Amazing service as every employee says hello and is happy to hold a conversation with you, clean Starbucks, and for the most part easy parking!

We went there, thinking the hours in google were correct, but the place was closed and we were told by the staff that the hours in google were not accurate. That is very frustrating, please get that fixed.

I love this small shop in Nutley! Everyone who works here is happy and friendly!

Well I was quite disgusted with this place.,not even sure I would even return to this store. I was in this store Sunday May 23,2020 approximately 11:30 a.m. The store had a good handful of people in it including myself. As I waited for my drinks a woman handing out the drinks I believe her name Danielle, yelled at a young man and also yelled at another young lady she told both that she didn’t have their drinks. The young guy just stepped back and the the other lady looked totally embarrassed. If anything I was embarrassed for them both. The woman didn’t even have a chance to give her name. The guy asked for a manager and he was told none were available. Now I am no stranger to retail. I, in the past worked for a very large chain retailer and I know no worker should ever treat a customer so poorly, in this case 2 in a matter of minutes. I am pretty sure treating the customers like human beings is part of any customer service position. I am sure this wasn’t the first time this has happened, it seemed to natural for her. I would hope that corporate review employee conduct and take the necessary procedures to be sure this or any employee doesn’t do it again. It is real sad that in this day and age people do not value their jobs.

Good place to sit and work. Parking space becomes an issue during peak hours. Staff is friendly. Service is quick. Seats about 20-25 people at a time.

Great Starbucks location with a great crew. Barista Colleen is a treasure. Parking is tough though so be prepared to wait or park on the street or at the bank next door (shh).

This starbucks is amazing everyone of the baristas work crazy hard. Non stop motion, people come piling thru the door and like worker elves the baristas plow through. I liked the ambiance, I liked my experience. They are nice here. And they work really well as a team. Its a five star rating all the way. Will be back.

Update your business hours.

The baristas are awesome!!!! Definitely a busy location, but I got my (pretty big) order in just a few minutes. Employees are underrated! Aside from that, parking is not the best, there is a small, pretty busy lot.

Last week we walked in and it was absolutely slammed and it looked like all baristas went on break except Anthony who was the only one working and got all orders out quick!! VERY HARD worker &makes great coffee .

Ive been to many Starbucks ever since I moved to the States and this has been by far the best one. The two times Ive been here (morning and evening) the employees are super nice, attentive and quick. The morning staff in particular are troopers. The only thing I find a bit off is that the floor is dirty with paper and theres plenty of staff to take a minute and sweep that up quick since I know theyre in rush hour. Besides this, I hope every other Starbucks follows their lead in customer service, especially the ones in NYC.

Some of the baristas are exceptional, frankly some are the nicest workers in any starbucks ive been to worldwide, however this store has some baristas/workers who cant take pressure and it spills over to the customer as they behave poorly. With covid happening during this review, lots of confusion in the stores, and some of the baristas/workers (who cant take the pressure) are rude, and it leaves a bad feeling because we want an exceptional cup of coffee and not have not deal with drama in a store.. The coffee has been made well, and frankly deserves 5 stars however its ruined by some of the baristas/workers so taking two stars off.

I love this location! The staff has such an outstanding attitude and displays such excellent customer service. You can tell each one of the team members really does love what they do. God bless them!The only complaint is the parking lot situation. It is limited and on top of that, massive pot holes are in that space and really those need to be filled.

Drove an extra mile to get my flat white as this center had better rating than others . I hate to say that this will be one of my worst flat white till today . It tasted like glass of milk with pinch of coffee in it . I can’t believe we pay such high price to get this quality of less than a dollar . I am so upset with the coffee honestly . I gave an extra star for the friendly staff . But I will never ever get anything from this place again :( I think May it’s high time switch from Starbucks to something better as I am continuously a little disappointed for some time now.

