly. They also have many options for buying your textbooks: new, used (through the marketplace), and eBook. Would definitely recommend!

This is the worst company I have ever experienced. The customer service is notorious and majority of their books are backordered. If you are a student or school looking to use a book company, please avoid this company at all cost. They like to argue with their customers, they lie, and refuses to return your funds. This is the absolute worst company I have ever experienced.
