I went in today to make an eye exam appointment and their system was down. Okay no problem he told me to call in an hour and a half. Then he asked me if Ive been here before and I said no but my wife has. He stated that oh, our Doctor isnt accepting new patients. What a Joke this place is. Its a chain store..... dont you think you should get a doctor to give exams so that you can sell glasses. I was going to buy 2 pairs today, guess they dont need my money
Ive never had better care for my eyes than here.Every time Ive come in Ive been treated exceptionally well, and their attention to detail on every aspect of the exam, to the fitting process for my glasses, has been superb.Ive moved since first coming here, but theres a reason I keep coming back. They care. They genuinely want you to feel and see your best, and it shows time and time again. I wouldnt trust anyone else!
Poor customer service. I full appreciate that retail is hard these days but when I check the website to see if I need an appointment, don’t seem to have to make one and then get scolded for not making one I sort of lose my patience especially when I’m told I should call have called first! Geez that’s why I checked your website
I bought frames and ordered bifocal lenses. After 4 weeks the lenses came in and were done incorectly. The bifocal line was above the center of my line of vision. I reoreded lenses with the correct measurments, that I had to take myself, do to the staffs incompetence. I waited 4 weeks calling multiple times checking my order and was told someone would call me back. I never received any return calls. After almost 8 weeks I still have not received my lenses, so I cancelled my order. Now they do not want to refund the payment. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not buy frames or lenses from this llocation!!!
This place is the worst they say that you can get two for a certain amount of money but the eye glasses are set up in the wrong order so youre picking the more expensive ones there is a Old Lady in there that yells your transaction across the room to embarrass you or shes Def just the worst place to go
Have nothing but great things to say about my experience here. Erica the store manager saved my weekend by getting a pair of frames for me after my other pair had broken. She was courteous and friendly and even saved me some cash on my frames! Worth the trip would definitely recommend.
I have purchased 4 pairs of glasses threw here because it’s local and have had a horrible experience every time. They will tell you that there’s insurance then once you add it and pay extra if anything happens they will say insurance doesn’t cover damaged glasses. I purchased one pair damaged them then when I thought I had insurance they say I never added it so I purchased a pair of Gucci pair added the insurance and when they broke SCOTT told me that ERICA never added my insurance so I purchased 2 pair another Gucci set and a Burberry set.... my Burberry set i received late and my new Gucci set im waiting on still and I called today to find out they never ordered them and it’s 1 month later but they sent me the original Gucci set I purchased my second go around and they’re not trying to compensate me but they said I can keep the glasses they sent for additional 75 dollars SO ERICA WHY DID I JUST PURCHASE THE TWO PAIR SINCE YOU ARE TRYING TO SELL ME THE ORIGINAL PAIR I RECEIVED WARNING DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND NEED A NEW STAFF ASAP

I was a new customer 2 years ago. I notice that my glasses (1 lens) had bubbles starting around the bridge area. I stopped in and was told there was nothing they could do. REALLY, not even any advice ? NO offer for a exam ? I did not get any chemical on the lens and if I did ? Im pretty sure both would be having the issue. to bad.
The optometrist is wonderful, as is his staff. The people who work in the retail side, though, have perfected the art of being courteously rude. While the words are courteous enough, the tones of voice and dismissive responses have led me to the decision to get my glasses elsewhere. As for their pricing, I never quite understand whats what: if I buy this but not that, its $350. If I buy that AND that, its $250 but if I add progressive lenses but not this, its only $195 but only if I buy special frames and do it today .... the whole thing just gives me a monumental headache.

Good selection of glasses, but a horrible, horrible customer experience. I payed for my glasses, and they said theyd be done in maximum 10 days, and they would call me when theyre done. That was 32 days ago now.
