After my car got rear ended and my bumper was cracked, my insurance company sent me to this shop and I am honestly so impressed. Their customer service was on point and they also were extremely accommodating to my hectic work schedule. They were also very thorough with updates and were extremely friendly. The bumper itself is stunning and I am excited to put my car back into shows this season. Best part? turn around time was super quick so I was barely without my car. Awesome job! 10/10 if I could give a ten! I cannot express enough how thankful I am for them.

Repaired my car very quickly, ordering and replacing the whole bumper in 7 business days. Repair was perfect, but car had leaky tire when they returned it. Thankfully offered to pay for the tire and a rental car while they fixed it for free. Great service

The entire process of body repair work with C&E could not have been better. Dermain provided outstanding customer service when checking car in, providing the estimate, and when checking out. Kristen explained the entire process clearly and was very pleasant to work with. My car was ready on the day and time promised and the repair work was excellent. I love these guys! I bought a three year old Honda HRV and wanted to put a roof rack on it. The dealer wouldnt do it because it had to be an LX model and I had an EX. I couldnt get the dealership to explain why not having leather interior made any difference when it came to installing a roof rack?! They just kept insisting they couldnt do it. I went to these guys, they helped me pick out a roof rack on Amazon and installed it for much cheaper than Honda would have done it.Just yesterday, I showed up 15 minutes before closing because my car was damaged in a parking lot when the wind took the car door of the woman parked next to me and caused a small dent (very) and some scratches. I wasnt sure if it was worth my while to file a claim so I stopped by to get their opinion. We decided the dent was barely noticeable. Jermaine took my car around back to his detailer and he buffed out the scratches on the door along with a few others that I had not even brought to their attention and wouldnt let mr pay them for their time (over-time by this point!). Thank you, C & E, for your kindness and generosity! Ill be happy to do business with you guys any day!
I had my Maserati Keyed on the Drivers Side Door.. Passenger Side Door and Rear Panel... It was Really Bad! Someone suggested C and E Auto Body in Norwood and am I glad they did! Upon inspection Tony Centola and his people walked me through every step of the process to ensure I knew what was going to happen! They kept me updated via Text and Phone on a Regular Basis! Upon completing the work I was shocked to see the finished product! The paint and finish was like brand New... I could not have been more pleased with C and Es Work! We took our brand new 2020 GMC Denali 2500 to this auto shop to get repaired after someone hit us.They were so easy going, so professional, and very quick. We had the rental car maybe a week which was delivered to us at their auto shop all ready to go when we initially arrived.When we went to go to get our truck, they had cleaned the entire inside and outside of the truck for us. Vacuumed it, wiped it down, gave it a wash, and it was in perfect condition. They were so great we would recommend this place to everyone!

The management skills of this shop are horrible. From the GM to the VP. Brought a car in to get painted. Price was given. Price was paid. Instantly had paint peel. And a ripple in the rear. Along with body work don’t to a fender that had rust and should have been replaced. Instead of contacting and saying they needed a replacement fender. They just painted over it. And let’s not get into the orange peel all over pointed out by the body shop doing all there repair work. There stand point is well you were given a cheap price. So you get what you pay for. So that just tells me they don’t stand behind there work and the customer doesn’t matter to them. Now I’m sure they will chime in and try and clean this up. Because they seem big on there reputation. But they tried to charge for repairing there screw ups. Because they gave a cheap price. Paint didn’t even hold up a month. So be careful with the price they give you. Tell them to give you the warranty price and the price where there going to stand behind there work. Tell them don’t do you any favors you didn’t ask for. Lol
Im very pleased with the work done on my car. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and I was kept informed. I did notice a scratch which wasnt there before. I had a horrible experience where my car was brought in after a collision involving the left flank and front of the car. After the collision I had lost my breaks and had the car towed to C&E as was recommended by my insurance. They called me that the car was ready to drive off the lot. I asked was the car put on a rack and they said no. I then asked how did you not put the car on the rack if the brakes were an issue that I first complained about. They had already received a payment from my insurance Company. They then put it on the rack and my adjuster saw erosion which was wear and tear but also the brake line had ruptured. I complained that the car should have been placed on the rack to inspect the brakes first. Instead, they received payment for work on the car which if they had put the car on the rack at the beginning I would have not let them fix the car in the first place due to erosion. So now I am left with a car(2006 Saturn) that is not drivable and in addition the insurance company would not total. I have to junk it. C & E was the auto body shop recommended by Geico after I was rear-ended the week before Christmas. They took a while to fix the car, but part of that was out of their control. They were waiting on a part and it was Christmas time. It took a while, but the result is amazing. Not only is the car fixed, they detailed the car completely. It was very clean outside and in. It looks beautiful. I definitely recommend this location.

