I had a great experience and got a great deal working with Christopher Garden. It was a hard negotiation but Chris went to bat for me to get the best deal on the table. Not only was he super responsive and great to work with, but he also came in on not one but TWO of his days off to help me close the deal and then deliver the car.I would highly recommend working with him (Chris). If it wasnt for him, I would have rated everything as maybe a 3 - typical car buying procedure. Nothing truly negative, about Central, just standard car buying process.Chris made the difference!

Most awful customer service. They are rude and deceiving about necessary repairs and pricing in order to maximize financial benefit at the expense of the customer. In the end I ended up towing my car to another dealership. Keep away from this place!

My car was towed to this dealer from 35 miles away with a serious steering problem that could have killed me in the highway. It required an expensive part replacement and repair, both of which were covered under the warranty. They fit the repair into their already very packed schedule within 2 days and gave me a brand new rental Fiat to drive in the interim. Very gracious and considerate service!
Awful customer service. Went in for a scheduled service appointment, and was told a loaner would be provided at no charge. I drop off the car, go to the loaner desk- and they refuse. Ironic that a 19 year old can purchase a car on his own but can’t use a car for a few hours. When asking for reimbursement for my trouble I was told, “take the train.” Will absolutely not be back.
I had a fantastic visit today to shop for my new fiat. I want to thank Ron for putting me in the hands of a great salesman, David Martin, who helped me thru the whole process painlessly. From there thru to the credit approval and final visit with the business mgr, it was so easy. I love my car and they were able to get me into the car I really wanted, not just settle on one. I left with my new Fiat 500c. I have named him Hank. I cant imagine buying anywhere else. Thanks to the whole team that stepped up and got this all done so quickly.

I I am getting five stars for the person who was very amicable and professional.However I have had two bad experiences with 2 Fiats I bought there. First, I bought a brand new Fiat 500 Pop and after about a year, the gear snapped and I almost got killed on the highway because it wouldnt move. A mechanic not related to Fiat, told me he had never seen anything like itSince I felt unsafe, I moved to buy A Fiat 500 L Trekking. On two occasions, the clutch broke; one at 6 k and then again at 10k. I almost lost my life again the first time since the car stopped suddenly in the middle of the Zakim Bridge in Boston during rush hour!The first repair was covered by my warranty. But they refused to cover the second clutch because it was no longer under warranty and supposedly it was not a manufacturer defect. Fiat Service blamed my driving. I have always driven a manual!!!I was told I had two options; repairing the car for $1900 or trade it in. I cannot afford to pay $2000 every few thousand miles so I had no choice but to trade.I ended up buying a third car in 3 years at central Fiat of Norwood. They gave me $9000 for the Fiat Trekking which I owed close to $18K due to having to eat the first cars deficit.I jut bought a very nice looking (keeping my fingers crossed) pre-owned 2014 Jeep. It has low mileage and looks great.Unfortunately the Jeep was listed at $19,900. It is not a bad price considering the low mileage and extras.The problem for me is that I was now upside down with the Fiat for almost $9000! So add $90000 to $19900 plus taxes plates registration and I am now paying over 31k for a used 2014 car!!!The salespeople were nice and polite but I do think they could have helped me out a bit more given that I am a repeat customer. At least they could have lowered the price in the Jeep.I do not recommend buying a manual Fiat!!!!!Rosie
Customers service is in need of a improvement in the service of cars Department. Workers have a very sharp attitude and no concern and or sympathy when it comes to peoples car issue or general opinions about work that was done i.e (any more problems call the manufacturer of the car for more information).

I just purchased my 2nd Fiat 500 POP from Central Fiat. Ronnie and his staff bent over backwards to make the purchase and financing work beneficially. Truly appreciated. I want to give a special shout-out to Sales Consultant Cindi Camara, who delivered both vehicles. Cindi took the time to familiarize me with the controls, and to set up my Bluetooth connectivity with my iPhone. She also saw to it that I left the dealership with a full tank of gas. My experience with Central Fiat thus far has been very positive.
