10/10! I never thought I would ever be high-fiving a car salesman but by the time I drove off the lot I was and even gave him a hug. I drove to 4 different dealerships across the state all with absolutely horrible experiences, but within minutes I could tell Adam was such a stand up guy. From my experience this past 2 weeks 90% of car salesman are definitely the typical fast talkers who you wouldn’t trust leaving your wallet around on a table. Adam is the top 1% of that 10%. Please if you looking for a car or truck save so much time and ask for Adam Sims. I’m not taking away from everyone else from central because my whole experience there was outstanding but it started with him. Thank you to everyone there, really it was smoother than I expected. Definitely will be coming back when my wife needs a car next.

I rarely leave reviews but felt that I needed to in this case. The buying experience at Central was fantastic. I bought a 2017 Lexus and after leaving a deposit noticed a dent above the drivers side door. They had dent wizard come in to try and fix it and although it was much better, Bill Gorman, the sales manager wasn’t satisfied with the results and called me to explain that he was sending it to the off site body shop to make it perfect….he followed up with me throughout the process and kept me informed. When the repair was completed, he sent pictures and said if I wasn’t totally satisfied I could walk away. No pressure whatsoever. Additionally, a few days after taking delivery we noticed the passenger side power window wasn’t working. Called Bill and he immediately ordered a new switch and put a rush on delivery.Dropped the car off at the service department late on a Friday afternoon and got a call 9:00 on Saturday that the car was ready for pickup. Definitely do not see service like this often. Bill Gorman and the whole Central team are true professionals and I would highly recommend this dealership!!

First off love my jeep it runs amazing but it had a few dents they wouldn’t budge on the price because it’s 3 years old and the finance manager was really unprofessional when i didn’t want insurance on my vehicle. I know he makes commission off of that but still not sure if I’ll go back when i pay off my jeep. So all in all place is great I love my jeep but don’t bother negotiating if it’s used

Extremely happy with my 15 Grand Cherokee summit purchase. This is about the 7th vehicle I have purchased, and I have yet to experience better customer service from any other dealership. Sales rep John Mercado was amazing. Made it such a brief and easy process, I’m sure you guys know where I’m going for my next purchase. Between no callbacks and not getting answers, after weeks, I could not give this dealership a good rating. Terrible customer service. They should change their “We Make It Fun!” motto. By no means was this fun. GREAT vehicle and price, searched many dealerships. Disappointing that the customer service was awful. I left many voicemails for both finance and my salesman and never received calls back regarding the status of title, registration, etc. It felt like I was the one trying to make the sale. NOT recommended for owner’s looking to register your vehicle out of state with a transfer instead of an entirely new registration. It took almost 3 weeks to receive my registration after they gave me temporary plates a few days shy of them expiring. (Temp plates are not needed for a transfer in my state, FYI). Almost no updates were given during this wait time despite multiple calls and emails to the dealership. If your idea of fun is a great vehicle paired with a terrible experience, then this is the place for you!

1. scheduling issue: I called and scheduled an appt for THURSDAY aug 5th @9am for front brakes, oil change, and a recall. Confirmed it multiple times with the person on the phone and they scheduled me for Friday Aug 6th. So basically it just looked like I showed up.2. Left my car there & took the rental: The girl running the rental for enterprise was Amazing. The service person however, said he’d call with a technician’s estimate after looking at my car… he did not, went home i guess 🤷🏻‍♀️, and i had to call at 2pm to see what was up with my car.3. Pressured me to spend 2-3k to do all the work. rather than schedule various appts to make it more affordable. I’m a 25 year old newly working nurse from CNA, who gets paid biweekly and has college loan to pay and obv other bills. If someone says “no lets just fix the current worse issues” then it should be just that. and then ask when they want to schedule the next things to fix. they wanted me to waste $700 on new tires when Sullivan’s charges $550 and Firestone charges $527 for my make and model (just sayin😉)4. some (not all) of the workers had such attitudes with simple questions. The night girl cashier was short with me because i asked if she knew if I’d get a detailed list of what the technician wanted me to do for my car (there was a lot & its hard to remember over the phone). I feel like if you work somewhere you know what each department does. It is a simple yes or no question. Instead she wanted to pass the buck onto a service person who was dealing with a rude customer.5. returning the rental: there was no one there to take the rental, so essentially i just left the keys with the cashier. I feel as though there should be someone to look at the car to make sure nothing was messed up, the tank was returned half full. I feel as though they could trash the rental and try to blame me to possibly get more money out of me.I WOULD go to a different dealership if there were more technicians that worked on Fiats but also the technicians are not the issue. What seems to be an issue is miscommunication or lack of communication that needs to be worked on. Some staff need attitude adjustment when talking with customers.

Best dealer around Boston by miles. I just moved to the area and had a hard time finding a dealership to take me as a customer because my 2008 Jeep is older than 10 years old. My Jeep was always serviced at the dealer in my old town and still has a factory warranty, but that didnt matter to anyone. Until I spoke to Central. They gladly took me as a customer. Would definitely recommend this dealership hands down. They where great to work with both online (because of covid) and in person. Georges was up front about everything and even help me out on his day off. Orlando was also great to work with and showed me how everything worked with the Jeep and was super friendly. I have never had a worse experience with a dealership. I placed a deposit on a car and when i went to pick it up and sign the documents for my lease, the terms had completely changed and the price was almost 900 more per year. they tried to bully me into saying that this was what I had agreed to and it was my fault even though i had the original terms. They then refused to honor my original agreement until I threatened to revoke my deposit and all of a sudden they could split the difference with me. Classic scammy, scummy, bait and switch sleezy car dealership practices here, i would go some where else.

They told me the problem was in the back part of my car, but the noise sounds like its coming from the front of the car. Very disturbing. Started off fine with them. After I came to an agreement with a sales consultant over the phone I decided to proceed with the deal. When I arrived to make the deal they gave me different number and after agreeing on those numbers for the monthly payment they decided to add an extra amount on top of that as well. I still agreed on the price and whatever. The next day comes and my deal is now in the hands of 3 different sales consultants... as a previous sales consultant this is no way to treat a customer... I tried to contact all of them and communication was lacking. Couldn’t get in touch with any. This was an overall bad experience. Communication was bad and a client shouldn’t have to go to 3 sales consultants for one deal.

I called to make a service appointment and I had a concern that I wanted looked at on my 2020 ram2500. The lady at service told me to go back to where you bought the truck because it’s under warranty and because we are busy. I bought the truck in VA because I wanted to order an $80k truck and no one would help me at central Jeep. I called and emailed the salespeople with no luck. And now no one wanted to service it there. Chrysler should look into who their dealer is. Very disappointed in my local dealer. Went to quirk and they were very happy to help. They definitely didn’t tell me to go else where.

Tony is always a pleasure to deal with! He quickly found the Wrangler style I was looking for so I could take it out for a test drive. He was able to find the color I was looking for and get the exact vehicle to the dealership in a couple days. Went there a week ago was told my water pump was severely leaking. Dealer told my warranty company it was the gasket. Called to speak with the manager told him about the situation and he rephrased the same thing the advisor said. I asked for the price to fix the gasket he said he will call me back in a few minutes. 3 days later still haven’t got a word from them. Guess my business isn’t needed. Thanks Neil
