There is a flower pot recycling program listed online that is one of a kind supposedly showing how much Home Depot cares and it is completely untrue. According to the manager here they would accept the pots I have but just throw them away. So aggravated and not shopping here again.

Ordered something online from this store. They delivered it to the wrong address (and the delivery company has pictures to prove this mistake). They gave me an incredibly difficult time about refunding my money, only to ironically keep the delivery fee. After almost a month of contacting corporate customer care and explaining the situation to the store managers, I gave up. Everyone was so certain that it was someone elses job to help me which is incredibly frustrating to hear after the fifth time. Out the $30 delivery fee, and exhausted, I refuse to step foot into another Home Depot again.
So bad. I ordered 3 Windows at March 2021. But till now October 2021 it havenot been finish. Fuxking amazing experience for all. And they dont care. I complain thousand times already. Only sorry. They cant do nothing. Just wait.
This is my local hometown Home Depot, so I shop here pretty regularly. I find it generally well stocked and when you can find somebody to help you, they tend to be pretty knowledgeable.

We recently purchased a LG gas stove. The first time we used it, we smelled gas. We called the plumber that installed it and was told that the connections were fine and the gas smell was coming from the oven. Was informed by home depot that After the stove was delivered, it was out of their hands. Not even used once and home depot would not stand behind their products . Also, the stove went on sale a week after purchasing and they would not match the price. It is with great sadness that we have decided to cancel our home depot credit card . We have always enjoyed shopping at home depot but this experience has soured our opinion.

One of the poorest experience with Carpet and Vinyl installation, when I purchased these, I was given a commitment of 3 weeks but I had literally chase people to get an update for the installation and every time I call I was simply redirected to multiple people and end of the day nothing really happened. It is so frustrating when people simply make false commitments and you are left limbo .I would never recommend home depot for Carpet and Tile installation .

This is an adult toy store to me. Recent project was replacing wall to wall with pergo, was able to save $400 buying a pallet. Also for $19 was able to rent a truck to get it home. The whole online shopping experience was great, they had an app that let us take a picture of our floor then overlay flooring types to see how it looked. It arrived before they originally predicted it, which turned out to be really important timing a bed delivery. Then picking it up a really helpful service rep tracked it down and had it delivered to the truck rental. A great shopping experience all around!😷

Nice place where you can find basically anything for DIY. Management could be staffing more people but I dont know their budget and also the current staff does a good job beside sporadic exceptions.
Finding out the price for 18 x 18 pavers occupied 3 people and slowed up my day by at least 1 hour. Seems like efficiencies are suffering from micro management. Team members idled waiting on their next assigned task.
The young man at the return desk was very helpful, polite, friendly, and efficient.

As a delivery driver, your time / timeliness is very valuable. Arguably your biggest asset.This location was horrible about that.VERY slow, unorganized, unconcerned about these matters. A 15 - 30 minute drop (had multiple stops to make as usual) turned into well over an hour long process. Even though I was the only one there.Needless to say, that recked my time on my other deliveries and scheduled following pick-up.

Never delivered anything on scheduled time. It’s not worth it. I am not going to place an order with Homedepot unless I don’t care about timeline. Pro desk is very slow and at times rude
Parking lot was very congested as were the aisles, and the checkout line. The staff seemed a little bit short but they managed. Sanitizer stations are available upon entry and exit, public restroom yes, handicap accessible check... face mask required check ✅. Pick-up options are available, with separate parking area.
It seems to be true of HDs all over the place. Inventory is lacking. Although theres a place on the shelf for a specific item, that item isnt there. Been like this for the last year. Suspect covid has something to do with this. Besides this, however, often find misplaced items or even worse, pieces missing in packaged products. Sigh!
Yesterday they definitely improved. The product was out faster than I expected it to be. They get a five for yesterday but averaged with last time it comes to a three.Sep 2020 Waited for over an hour for curbside pickup. I know I could have gone in after a certain amount of time to get it but that defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. If you arent going to provide a service properly then do not offer it!
I love the store but I can tend to be a little annoying because I am that girl that wants to ask a million questions so I can get projects going. I feel like everybody is very nice for the most part. I encountered a very grumpy and rude the sales associate. I didnt get her name but she was an older lady that is somewhere in the middle of the store I guess by the tiles. I think. But I do want to comment on the help I had with the people I were overwhelming with questions and that helps beside me out. Ray and tyrone. I got their names because I was grateful for not only their amazing professionalism and respectfulness but also their knowledge of the store and that they were open for suggestions when I asked. Lastly, I left my phone there upon leaving and thanks to them I was able to retrieve it the following day because they returned it to the customer service desk. Thank you for being such honest and people and also for putting up with my inquisitive harassment for lack of better words LOL you guys deserve raises Im sorry your boss is amazing as well because you guys are the face before the place and set a very good example.

