Replaced my wheels. $800, not bad. They took my wheels off and informed me that I would need to replace my tire sensors as well, another $270. John and team provided exemplary service. I had a flat tire and took my car to my dealer who could not commit to when they would be able to fix my tire. I had a class to teach and was traveling out of town the next day for 2 weeks. After 2 hours of waiting and getting no service I called Direct Tire that was next to the dealership. John was so caring and understanding and said he would do his best to squeeze me in. It was 1 pm by the time I dropped my car off and by 3 pm I was all set and rolling. There was a screw in my tire and they plugged it and only charged me $25. Amazing service, value and great team that is customer focused. Thavk you.

I arrived at 330 with my dashboard showing a tire problem. They close at 4. I was panicked because I don’t know where else I would have gone plus I had to drive back to Boston from Norwood.The gentleman who helped me was very professional and committed to helping me in the short time left until they closed. I was lucky. He found a long screw imbedded in my tire and was able to repair the tire in a few minutes. He was courteous and so nice.I highly recommend them!!

Honest and reliable. Because of COVID-19 you cant go inside, you have to call them from the parking lot and they come out to you. It works well enough, but the one downside is that you have to find somewhere to wait while they take care of your car.

It has been a number of years since I bought tires from Direct Tire. I bought tires for my previous three cars from Direct Tire and now it was time to buy tires for my fourth car. They gave me excellent recommendations and price points. I had four new tires balanced and installed and a four wheel alignment done in under 1.5 hours. They also have a nice work area.

This was my second time getting a wheel package from this store and I will definitely go back as John goes far and above my expectations with customer service as compared to other experiences I’ve had with other places. He definitely deserves recognition for his customer service from the company.

John, thank you for making me feel safe and informed while I had my car’s oil changed at direct tire in Norwood on Wednesday. The canopy set up was perfect for these uncertain times. While my car was in, I went for a walk and when I came back, John popped out to tell me that my car was almost done.

Today I made my visit for oil change and tire rotation. The service was excellent as usual. They did multi point inspection and filmed the brake inspection result and sent a video link to my phone (as usual). They only offer regular and full synthetic oil. The the synthetic oil is pricey as you know. But I get a discount so it was a very good price. Their service I would say on par with dealerships or maybe even better. Definitely it is the place to go to for your car service.

Save yourself the headache and dont go there

When I dropped off in the morning, I was told the new tires would be ready by 12:30pm, so I returned at 1pm to pick it up-- turns out the car wasnt ready until 2:15pm, so I had to hang out in the lobby. (They didnt bother calling to let me know they were running late.) When I did get the car, two of the tires were not inflated properly so the TPS warning went off and I had to drive back to Direct Tire to get them filled up. Its fairly unforgivable that a TIRE SHOP which is installing NEW TIRES forgets to properly inflate them!

Repaired a slow leak in a tire I bought from then in 2015 for free in 20 minutes.

Showed up at DT without an appointment at about 3pm on Columbus Day with a bad battery situation. My truck was dead about 3 storefronts away. The tech took a portable charger and walked with me to my truck, jumped it and drove it back into one of their service bays. Within 45 minutes of walking in I was driving out with a new battery and a check engine light that had been on for weeks, cleared. Couldnt be happier with the service. They are not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Would happily recommend DT to anyone.

4 new tires

I’m not one to write bad review but felt the need to advise future customers my experience. I bought my car less than 6 months ago. This morning, i drove over a nail and immediately got a flat tire. I drove the car to Direct Tire (4 min drive from the location i got the flat) and was immediately informed that the location of the nail on the tire cant be plugged and that the tire would need to be replaced. I was already prepared to pay for a new tire to begin with. So i informed the direct tire SALES associate “Therese?” that i will replace the one tire. She stated that she cant replace one, that the company policy is to replace ALL 4 tires to “protect” my car. As i mentioned before, this is a new car. I simply needed the same brand of tire replaced and thats all i wanted. But she insisted that my transmission would be ruined if she only replaces one. If thats the case, why is 3 other tire shops company stating that all i need to do is replace the same type of tire or At most, replace the other side as well.. I am also on the line with a BMW mechanic who informed me the same information. I’m very disappointed with the service i received here. I was more than willing to purchase one. But to be told i need to replace all 4 was ridiculous. I would understand if my tires were in bad condition, but i have new tires. I would NOT recommend doing any business with this company.

