SERVICE DEPT. - Went in about an hour before they closed just to see if the tire pressure can be checked and adjusted if needed. Aaron and Derek went above and beyond and accommodated us with the friendliest attitudes we have come across in a long time Found 2 screws in tires, plugged tires, adjusted pressure, washed the vehicle and didnt even hesitate when I asked for help attaching the front license plate holder.Would recommend this service department highly!

Professional team, honest advice and friendly staff. I dont think our two Mazdas could be in better shape.

Usually dont go to the dealership for service but when I do I go here. Maura, Nick, and Aaron were all very friendly and helpful and made sure I was well taken care of.

Came into look at a few cars. All of the showroom cars were dead and you couldnt open the trunks. They wanted me to wait an hour to look inside the car. Very unprofessional. Would never buy a car there

Love that they give the first oil change for free after a sale but they I had to wait 1 hour and 30 min for an oil change. I had to go and ask if my car was ready and they said yes its been ready for an hour. They forgot all about me.

This was the worst car dealership I ever went to. We went to buy a pre-owned car. But the salesman was least interested in selling the car. We were dealing with  this person called Harshene. Right from the moment we walked in, we could sense the indifference in the attitude (of everyone). We wasted our time in going all the way there. At the end of it all, when we wanted to discuss the price, he bluntly said they dont negotiate.And I am OK with whatever their policy is, but he didnt seem to care one bit. Not even willing to talk further. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!Wish I could give them 0 stars

This place is awful. Theyve screwed me over in multiple ways during my past few visits, and I will never be coming back. I asked them to check my tires for wear, and they charged me for it but didnt do any checks, and the next week one of my tires blew. During that same visit they billed me for over $600 for a routine check, and when I inquired they dropped it back down to almost $200. Dont recommend this place unless youre trying to get screwed over big time.
