Extremely happy with the work! They are professional and courteous! Working with Doug (the owner) was very easy. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and kept me up to date as the work progressed. In my case it was repair from an accident. He also handled several modifications I had been wanting to make at the same time. He gave me great advice to help me decide was best for me. He handled sourcing the parts and ensure theyd work with my vehicle, which was not always easy! Truck looks amazing!

I have been going to Spencer Collision for body work for several years now. The process has always been straightforward and pretty painless. They work with the customer and insurance companies to get the work done right and on time. I have never had a bad experience here. Some fairly complicated repairs have come out like new every time. Just to be clear, none of the crashes were my fault!

I had a phenomenal experience recently with Spencer Collision Center. I made a very expensive “oopsie” in my very brand new car and reached out to multiple local body shops for quotes. Doug was very responsive to my email and was quick to arrange an appointment for an in person evaluation/quote. He was very thorough, transparent, and fair in his quote and took the time to explain the different options I had to either pay out of pocket or to file a claim with insurance and help me deal with that process. After he ordered the parts, he stayed in touch with updates on shipping, delivery, and when he would be ready to start work. He gave me plenty of notice about when to drop the car off so that I could arrange for alternate transportation while my vehicle was in the shop. He then turned the car around very quickly and did EXCELLENT work!! YOU CANNOT EVEN TELL about my literal “run in” with that gas station bollard. My brand new car looks brand new again! I highly recommend Doug/Spencer for any body work you need. While I hope to never need his services again, I will definitely be back here if I do! Thank you, Doug!

We had a decent amount of damage to our Honda Accord that needed to be repaired. Immediately we were impressed upon our arrival at the shop with the professionalism displayed by Spencers staff. Considering the shop was located on Route 1, we were worried about how high their prices would be, but were pleasantly surprised when their estimate was in line with other body shops in the area. We decided to go with them and couldnt have been happier with the result. The quality of their work was such that our car looks as good as new, and they were able to deliver it within the promised timeframe. If you are looking for master craftsmanship, competitive pricing, and a company that takes pride in its work then I highly recommend this company. We wouldnt hesitate to go back.

Great experience with Spencer Collision, after the bad experience of having my car hit in a parking lot by someone who then disappeared. Doug was so helpful in working with my insurance carrier. The appraiser substantially underestimated the cost of the repair but Doug was able to negotiate with them and show that the job was much bigger than they thought so I was fully covered. Doug was extremely accomodating with my schedule for dropping off and picking up the car. The job was beautifully done and they even washed the car before I picked it up😄. Highly recommend this shop!

Couldnt recommend Doug and his team highly enough! My car was hit and the entire left side was damaged. Doug and his team did a fantastic job putting the car back together. First car accident on my new Infiniti QX80 hated that I now had to deal with this problem! Thought it was going to be a long process and that my car was never going to be the same. Boy was I wrong, luckily from the moment I stepped into Spencer Collision this problem was no longer a problem. Doug stepped in and took over. Doug turned around a same day estimate and how long he would need my car. All I had to do was schedule a date that worked for me and in 2 short days i picked up my car as promised. Car was repaired, bumper was painted just like new! No hassle with insurance, no hassle with driver that hit me, Doug handled it all from start to finish.
