Typically not one to post reviews but here I am. Initial experience was awesome. Had my seats reupholstered with Katzkin leather. Katzkin informed me this shop was the closest facility they use to do their installs. Heated leather seats were installed same day, guy I spoke to at the shop was super friendly. I actually was considering applying to work at this location initially the experience seemed so good.The seats themselves are great, heaters work, material is nice, all seemed good. I am a little neurotic when it comes to my vehicle and only lets others work on it when it’s absolutely necessary, when I do, I always check their work.In this case I was less than impressed. Unloomed wiring running across a metal floor pan under the carpet, looked like messy, amateur work. That I could look past but this shop drilled the grounding strap for the heating elements into my floor pan using a self tapping screw. For the less mechanically inclined this is the absolute last option when grounding something. And you would never do it through a floor pan. There’s a dozen preferable options under the dash. Ended up getting the money back for labor for the heating elements from Katzkin. And have forwarded them the bill from my body shop to seal and paint the two holes in my floor board. Rewired the seats myself with looms and ran the wiring safely.

I walked in before Christmas to get a remote starter for my wife as a gift. They said they were booked thru The new year but if I came back tomorrow and could either wait or drop off the car they would try to squeeze me in. Mike was very accommodating and was able to get me out of there in a couple of hours. The owner happen to stop in and showed me around the place and told me about their history. I would definitely go back there again and Im thinking about a leather seat upgrade.

They do not respond quickly to phone calls or emails to get a quote or set an appointment. I gave up and took my business elsewhere.
