Loved it! Five stars when there are more action figures like Star Wars Black Series. Asking for a friend...

Went to the Sono Mall with my GF on a whim. We just wanted to get out and explore Connecticut a bit. I ran into the Amazon Store and I was all smiles. It kinda felt surreal to see stuff youve shopped for virtually for years finally in store with the ratings and all. I wish to see more of these, so we can break the online shopping trend a little and have more in-person interactions.

Returning my item here was so easy after i followed instructions on the app

Went to the store in the mall, planning to buy one of their great deals on tablets.But the store only has Fire Tablets.. (I wanted Android)But other than that. Friendly staff.. the Mail over all is still looking pretty sad.. how much longer can any of these stores stay open?

This is MY FAVORITE store in the mall. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the products have me obsessed. Can’t help but come in and spend my money every chance I get lol.

I genuinely enjoyed my time browsing Amazon 4-Star. A unique concept from Amazon and they have a few hidden gems here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, Lamont helped me navigate the store. I ended up purchasing more items than anticipated, but I saved a lot by being an Amazon prime member.

Bit of a disappointment. Some kitchen stuff, lots of echo dots & alexa paraphernalia. Small Kids toys & books, a selection of Amazon most popular books. Just as easy to do this kind of shopping from a cell phone or tablet in the comfort of your home or safe place.Its just a diversion from the mall experience. A time killer.

I asked the lady at the door if they had DVDs, and she said they didnt carry them, which disappointed me, but I still loved the store. It was smaller than I thought, but it was easy to find. I bought a Fire stick Lite, got it home and realized I needed to plug it in to a power source for it to work. Ill get it going and update.

Interesting concept! I enjoyed looking through the items though I didnt have a lot of time to do so.

Visited the Amazon 4-star store for the first time ever located at the SonoCollection. Really liked the experience, seemed like browsing Amazon.com home page in-person. They have discounts for Amazon prime members. I was surprised to learn they were the only Amazon 4-star we had in Connecticut.

Cool to see a lot of the stuff in person that you might not normally look through online

Its okay. Very heavy on Amazon owned products which is good and bad... Prices are near identical to online which is great if you need something that is in the store and dont want to wait for shipping. But the stores contents dont turn over fast enough. Staff is very helpful.

I initially found it funny. The online company that tore apart our brick and mortar stores now goes brick and mortar.Then I found it sad...it was a 3D walk through my laptop, except less convenient.

Everyone there is amazing and helpful. The curated item selection is also really diverse and fantastic. Ive purchased multiple things like: a game, Kindle case, phone cables, WiFi connected lightbulbs, a candle and a dust buster. Its also super convenient I can return items that I ordered online!

My first visit to a physical store of Amazon. Nice walkthrough and saw few discounts that are better than online in books, kids toys/games section. Wish it included more sections. Happy for now though

First I thought it was funny, the online marketplace that destroyed brick and mortar was now brick and mortar.Then I found it sad, it was like walking through my laptop, but not as convenient.

Ziggy and all the people at this store are really nice and very helpful. I know I cant get everything there but its very useful since the mall is between my work and home so its easy to stop by. They keep the store really clean and are always wiping down, seems they would clean the checkout area after each customer. They are on it!

Tight small store, but convenient location in the mall. They have popular Amazon items and even Prime member deals! Plus the Amazon Store Card account works here by showing a barcode from your Amazon Shopping app! They need an Amazon locker outside the store though!

Hands down the best store. Has everything. Its like shopping online. All the categories and every item is rated 4 stars and above. They give you the Prime.prices and reviews also.

If you like Amazon, youll love this store. Its a huge, diverse assortment of various top rated items from the online store. The staff is excellent, and when you walk in youre guaranteed to find something interesting. It doesnt replace the online store, but its great to stop by and look around for something new or different.

Very clean store. So glad to have such a modern store in a brand new mall. The four star store has all of there most popular products. You will find books, Amazon electronics, Amazon basics, and toys. A little bit of everything. However, I dont know if it beats online prices in some products.

Not impressed by selection. When I picked some things to buy mostly to make me feel better because I had to pay to park waited in line to find out they dont take cash. Wish I knew before hand? I thought cash was king? I guess no more. Just make sure you know they dont take cash and you have to pay to park. Selection is like that store brookstone that I think went out of business I think?
