I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing his goat meat is.. !! I agree they don’t talk but who cares.. his meat is amazing! He cut me a fresh one and had incorporated all the best pieces.. I’m going to keep going back!

Good place to get clean & halal meat in this area. Also have good stock of common Pakistani/Indian grocery. They have BBQ restaurant and can place advance orders for food as well. Cold drinks are available. Can find some supply of tandoori naan and halal burger patties (frozen). Shopkeeper is nice and courteous. Can take orders over the phone. Do take cash/credit cards. Few religious books are also available. Usually does not have any rush and you are able to get your stuff quickly and can check out easily. Best place to get halal meat in this area from my point of view. If you don’t find anything, then you can go around to appna bazar but it usually has too much people so it’s much to first get most things from here and then only few things from appna bazar.

I go there frequently to buy chicken and quality is good. They only sell whole chicken but you don’t get lever with chicken. I see many negative reviews about their behavior, I think either they have problem with communicating people or don’t speak much. Butcher always gave me small pieces of chicken whenever I ask without any response.

The man responsible for the meat is extremely rude, uneducated and stubborn.Unfortunately there is no other option for me to get halal meat from somewhere else in the norwood area.

They are very friendly. The kebabs and Tikkas here are amazing.

They have the best goat meat in our area; very fresh. Their beef is also great; we can definitely tell the difference between supermarket beef and beef we buy here. They also have freshly made prepared foods like kabobs tandoori chicken, etc. And finally there is also a market for Indian and Halal foods. Weve been going here every other week lately to get meats.

I recently bought goat(mutton) 2 1/2 lbs.I checked the goat after coming home out of 2 1/2 almost more than a lb it was full of cholesterol ..I really could not accept this as how come shop sells cholesterol too ...Display s little far as we all know I could not find it while he was cutting it!!once packed cant re open and check it correct ??As soon as I reached home I had told them because out of 30 pieces if 2 or max 5 pieces cholesterol s there we can accept ..all pieces were patch if cholesterol except 2 or 3 pieces, They say its goat problem which really not satisfactory ...Customer satisfactory s worst not poor ..That lady owner told me dont use oil for cooking ...is oil and cholesterol same guys ???

Rude behaviour and very bad attitude15th Feb 2020.- Visited Mumin food to purchase Goat meat. I asked him to give meat from a portion of Goat. He replied me that I should stop eating and limit myself to chicken. Extremely bad behaviour and bad attitude25th Jan 2020.Went to purchase goat meat and he offered me a leftover meat of goat. I enquired if he has other goat which I can choose. He asked me to purchase meat from other places.Overall his behaviour is very rude and not professional at all. I put this comments after visiting his shop many times and inspite being a regular customer, his behaviour is worst.

Fresh meat? Maybe who knows. Used to go every time since I moved to Norwood but every time I have had bad experience very very, very rude customer service, ( he seems to own that place).

Very, very rude people working in this place. I’m a white, American woman and went with my Moroccan boyfriend. The lady would not stop starring and me and giving me dirty looks the entire time. I was so uncomfortable. I will never go back. I like the halal markets in Quincy much more.

The lady who works there ( I think she is the owner) is very nice and polite but the boucher who works there is so rude and does not listen to what the customers want. He has no idea what customer service means and if you try to explain something to him, he simply does not listen and does whatever he wants.The owner should not leave that boucher alone in the store to take care of the food area because he does not know how to deal with customers PERIOD. He will screw up the business and make people go away.A message to the owner: Please do not leave that guy alone in the store, he has no manners and he is VERY RUDE!!!

Excellent high quality meats. The owner takes care to cut meat the way you want. This will be my regular place for buying meats.
