CVS Norwood vaccination program a nightmare. Be prepared to wait over an hour, appointment or not

Picked up a prescription and the safety/sterility seal was broken and pills were missing. When I called them to ask if I could come in to get a replacement, they told me that it was normal and didn’t offer to give me a new bottle, but did eventually give me a replacement if I showed up when the same pharmacist was on their shift. Line is always at least 8 or 9 people long.

Im a Frequent shopper spent hundreds in there in one month but their products are not worth it they overcharge and a lot of their items arent star quality. They sell the same beauty products and TJ Maxx at half the price.

I just picked up a prescription and the pharmacist almost wouldnt let me leave without a lecture. I was shamed. I will not go back here again unless there is no absolutely no other choice.

The Pharmacist was very rude and not willing or trying to help at all. I was misinformed on my insurance and payment over the phone. The store manager was able to refund my money. I had an insurance error so I paid for 6 pills out of pocket (3 days worth) and was told when my insurance went through, they would refund me and charge me a co-pay. They gave me the other 54 pills from the same prescription but then the pharmacist charged me for 2 separate co-pays. I did not have a great experience and will be going to a different pharmacy.

Open 24hrs a day,much preferred over CVS on 929 main st,that is also a 24hr CVS,this CVS is much better

So they thought outside the box and took care of my prescription issue within minutes.The pharmacy team at this location is the real deal, great customer service and problem solving skills.If you live in the Norwood area, your crazy to go anywhere else for your pharmaceutical needs.

I am going to be honest It has a decent line you only wait one to two minutes and the staff is actually nice its all ways the rude costumers getting on the staffs nerves. I give it five star because you can walk in and walk out in a good 4 minutes and go on with your day and all the other reviews are just random people trying to take out there miserable life on this poor CVS.

When you call them and are thanking them for their help they hang up on you. They need to learn their manners. In person, they are rather rude and short. I think they’re short-staffed and need more help in pharmacy. Everyone looks stressed out while they are working.

Convenient location and hours. Nice staff and patient.

Very poor experience!!

This store is clearly overwhelmed resulting in rude staff and medication errors. Ive had to speak with them many times about not reading the info in my file and dispensing the wrong brand. The state board should inspect this location as it is a joke.

Yesterday when I visited this pharmacy, the pharmacist had a bad attitude when they dispatched my medicine. By mistake I gave her my insurance card and she never gave it back, I have to report it lost and do all that process of getting it back for future prescriptions or refills. Horrible service and bad attention (While people were waiting in line the pharmacist was buying nail polish for herself). This was all for my pneumonia prescription.-Wilfredo Latorre

Purchased battery toothbrush and when I got home it didn’t work at all (I tried 6 different sets of batteries). When I tried to return it, they refused to accept any returns because it was “contaminated.” I couldn’t even get a refund.

Amazing staff! Pharmacist was very attentive and informative over the phone. He seemed to genuinely care about making sure my medications were in coordination with each other when I called at 2 oclock in the morning! Definitely recommend this 24 hour cvs!

ALWAYS a huge line. They need to staff better. It’s to a point where it’s worth driving the extra few minutes to Dedham CVS to avoid the lines here. Horrendous.

Pharmacy staff is always rude and rarely helpful. They act like you are seriously inconveniencing them when you are filling a prescription or if you have questions. They need to be taught customer service. I work in health care as well as customer service and it angers me to know that my patients get treated this way.

Terrible pharmacy service, allways rude. Whole staff in the pharmacy should be banned from working in pharmaceuticals.

Always under staffed.. ALWAYS A HUGE LINE at pharmacy and cash register.Only good thing is that its 24 hrsLine from pharmacy to back of the store and only 1 pharmacist checking customers out..

Pharmacy is an absolute joke! Went there early this morning to fill a script! Pharmacist told me no, he was to busy, come back later! There was no costumers there!

Very unhelpful. some of the pharmacy staff are very rude. other times i get people who are willing to help, usually the night crew.

This CVS pharmacy has completely let me down on multiple occasions. They dont call when theres a problem, or if they do they dont leave a message and tell me my phone number is wrong. Funny, since I get the text alerts for all the auto-fills I didnt want auto-filled. Important prescriptions I count on for my qualify of life have turned in to emergency situations after learning they just didnt have it and didnt bother to contact me or send it to another CVS! They have ZERO concern for customer service. And when you call, they are so rushed I become stressed out. I spoke to corporate, but never heard from the regional, so I dont feel anyone cares. I switched to Walpole CVS and have found it much better. As a whole, CVS needs to return their text notifications to the glory days when we got updates on everything, especially if pharmacy staff isnt going to reach out to customers!

Well managed, customer service above average.

CVS send me a coupon 40% off one item, so I went there to buy one item, I have been told that system not working, they cant give me this offer and when and where I can redeem this coupon they dont know.

Huge line every time. Sometimes up to 6 hours behind on getting meds filled. Currently experiencing that with two sick children right now. Take the extra few minutes and go to a different CVS.