Wanted to give a good review just because of the quick written estimate I received after someone hit my parked car and wanted to low ball me on the bumper repair, but then saw all of these topmost negative reviews.... People need to understand, at least briefly how automotive insurance works, how estimators work and how mechanics work before they can provide a valid assessment of the services a body shop provides. You see 2018, 2019 BMW Mercedes and Lexus cars being fixed there. Thats usually the sign Im looking for when choosing a repair shop. Those are owned by banks or very wealthy people, may be its a luxury fleet vehicle and all of those definitely have full coverage on them. If banks, wealthy people with expensive cars, big insurance companies and businesses trust the shop with their precious vehicles, trust me you can too.
I had a great experience with C&E. They turned the horrible situation I was in, into the best scenario possible. Being involved in an accident is a horrible experience but their staff really made it painless for me. All I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up when it was done, they handled everything else down to fighting with the insurance company for me to make sure my car was repaired entirely. The quality of the job was perfect, much better than any old body shop out there. If you find yourself in an accident, bring your car to them, they are awesome to deal with.
Went to C&E as it was Geico recommended. Wasnt going to review but found some issues I couldnt ignore.The damage to the vehicle was fixed and looks/works fine (this is after 1 month of having my car back). Thats not the issue...the issue is the other stuff.The ETA on the completion was moved 4 times. I had to call on the day of each ETA to be told it would be ready on another day. I received only 1 call back, only because I had called first.They clean the inside of the car prior to returning it, which is great, but the windshield was very sloppily cleaned (extremely smudged, needed to buy glass wipes to fix), and they left their used paper towels in the car. Not a huge deal, but still...Just today (which prompted this review), I found a piece of paper (labeled production schedule) under the hood near the inside of the bumper. Seems kind of sloppy and maybe dangerous to have a piece of paper so close to the engine...Today, I also noticed 2 caps that were unscrewed. Thankfully, they placed the caps in the crook of the hood so when shut, the caps didnt fly off. I put them back on the pipes under the hood, but again, seems sloppy that they didnt do this.

It is with great pleasure that I give this company a 1 star rating.On 1/30/20 I was in a car accident and Geico recommended this location as an auto body shop to use. I even checked in with local friends in Norwood and they said this place was good. Fast forward, they began working on my car on 2/7 and was initially slated to be ready on 2/28. The car was not ready by their initial proposed deadline but that is not why I am writing this review.Delays are expected. My frustration stems from the overall lack of communication and customer service--I was calling them, I was trying to confirm when my car would be ready. One time I called and the women said she would call me back shortly after speaking to management, never heard back so I had to call again. [To whomever from the company who is going to respond to this, please note I have ALL documentation confirming I was calling you more!!] One time I was told my car would be ready on 3/10, went in and was told it was not ready but would definitely be ready that Friday. Friday arrives and they are still awaiting a part. Ive come to learn that is their go to excuse.March 17th, I finally get word that my car is ready for pickup. I asked management if it was an option to write me a check for the deductible they initially offered to cover expenses I accrued since my car was delayed multiple times...I was told no they will not write a check for the 500.00 but instead will just over my expenses from rental of 342.00. Okay. I then tried to explain to the receptionist (co-owner), my frustration with the overall lack of communication and how it is poor customer service that not even an apology was given seeing again how my car was delayed multiple times and communication to me was poor. As a first time customer, I had an overall poor experience but if management made an effort just to say hey, as you know this process and work is not easy but I want to apologize for any inconvenience..blah etc. Instead, the receptionist (co-owner), was rude, disinterested, passive aggressive and self-titled. She did not care to listen to me or hear my concerns rather I seemed to be bothering her. I do not care about a couple hundred bucks, I understand that delays were going to happen but the principle of just trying to make things right by simply just coming up to me and apologizing or even providing more information whatever would have gone a long way.I have informed Geico of my experience and every platform I can, I will let future customers know this company should not even be in business.

