A Go-To Starbucks with great customer service, minimal waiting time, and wonderful results specifically for my Kiwi Star Fruit Refresher & egg bites. I have been to this location a handful of times and they have everything you need such as dining in for times you want to eat or drink while sitting down, picking up to enjoy your things at home, or being delivered to you so you may enjoy your things at home already! Starbucks has always made a great impression with their clear environment and modern architecture. As well as great employees and fantastic results. This Starbucks doesnt disappoint in the slightest and I recommend this to anyone in the Norwalk area.

I love coffee ☕. Im here everyday. I get the espresso frapp. Its delicious. Cake pops are cute and delicious, especially the fox😋. Iced water for hot days. Even when the line gets long the drive thru still moves pretty quick. But its still nice to walk in and wait as well. The employees here are helpful, recommend items that you might like if they dont have the item your looking for. Friendly and if you are a regular they do remember you. But this location is better than some of the other ones I been to. Quality of the coffee or teas are nice. I dont have to ask them to redo it. Tastes great everytime. 👍

I spend a good amount to this company to not get what I ask for, decided to give a try again, ordered caramel frappuccino w/extra caramel, no whip, and add shot, again was very light in color,taste,and caramel, like really then when I say extra extra caramel I get a cup half full of just caramel, dont understand,how they dont understand, the drink i received no extra caramel, so watery, and did not taste like they added an add shot,and why is it so light, WOW happens to often thats why I stop going for a few months.

Great service, very welcoming and best coffee too. I am always happy to have my Starbucks coffee.

This is the 3rd time I come here to get my coffee and this place is closed, it’s supposed to be open but it’s not so here we are waiting and waiting, 10 minutes go by and nothing . If you changed your hours of business then post it ! I race here every day to get my coffee and can’t afford to be late . So moving on to McDonalds I guess .

Very very very bad Starbucks they got my completely wrong asked for vanilla iced vanilla latte with sweet cream cold foam and caramel drizzle but did not add it and the lady was completely rude and ordered the hot caramel macchiato and it didn’t taste the same!

The staff was amazing and they have never messed up a drink order for as long as I have been going there (a little over a year) the always greet me by name and makes me feel special..

Got out of work really late today and decided to treat myself to a iced chestnut praline. I am aware of how busy this location gets so I ordered through the mobile app, I received my drink and didn’t realize it was 9/10 full of ice. I did ask for extra whip cream which I’m assuming they read as extra ice which I can understand. I finished my drink in about 4 sips, I hope this doesn’t happen again.-Sincerly, Dissapointed

Hot drinks and friendly service

Such slow service at this location and the workers barely looked at us when we came in. We stood alone in line for like 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes for our drinks. Maybe the staff is all knew or just doesnt care about their customers but this is a first for a Starbucks all their workers usually work fast and are friendly.Also, heard other customers complaining about the wait time to receive their drinks.

Drive thru is always pack with cars and the service is slower than the Starbucks on Rosecran.

Thanks to Starbucks and the clients for picking this place, Im able to meet clients to get my work done. We were able to sit and sign all the documents, the smell there was amazing. There was a game there, it was quite funny for a grown man t ik be so into a game. He was excited and got a little loud, but we managed. Grateful that theres a location everywhere for clients to choose from.

The Gouda and the grilled cheese sandwiches are top notch sandwiches. This particular Starbucks is right next to in N out Burger which is my absolute favorite but I have preferred to eat Starbucks sandwiches instead. Amazing!

I never have a problem with staff. Up untill today unfortunately they couldnt serve me because as i was about to order it turned 9pm.I understand that however they should have had consideration especially when the person in front of me took a super long time to order. They should have allowed me to place mine. Instead they lied and said they registers automatically close and they cant open them, yet there were at least 3 cars in front of mine, wonder how they were gonna get them open to charge them. Wtv no big deal

The macha green tea latte is my favorite.

I must say I had a great experience with the barista Crystal she took our difficult order and got it right the first time. Kudos to you for your active listening skills. We need more people like you customer service.

This is the type of Starbucks that you can be waiting in the drive thru at 5:29 and they still won’t help you ... I work in customer service and when I see a customer outside even 10 mins earlier I help them . And btw today they didn’t take me order until 5:32

Went to the Starbucks in the Cerritos Town center this morning because it was close to the Trader Joes I frequent. I hesitate to stop at that particular store because the customer Service is so so and sure enough today they were the same. Disappointed I asked for a refund on my order (Alexis and Bri need to work on their customer service skills desperately!) AS I LEFT I SAID IM GOING TO MY USUAL SPOT. I actually come to this Starbucks TOOOO much lol. I love it. They always make my drinks perfectly. Whether I come in at the crack of dawn (which is my usual) or late afternoon, they still give the same great level of service. Every shift is super friendly, calls me by my name and doesnt spell it wrong lol thats big in my book

Tables outside were dirty considering they dont have tables inside to sit on the least they can do is keep the outside ones clean

Starbucks is always great. This one is rather nice in general, but it can be a bit hard to get into the parking lot from certain ways due to being right next to In and Out.

This is a nice quiet location. Most of their traffic seems to be drive thru so its a great place to hold up and work. The people here were friendly and seemed happy to be there

It was a breeze ordering a coffee and getting it through the drive-thru. They were quick efficient, got my order right. There are nice in the morning which is great to see. The store outside looks very nice and clean. I could kind of see the inside and it looks nice but I cant trully comment on that.

I bought a venti size of macha green tea iced this morning. I got 3/4 of ice in the venti size cup and 1/4 of the drink. Not even enough to relieve my thirst. So disappointed.

I came here a few times already. The Internet connection here is very slow and informed the staff to relay my message to the manager. Hopefully, this gets result soon. BTW, the Internet speed here is .02 Mbps.

Everyone here looks like they are focused on providing fast and friendly service. Today is Thanksgiving and the shift-manager is moving like shes some multi-armed diety; shes making coffee, taking orders, warming up food... -- Shes a blurista. Great service everytime!

I LOVE Starbucks! However, my experience at this particular one with my friend, was just NOT GOOD. We were in a rush so we just left. They mixed up our drinks, and when I reminded them to take the whip cream out they just returned the cup messy, and the drink was so watery ... We were paying for those drinks, so they need to do what they are supposed to!

Internet is absurdly slow here. Ive been to a hundred different Starbucks and this is easily the worst internet of all of them. I came a few times because its close by, and its been horrible every time, so Im done coming here and will drive further to another one. The drinks also take a long time to get, even when no one is in the store.

Only customer ordering . Had to wait a while and the threw me off. For a grande soy smoked butterscotch latte it was 4.75 at the Starbucks in the la mirada center. Over here they tried charging me 5.88 when I only had a 5 so I had to get a smaller size .

Everytime I go there is always a long line seems to me that they might be understaff.

I just was it his place because I love their coffee but today they make feel so upset in & out it right in front so I stopped by for a burger then my coffee I got there got a chair as soon I sat this girl approached me and goes you can’t go at in here in & out when I was there before eating I think that was so rude because people was eating food from somewhere else as well I always go there for my coffee so who cares if I was eating there customer service first right!!!!

Everytime Ive come to this particular Starbucks, they never get my request right. I always ask for kid temperature and everytime they always make it to hot. When I tell them, they all look at each other and say I never told the cashier. This is the last time I will come to this location.