This store itself is fine. Its what youd expect. For a while it was great having the convenience of a giant hardware store located .5 miles from out new home. Spent a lot of money there the past few months in quarantine with a new home and time to devote to projects. Let me say, the store was friendly and helpful. The online portion of things is another story all together. As other reviewers have mentioned, do not order online from the store (for delivery) at this moment. Save yourself the headache. Apparently my items were delivered, they werent. Weve been home the whole time with a dog who lets us know when someone is in the driveway, not a ring, knock, or bark. When I called customer service for assistance, after an hour of holding I was passed off to the local store line which rang forever. Essentially I got nowhere. Instead of taking on more frustration, Im shopping at the local TruValue hardware, or anywhere else local. Someplace where there is no endless and useless customer service loop.
I did tons of research and ended up purchasing a 10,200 BTU LG portable air conditioner, mostly because I could pick it up at this store the same day. This store is an HOUR away from us, but I felt it was worth it. After waiting about 6 hours, I called the store, only to be told same day is taking 5-7 days....um, ok...we were also told they couldnt promise it would be in stock by that time. We were also told that if we wanted, we could come in and buy it off the floor (and cancel the order I already made). I considered cancelling my order all together, but I couldnt get through to a person at any Home Depot phone number, including the store (which I had called 5 minutes before). (This was during normal business hours, by the way, around 4pm EDT). So, after we waited 5 days until our in stock product could be pulled off the floor to be picked up my husband drove to the location an hour away. I now have a 10,000 BTU LG portable a/c sitting in my living room...10,000? But I thought this was 10,200 BTU, is that different? YEP! Wrong product...I checked the product number. They gave us the wrong product, which is cheaper by the way. I am making this review because I am currently on hold with Home Depot and wanted someone to know of my plight just in case I die of old age while Im waiting...

The gentlemen in the tool rental department were so knowledgeable and extremely helpful with my lawnmower issue. It is so hard to find anyone with the knowledge and expertise as well as being fine people. Thanks to Pete and Dennis for a job well done !!!!

If you need it for your home project, or for your garden they probably will have it!From a single bolt, to a new grill or snow blower this is a great place - yes they have tons of stuffBut it is a warehouse where getting knowledgeable help can be hard at times. Although typically there is someone to offer expert advice in the building if need be.
Disappointed in both Quincy home depots and west Roxbury. I had to go to Norwood to get 1/4 drywall.

There is hardly ever a person at the pro desk on Satuedays or after 3:00. I was recently told to try and findthe pro desk cashier by hunting her down in the store.When aaking ither store employees to help, they seemed more concerned with shelf stockung than lending a hand.My company spends thousands weekly at Home Depot and feel that this should be addressed.
Do yourself a favor and don’t order anything online from this store right now. I placed an order and got only half of my items. Hours of waiting later, the other half was set for delivery. At the next delivery date, I was told I wasn’t home to accept the delivery even though I was home all day. Don’t bother calling their customer support line either. They don’t pick up.
The employees are nice. But whoever does invantory and projections should be fired. How is it that you allways run out of butaine. Allways out of butaine its just pathetic.

I called about wood pellets for wood stove. Said we have them. Got there and they couldnt find them. After 40 min and 3 associates later they found them. Unorganized and bad for my ulcer.

