Prior to reaching out to DUC-Interiors, I had tried two other companies that always tried to sell me a different product, I had my heart set on plantation shutters. My issue was with the large arch window in the office, produces so much light in the afternoon causing the room to get really hot. Steve understood exactly what I wanted and how to make it work. Bob was able to keep the rosette detail with minimal cutting, very impressive work. Judy was lovely all around. Very happy with the experience and absolutely love the end result.
