Always have been treated well with kleeman customs. Theyve always gone above and beyond to ensure the best service with the best prices.
I am in a BLACK 2000 Pontiac trans am WS6. Do not go here be forewarned!!! Nobody knows what theyre doing the owner is a incompetent fool. They did no work to the interior of my car and still somehow managed to not only break the dash ($1200 TO REPLACE IT IF YOU CAN FIND IT ON EBAY BECAUSE THEY DONT MAKE IT ANYMORE) of my car but also broke the center console upper and lower portion and lid to it ( $150 lid, center console upper $150 center console lower $180) the owner of the shop was nice enough to buy me a new center console lower portion however like an idiot he bought it for a Camaro that was from 1996 theyre Gray everything in my interior is black... good jobThey also asked for payment up front for a deposit and every time I showed up to the shop to check on progress they hadnt done anything to my vehicle they had my car from 5 Oct 2018 till 16 Jan 2019 and everytime I would show up they would have done maybe one or two small things to my car I told them at the end of 2018 that thats enough I want my car back finish up Im sick of these games finish it Im going on vacation Ill be back Jan 7th and I expect it to be fully functional and ready for me to pick up. Now I dont know if the owner of the shop just is an idiot or didnt hear me or had brake cleaner in his ear or something but when I got back they had stored my car in their paint booth (that they dont use according to the owner) but they hadnt touched it they hadnt finished it they hadnt troubleshooted any of the problems that were going on and they were still trying to figure out some of the issues, and to top it off my car now had little tiny red paint spots all over it that you can only see when you pull it out into the sun so it looks like a Bass pro boat yay. When they told me it needed a new water pump and power steering pump I told them have it towed a half mile down the street to the GM dealership because theyre ACDelco and that dealership had put them in theyre under warranty they said they would, however they did not. Instead I received a bill for both water pump and a new power steering pump. even though it had been replaced less than 500 miles before. Once they did that they said my car was ready to go I was driving it home and the check engine light came on, then the bolt fell out of the shifter one of the two bolts for the shifter so now I have a shifter that is flopping all over the place and Im trying to shift a 6-speed manual transmission in stop-and-go traffic and I cant even tell what gear Im in awesome great job guys next time try remembering to put loctite or even remembering to tighten the bolts this was the first of many bolts that I have found either cross-threaded or only fingertight I have had to go over this car hand by hand bolt by bolt and try and figure out every single thing they touched and make sure that its either torque down to spec or that its tight. Because I drive this car on tracks at dragstrips and all sorts of fun roads and well this weekend well let the pictures speak for themselves. This is how sloppy of work they did to my car with no remorse no care for safety whatsoever. I found a cross threaded bolt in the bottom backing plate of my big brake disc kit on the driver side and it snapped off the caliper off the other bolt thats what youre seeing in the pictures.I will never work with them again and I highly recommend you do the same.
Excellent customer service will definitely do business with them again
Dropped my car off to get an exhaust manifold swapped out and my wideband wired to read for datalogging (it read correctly but wouldnt log), along with an axle seal. Pick my car up, the side they did the seal on had the brakes seize, so I had to pay for that; and my timing belt was rubbing against the timing cover (wasnt doing either before I dropped it off), and the wideband wont datalog or read correctly at all now.Drop it back off, pay for the brake components. Pick it back up and throw P0171 and P0517, lean condition and high voltage. Im willing to bet my wideband isnt wired correctly now and shorting (on top of reading 10:1 afr in any condition that isnt wide open), causing the P0517, and that my o2 sensors arent in the correct bungs; and the car runs rough.Im tired of paying for things to get fixed that worked before I dropped the car off. Spent over $2k for that.Update: its been 145 days since my car went in the first time and Im still finding things they messed up, broke, or stole off of my car.
Great mechanics, good people. They stand behind their work, deliver an excellent value. They find the solution quickly and get the work done fast. Couldnt ask for more. Great mechanics, good people. My family has used them for multiple problems with several vehicles. We even had them install some serious upgrades and a transmission in our Ram 3500. Were happy with all of it.
Built my car from the ground up and did it in record time and correctly I would recommend swift to anyone for work!!!
Jay and the staff will treat you with respect, and you will get the lowest price for quality work in the area. Even just buying parts you get the best prices, and fast shipping. I have had 4+ Vehicles worked on here and never had a single issue.
Jay and his team are amazing!! great work and fast affordable service! I am never with out my car for more then 1 day or 2(depending on the issue it has at the time) I highly recommend them!!
Just started working with Swift and so for everything has gone well. Great prices and stands by his work/products. I travel from North Windham to work with these guys so they have to be doing something right. I also have them service my company vans.GlennAllcom Communications, Inc.
I work at BlackJack tire supplies. Jays company ordered product over 2 and a half years ago.. we have sent them call tags, over a dozen times, to return the product on our dime. Jay has never returned it and refuses to pay his bill. When I speak with Jay all he does is curse at me and yell, as he becomes angry and hangs up. Very disheartening that a gentleman would run his business this way. Ordering product and not paying for it straight up theft. If Jay isnt trustworthy when it comes to paying his bills, who knows where else he is cutting corners.
Been my go to mechanic for 20tears plus! Highly recommend!
Jay and his staff are great people; I use them exclusively for my truck repairs. Finding an honest mechanic is difficult, no worries with this place- Jay will give you all of your options up front, no BS. If you are looking for a Band Aid(Cheap) fix- no worries, Swift will accommodate you but expect just that---a cheap fix with an honest assessment. Case in point- about a year ago I brought my Dodge Ram into him with a rotted tailpipe and muffler. Jay mentioned that I needed an entire new exhaust exhaust system but he could Tig this one back together so I could get it through emissions. An hours worth of labor later and I was up and running and passed emissions.Fast forward a year later (Today)- I picked up my truck after having Jay replace the entire exhaust system with performance parts (headers back) Im grateful that he bought me a year to save up for the correct repair.Dont hesitate to try these guys out, youll be appreciative of their honesty and integrity.Tell them Bryan sent you.
Great Shop, trustworthy, knowledgeable, mechanics, and an overall good experience. Would highly recommend!
My daughter got screwed buying a car from there. Awful.

Im finally coming back to this, and feel I need to write this. Back in January, my son had sold his Mitsubishi EVO, but the person was not arriving until the following Friday. On Sunday night, the car started having issues with the Turbo, and we called on Monday morning. I explained that we needed the car fixed by Friday, as the person was flying out to pick it up. They agreed, and quoted me $80/hr to diagnose the issue. I had the car towed to them Monday morning, and they eventually told us it was the turbo, and said they needed to order one from Mistubishi. This should have clued me in, as the car did not have a stock turbo from Mistusbishi. After many phone calls, the best they could offer was a new turbo in 2 weeks, or we would have to get the turbo for them and they would not warrantee it. We ended up having a turbo overnighted to them on Wednesday. I asked them to please finish the work by Friday as originally committed. They didnt start the work until Friday morning, and they claimed the Turbo was bad. (The next mechanic claimed the supply line was pinched on install, believe what you want). We had to let the car go on Friday, and the new owner took it as we could warrentee the turbo from the factory. However what really pissed me off was that the owner, increased the hourly rate to $100/hr, since I was holding him to his commitment of Friday, and he had to push other work to get it done. He also billed me for an extra hour over the original quote. I need the car to be sold, so I paid it, but thought I should share this story.
