Great service.very very hard to speak directly to the dealership. Calls go to call center.

Went in to test drive a car. After telling the salesman it wasnt the car for me I was told to wait and walked over to the sales manager. They made it like I was wasting their precious time and were unhappy that all I came in for was a test drive. If you are thinking about buying a car and want to test it out first do not go to this dealership as they will make you feel the same way.

I brought my car few years back, had bad experience, very slow and unprofessional. Then started taking my cars at a different dealership in Braintree and experienced a great and fast service. In an out fast. But because of drive time I decided to give this place another go. Bad idea!! Double the waiting time, overwhelmed with their own bookings, very unprofessional and most of the time they are on their own personal phones. After two hours of waiting for just a oil change, checked with them at the desk and told will take a little longer. 45 minutes later I finally got my car back.If you care about the way you spend your time, do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. They are just wasting their clients time because they really don’t care. Bad business, I will never come again and I will make sure I tell everyone else I know to stay away.

Went for my first oil change on my new vehicle. Yvonne was my sales associate and she was extremely pleasant and helpful! It was under 90 minutes for oil change and tire rotation.