Third trip to try to talk to someone about carpeting. No one at desk. We asked a fellow who didnt even look up about getting assistance. He paged someone to the flooring dept. Waited 5 more minutes and still nothing. Ill order online.
They need to hire people with knowledge of the Departments they work i went to norwood store today and needed a fitting for halfinch flex pipe the guy had no idea what i was talking about or just didnt care to help me
Claiming to have Covid-era adjustments like increased delivery and curbside pick up. In reality, you place the order, are immediately charged and then hear nothing from them. They do not seem to have the staff to meet any of the timelines they claim (delivery estimates or same day pick up). The worse part is by the time they get around to the order they don’t have the items in stock. They don’t communicate any of this with you though, you have to call and wait 45 minutes (every single time) to get a customer service rep from their call center (forget getting the store itself) to find out why you paid for all of your items, but only got half of them. No one is answering the phone, but they’re completely comfortable charging you right away. Which means I’m now owed hundreds for the items they no longer have and apparently won’t get back (garden soil???) and delivery fees for quantities they never delivered.This happened to me with both Delivery and Pick up. I get that things are tough right now, but they’re sloppy, unresponsive, and fine with taking your money and hoping you don’t notice when they literally don’t deliver. Feels like an epic scam.
Only issue I have is that sometimes its hard to find an associate to help you.

Covid experience terrible. Usually a great store but curbside pickup is impossible no one answers the phone. And ordering online it takes them upwards of almost 48 hours to fill an order. On the other hand you can go to Target online and get your stuff picked up at the store in 2 hours. Get your mask and wait in line to go shop at Home Depot avoid ordering online and curbside pickup as much as possible.

Worst customer service!! I ordered something online for pickup and called Norwood HomeDepot to see if I could add a couple of items (mulch and edging) to that order as one of those was marked limited quantities available. check with the store. The front desk person I spoke to was very reluctant to help and was condescending. When I gave the SKU number for one of the items which turned out to be discontinued, she started yapping that she can clearly see it is discontinued and why I was calling about that (even though HomeDepot.com website did not but, she kept saying that it did). Very unprofessional.

Submitted a review for the actual product in question on the Home Depot website and my review got denied. This company is comfortable sensoring honest opinions about their products. Long story short, this company has horrible customer service and no horrible ethics.Earlier, I placed an online order from HomeDepot.com for home delivery. Didnt realize it was fulfilled only by this store. Delivery day comes and I only received half of an expensive order I placed. I was supposed to receive four Adirondack chairs, but only got one of them. The package was stickered with an inspection label, and the delivery guy was told four chairs come in one box, by the store manager, which is just inaccurate. The order is then marked complete and delivered according to my account details. I had not been able to locate the missing items, every call placed to this store is a gamble if someone is going to answer. And if they do, its another gamble whether or not they have the knowledge to help with online orders, or if they will simply hang up on you before you get a chance to speak. Finally get a hold of someone after days of being on hold for hours and I am told they didnt have the stock left anymore to finish my order and I would have to wait and check back. Meanwhile, they held on to my money for the missing chairs, rather than refunding me.Ive now rescheduled the delivery twice with customer service reps and nothing has shown up on either date. I have been told that no one was home for delivery, but due to COVID I am home around the clock with two alert dogs. If someone were here for a delivery, I would know.I understand that it is a difficult situation now, but it seems better measures could be taken for timely customer support, accurate order inspection, and a better data base of store inventory.As for the one item I did receive from the order, it broke within two weeks of normal use and Home Depot had the audacity to remove a review commenting on the possible design flaws of the item.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Staff has no knowledge of where items are in their store or any technical expertise on the items they carry. Also, be prepared to wait for a long time to be helped at their specialty counters as well.

Hard to miss store which can be seen from any direction. Store is clean and has a huge assortment of home goods. Employees were very pleasant and helpful but unfortunately the one thing I went in to get they didnt have, 38 window blinds.
Sorry to say that they dont seem to be handling the current situation very well. I placed a small, pickup order for pressure treated lumber on Sat. May 10th. Still havent heard from them and cannot get any info. Have held on line for 15 to 20 minutes twice with no customer service pickup. No additional info on the web site other than theyre working on it. They note that there are delays in order handling but thats no excuse for not providing updates or some kind of estimate of availability.

Not vet friendly. They offer 10% off for Vets but you have to get a special ID from the VA. They will not except a DD214 or any other proof of veteran status. Went on line to Lowes with my DD214 and five minutes later had my discount. You are able to use your phone number until your My Lowes Card arrives in the mail. Plus they have veterans parking. Wise Up Home Depot!
Could use more employees considering they are such a busy store. Also maybe parking lot staff...can be crazy hectic lot.But do always have what you need.