My car had so much damage that it would not even drive, and the passenger side door would not even open. The shop customer service was great, and my car was like new once returned. Bunch of con artists.....fixed my car and told me I had a headlight out when both went in fine. Also radio and speakers didn’t work when I picked up my vehicle. Then manager lies to me saying it’s a recall on Toyota’s part.
Not sure how C&E receives these shining reviews with such poor customer service as they will lie to your face just to secure your business.On Saturday, 10/6/18 I met with Anthony (C&E Appraiser) about having my rear bumper re-sprayed and to have PDR done on the front hood. I specifically asked Anthony if I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday 10/10/18, would it be ready for pick-up on Saturday 10/13/2018. This was very important to me as the following week I was not available to pick-up the vehicle. Anthony states that pick-up on Saturday would not be a problem and the car would be ready. As a returning customer, I trusted C&E to provide a quick turnaround as similar work on my vehicle was completed in just 2 business days.On Wednesday my vehicle was dropped off at C&E.On Thursday, 10/11/18, a gentleman from C&E calls to confirm the cost of the repairs. He then informed me that the vehicle will be ready for Tuesday, 10/16/18. I informed the gentleman that Anthony stated the vehicle would be ready for Saturday. The gentleman gives me a long pause and proceeded to put me on hold while he followed up with Anthony. After confirming with Anthony, the gentleman states the vehicle will be ready for Saturday, and provided the shop hours of 9AM to 12PM for pick-up.On Saturday, I arrive to C&E at 10:00AM. I informed the receptionist that I was here to pick up my vehicle. Five minutes later the receptionist questioned, Who told you your car was ready? I explained that Anthony confirmed the vehicle would be ready for Saturday. The receptionist then stated the vehicle would not be ready until Tuesday. I asked to speak to Anthony in which she stated he was not available today. I then asked to have Anthony call me when hes available and proceeded to exit the shop.On Monday, 10/15/18 I place a call to C&E hoping to speak to Anthony about the vehicle. The receptionist who answered stated the vehicle would not be ready until Tuesday (Same receptionist I met with on Saturday). I questioned if Anthony was available in which she stated he was in a meeting. I requested for Antony to call me after the meeting.To date, I have yet to hear from Anthony. This company is terrible at customer service and will never return your call.If you enjoy chasing people and being consistently lied to, this will definitely be your favorite Auto Body Shop. Otherwise, stay far away!I will never bring my business to C&E again!
Brought my Toyota Corolla IM with rear door damage in on a Saturday. I was told it would be ready on Wednesday. However, they called me on Tuesday and said it was ready, saving me an extra day of rental. The repair was pristine, like it came from the factory. Very happy with the work and minimal hassle with the insurance company. They took care of everything.

My experience at C&E auto collision was anything short than perfect! Kenny and Kameron Randall showed me what managing a business and displaying great customer service is all about. I was referred to this shop from Geico, worse experience ever. My car was returned to me with my left door electric panel damaged so I had to return for them to fix it. They gave me a rental after a couple days after frustration probably with my insurance company. However, I received my car working but my hood is scratched and damaged now. It’s like this place doesn’t even look at their workers and if they are damaging anything prior to giving back the car. It has to be a management problemAt this point, I’m not even going to bring my car back so they can’t just keep damaging new things.
Amazing work and customer service. My truck was hit in a parking lot over the weekend, and of course, no note was left. Geico recommended C&E for the repair. I showed up to the shop Wednesday afternoon. An employee immediately inspected my truck, and called enterprise for my rental. Less than 5 minutes later my rental showed up, and they were emptying the front shop to fully inspect my truck. I wasnt there even 10 minutes and was on my way. I received a call Thursday afternoon, (less than 24hrs after drop off) saying my truck was done and ready to. Picked it up Friday morning. Perfection! The fender was pulled back out, repainted, and all the scratches and paint cracks completely gone. You would have never known it had been damaged. Again, insane customer service. I inspected the truck with an employee and was on my in under 10 mins. They even did a mild detail of the entire truck. HIGHLY recommend C&E!
I dropped my car off for repair to a rear tire and fender. When I came to pick up my car after it was repaired, there was a huge crack in my windshield that they insisted was pre-existing. However, their proof was a picture of my car as it was being repaired with the bumper and other parts taken off so clearly it was damaged during removal / repair. The manager refused to take responsibility and luckily a gieco rep filed a claim for me, but this was a huge inconvenience...fixing one thing but breaking another. To top it off, I found out that they broke my roof molding probably when they took it off for repairs - the 2 clips needed to keep it secure to my car are missing and the molding nearly completely came off while on the highway. Needless to say, I’ll never go back.