I have been going to this location and storing my winter/summer tires here for the last 3.5 years. I was recently chased down in the parking lot by a stranger who pointed out that my winter tire was mounted the opposite way (rotation arrow was pointed in reverse). I was ignorant to this being a possibility (not a technical person). When I went to Direct Tire, they admitted it was in fact mounted wrong and they did quickly change it around. However, when I challenged them about why they didnt notice, the service manager said, sorry and we have no idea. I was disappointed by this response and had hoped they would be more apologetic or show me they would change their protocol to check this in the future. It just showed me they really dont care which probably shouldnt surprise me given this is a chain. But just heads up to everyone going here, again, service isnt bad but just be cautious to check the work and ask questions. Everyone can make mistakes.

UPDATE: The manager of the DTA shop in Medway was able to address my car maintenance needs. I really appreciated his superb tact and professional style. I will definitely continue doing business with DTA.OLD POST: Today was disappointing: in the past I was given good service here but today I was charged for a tire rotation that was not performed. I called back to try and have the oversight corrected but they decided to believe the mechanic. The video clearly show the car sitting the parking lot, not the shop floor so I have no evidence that the car was worked on at all. Now, I have to go somewhere else to have the job done correctly. Please take steps to verify youre getting the services you expect to receive.

They are great in that they do free changeovers whem you have snow tires.

They always give me great pricing and understand not everyone is expecting car repairs, they have really helped me out.I should have listened to Adams advice about replacing a ball joint(they even sent me a video!) and of course I put it off, and then it sheered off on my way to work the day before thanksgiving! Ripped out my left front axle, stretched the brake fluid hose/line, and kicking myself for not heading the experts opinio . I had it towed there and they saved my thanksgiving by letting me borrow a loaner car until I got my car fixed. I might have junked it but Adam saved my car and wallet. He made some suggestions on front end work since it would be all apart and saved me a fortune and more headaches. They literally saved my butt during the crazy holiday season.Direct Tire is my go to for car issues, have been to other loactions and they run a great buisness that knows its stuff, and actually CARES about all its customers. That is so rare these days. Last tip is call ahead, they can get busy and setting up an appointment is easy!

Dont ever go there, they charge my card 921$ and promised the wheels next day, 5 days later I never got it so I cancel the order but they fine me 300 for cancellation and months later they charge me 921 again. Can you believe they, for something I never received . I am still fighting the charges.

The work done has been on par. However, twice now, I have scheduled appointments only to take time out of our day to go there and find out that the appointment wasnt logged and we have no room for you. Neither time were they accommodating for their own mistake and forced appointments to be made a week or two later. I guess, the key is, maybe you can only make appointments in person, and not over the phone.

They went the extra mile (so to speak) to find an unexpected part they needed while I waited and got me back on the road.

Great for tires, repair services are a bit pricey and overly agressive but never a lie just more than the bare minimum to get it done.

Well, I contacted direct tire in a email describing the nail in my tire on 1-20-15. I arrived with in 10minutes of the time I estimated I could, I had to inflate my tire to drive there that a.m.. I met Bob. He looked at my car, and claimed that AWD autos need the exact same tires, all around. He also claimed that the wear on the tires was a factor governing the AWD. At that point I new he was full of it! I call B.S. He did not want to fix a tire for 20-25 dollars, he wanted to sell a set of tires for 6-700. I suspect his singleminded goal of selling sets of tires over took any and all other goals that day! My car, a AWD has run for 8 yrs with a variety of tires on it, not all matching, ever! I went across the street one light south to Mineke, Bob there fixed it for 20.00.