Wow! What a disappointment. This was my 3rd time visiting this location. Placed an order through the app. Got there to pick it up. My bakery item was ready but not my drink. The guy preparing it was having a full blown conversation with his coworkers instead promptly preparing my drink so I can go. Typically I arrive and my order is ready. I’m not sure what happened today since there were literally 2 customers in the store. He stopped preparing my drink to take a customer’s order. I asked if my drink was ready, “his response was oh....and pointed to the cup on the counter. The female worker looked up at me with this look of annoyance on her face. I was very disturbed and decided that I wanted my money back. I will not patronize any business that doesn’t not respect me as a customer. Point blank period. I work hard for my money and I don’t deserve the ill treatment from any worker. If you don’t like your job...quit. That simple.

Places very clean and cozy, while in store purchases take the normal waiting time, their mobile order during the week is very slow. In order to get your on the go order quickly you must order at least 20 minutes ahead.

Service and drinks are always on point! Quick and efficient customer service especially during these times are crucial.

Extremely cozy atmosphere, the baristas will remember you and greet you by name wen you return and it feels great. The service is prompt and they will let you know loud and clear when your order is ready. Prime example of good service here.

The thing about Starbucks is that you can get a consistently good cup of coffee. I just wish that the corporate office could understand that some people cannot have caffeine. Its been impossible to get a brewed cup of decaf for several years now. I would stop by more frequently if I could get a cup of decaf.

Great place if youre not rushed for time. Its a popular place so theres often a line, and you might have to wait for parking in the lot or fir an open table (weekend in particular). Fantastic staff and service all around though. Highly recommended.

Never disappoints.

We went to the Starbucks location today June 18th because the Clifton location was very busy. When we got here, there were only two people in front of us. We were trying to use the mobile app but it wasnt working for us so the worker Catlyn helped us without even blinking. She did a great job making our visit an experience instead oof just picking up a couple of drinks. Great service!The parking lot here isnt that big, but can hold about 10 to 12 cars. Currently you order on the app, and then when you get here, go to the door, let them know youve arrived and what your name is. Then they will call your name when your order is ready.We got the mango dragon drink and and the Smores drink, because it was the buy one get one free deal. My Smores drink was very good, but if I was going to redo it I probably would have got the Mango Dragon fruit. By the way, Catlyn recommended getting it with the lemonade and I definitely agree with her! It was definitely great with the lemonade!

If this Starbucks wasn’t so convenient for me (2 minutes from home and on my way to work) I’d never go there. It is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. I’m there 3-6 times a week. I use the mobile app. I order an iced drink with extra ice. If once every 4 visits I get extra ice, I’m lucky. More often than not they’re too overwhelmed to ask for them to fix it. Most of the staff is the most inept and least friendly of any Starbucks I’ve visited. They run out of things on the regular. I visit two other stores nearby often, and they are 100 times better. Avoid this store if at all possible!

I had the small size white hot chocolate. It was ok but neither thick as well as a little too sweet.

This is a friendly and welcoming cafe with plenty of parking and some outdoor seating when the weather is good. The coffee and food options are of course the standard Starbucks fare, but I find this particular one feels a lot homier and less rushed than most.The fact that it stays open later than most places around here makes it a good place to hang out with friends and catch up in the evening.

The staffs are nice, its just that the service is a little bit slow..my frappucino does not look like a frap anymore :(

Called 3xs. Each time I was hungup on. Finally got someone on phone and she played the i cant hear you game. Btw it was a messed up order thru uber and didnt notice this location didnt participate. So shame on me for calling the wrong store but shame on you for being very ignorant and arrogant. Oh n no I dont do corporate lol Bless your heart

They made an error on my order and fixed it with a pleasant attitude. The staff was friendly and patient. They have handicap accessible parking, entry, and seating.

This is yet another Starbucks location that could be far more profitable if it were at least twice as big. The staff copes as well as they can with the non-stop chaos, but they either need a lot more real estate or more locations. Ive seen several accidents in that tight little parking lot too, including one hit & run, so park on the street if you find a spot. Enjoy your coffee break!! 😁

I work in Manhattan and go to tons of different Starbucks. This location is by far the best around. Friendly and polite. Quick service with a smile is what you will find.