I met with an appraiser, Atila, who told, and he gave me an estimate.me he could buff out my car to make it look nicer. He told me hed put me on the schedule for a Saturday and if I left the car it would be done by days end. I planned my day around it but when I got there, no one knew anything about it...no appointment, no estimate and no Atila. When I voiced my disappointment and concern with the poor communication and my hesitancy to trust them any further, I was brushed off and told there was nothing else to talk about. This is not the way to do business and these people dont seem to care about the customer. I should have believed the other bad reviews!! Be forewarned.

They were rude and unprofessional. They fixed one thing and broke another and then it was my responsibility to get it taken care of somewhere else. Such a pain in the ass. Should have never gone there. Would never recommend to anyone. Only went there because the person who rear ended me had gieco.I got a call demanding I explain myself about this bad review so lets explain shall we? I brought my car there to fix the rear bumper after a minor car accident. I was told I would not be able to get my car back until tuesday. This was extremely frustrating as it was just a minor fix. I was told I would be informed when the repairs were done. However I was not contacted at any point. I was forced to get a rental car to continue my daily routine and was totally uninformed that my car had been finished sitting in this establishment. When I did finally get my car back my radio and clock would not work. So I turned around shortly after pulling out of their driveway. I calmly explained that I have NEVER had an electrical issue prior to this and the mechanic disregarded me and told me thats what I get for installing a crappy aftermarket radio. And stared at my car acting like they were even trying to figure out what they had done. After this, condecendingly explained to me what a bumper was and how that eould not have affected my electrical units. I then brought my car to the place where the radio was installed. I was informed that they had unplugged my battery and reconnected it incorrectly. My battery was reset and fixed in approximately 45 seconds and again have not had an issue eith anything since. You people are DISRESPECTFUL MORONS. maybe dont condecend to your customers and they would not leave u a bad review. And calling me demanding an explanation and then continuing to let me know you think Im the moron is not rectifying the issue

Dropped my car off for a strut problem on an insurance claim after an accident....assesor tried to say it was wear and tear thus refusing to fix it....after finally getting them to agree to fix it i wait 7 days then call to find out progress and they hadnt even started on it.....i FINALLY get my car back and find out they took parts off of my front bumper and just decided it was ok to not tell me...worst service ever i am apalled geico even partners with them.
Place is basically a chop shop. Just got my car back from there delivered conveniently at night and even in the dark I noticed the obvious hack job. (Bigger or smaller seams and screws hanging out, There were several red flags right away like telling me it was going to be ready when it wasnt at least two seperate times, including one time when they didnt even call to tell me it wasnt ready. I actually called them on the way there to confrim and they told me again it still wasnt done. When it finally was ready after numerous delays, they drove the car to my house, at night, in the rain so i hopefully wouldnt notice the shotty work they had done. Ummm cmon people. Im pretty sure when I met the Geico agent at the place I wasnt wearing a dress and tights. **** this place and ****Geico. Lesson learned: Dont go here. Now I have to follow up with all this bullshit and bring my car to a good place to get fixed because people think they can lazily get off on people. Not this guy anyway. Do better work next time and get paid.

Check everything they leave stuff off. Dont communicate just do the minimum. Go somewhere else if you have a choice.