It is the most foolish of environments one can imagine. Every table filled with young people on computers. Most without any coffee in front of them . Some with open books studying like they plan to sit there all day preparing for finals. Whats wrong with you people, dont you think those of us finished with school would like to sit and enjoy our coffee? This is the most absurd place to go to relax and have something hot to drink. Never agsin!

My son goes to school very close by to this location, making it HARD to avoid indulging in delicious, caffeinated beverages!Over the last 3 years Ive noticed a drastic improvement in the employees attitudes, the accuracy of orders, speed and efficiency.Theres one man who works there )as of last week) who ALWAYS is smiling and singing as he makes everyones drinks. Ive noticed whenever a customer has an issue, hes the one who rushes to fix it. I had a tiny issue which was no ones fault about something I ordered being out of stock. He was so kind and apologetic! Its people like this man who make businesses run smoothly.There are many grouchy people who are not nice to Starbucks employees. They have to eat a lot of dirt on a daily basis. I watch the way these individuals work and I have no trouble admitting id NEVER be able to do it.Overall, I really enjoy spending time at this location and I think the employees are doing an excellent job.The parking lot can be SUPER dangerous during busy times, so please use caution!

Starbucks isn’t that great in my opinion. . I no longer consume coffee cuz it’s gross and way overpriced tastes like burnt dirt . This location is pretty decent

I love Starbucks but not this location. Been here a few times but wont be back. The place is dirty. The bathrooms are filthy dirty. The area to add milk to your coffee is not maintained. I know this location is busy but that is not an excuse for lack of cleanliness. Hopefully someone from corporate will read this and address these issues.

This place never get the coffee correctly either to much milk or to little some staff members are rude and unpolite with their demeanor and comments want go coffee go somewhere else

This place is the one of best Starbucks that Ive ever been to. Cozy environment, good staff, great people, fast internet and lots of power outlets! Both a perfect spot for socializing and/or getting work done.

Orders a pumpkin spice latte, didn’t even put whip cream, it looks like a swirl of orange oil. It shouldn’t look like this. Taste even worst. I have ordered this drink before at a different location and I love it. However this Starbucks is just a complete disaster. Never getting Starbucks again. I give up. Everytime I order something it’s never right. I don’t recommend this place. Unless you’re getting something simple like black coffee, but maybe even then they will mess it up.

Drinks always come out great and quick, only problem is the parking lot. Its small and always packed. Otherwise, highly recommend. The staff is always very friendly also.

I am so glad I switched from Dunkin Donuts to this Starbucks! The coffee actually tastes like coffee instead of water...and I look so forward to going here every morning to say hi and chat with the friendly & awesome staff. They make my mornings so much better. Im really disappointed how is the service off the night shift.. the coffee latte horrible.. horrible experience for 2 lattes I was waiting for almost half hour for my order because one off the employees priority was gossip with his friends and my order wasnt make it... the worst is that he didnt do what I order both off my lattes taste warm milk and one off them was half off cup served.. the worst is how the employee was sooo Rude and sarcastic at the end he throw the coffee and he make another one I saw he doing my latte sloppy and no coffee at all... I have go back to the register to pay more to get my coffee right but the end another employee didnt charge me the extra espresso she put more coffee but the latte was horrible ... Im really mad Im a coffee lover and Im paying for the coffee is not like they giving the coffee for free ... its Starbucks Supposed to be the same as the others starbucks and give the same quality of coffee and services..

Im currently writing this review from my car after receiving abysmal customer service. The barista Matt was unhelpful in making drink recommendations and stated Im not really a Starbucks person. We ordered bagels in addition to our order and didnt bother to hand it to us (even though we were both standing in plain sight). After waiting for 10 minutes for our drinks, we get to the car to eat and he provided no utensils to use the spread for the bagels. After going back in to ask for knives, he hands me one knife and says nothing else and turns his back. This is the worst service Ive ever experienced at any Starbucks and Matt seriously needs to leave his personal problems at the door and learn to address customers with respect. If youre not a Starbucks person, dont work at Starbucks and give lousy service.

Hey I know this place. Ive been buying Sumatra bean here 2lbs a month. Been doing it for years now. Clean place, great staff.
